If it really comes out, from a major network no less, that Obama overruled procedure that would have saved the last two lives, if not the ambassador … it would be “game over” for Obama I think.
It would reveal Obama’s “I am offended you suggest I lied, or was political”, was indeed just part of his lie and coverup. It would reveal that the whole video charade was orchestrated AFTER the initial “this is a terrorist act” comment, completely to cover the dereliction of duty for political gain.
Hard to imagine networks releasing this, though also hard to see them exposed as withholding it to help Obama. Of course many are convinced it is true, but revealing this on networks equals a Romney landslide, as I see it. An October surprise of Obama’s own making.
(Impeachment proceedings should commence immediately after the election, to stop lame duck Obama from doing more damage?)

I liked Charles Krauthammer’s characterization last night on Special Report. This is a paraphrase but it’s very close to what he said:
‘The mainstream media wrote hundreds, and hundreds, and hundreds of pages about an outed CIA agent safely ensconced in Washington, D.C., but has experienced an epidemic of in-curiosity about a murdered ambassador.’
It was especially good because he was sitting next to Charles Lane, a member of the WaPo editorial board.

We need a member of the military or CIA who is connected with the events and/or cover-up to come forward. Unless this is pushed by someone credible, into the face of the mainstream media, Obama could potentially win this election. If he does good luck on learning anything more. I hope that if either Ham or the Admiral connected to the Stennis was relieved due to Benghazi, they come forward before the election.
The why of this cover up is disturbing, and sometimes I honestly wonder how this country will respond if we ever do find out the truth. The cover-up is so bad and desperate, that common sense dictates that whatever they are trying to hide is bad. Very bad.

No, it will always matter, there will just be nothing anyone can do about it. One of the most angering things about the country is that there is neither accountability nor personal repercussion for any of these people.
The president, half, or more, of his administration, its boot licking, obstructionist, legislators and staffs, and money grubbing sycophants and dupes should be in the dock. It has been my opinion for months that they will all escape scot-free to lives of celebrity, university presidencies, and fancy office suites on K Street. They will continue their lives as coddled manipulators, collecting fat salaries accompanied by generous benefit plans supplementing those provided by taxpayers, and continue to pay for nothing themselves. They are a wretched lot who have capitalized on fifty years of legal and legislative neglect and pushed the Republic to the edge of its ability to function meaningfully as a country of laws. If we have not yet moved from this to becoming a country of passing regimes (Caroline Glick) and do nothing else we should provide a means to ensure that nothing like the legal, administrative, and legislative corruption of this administration can happen again, and if it does there will be no statute of limitations for the transgressors. Ever.
