Must be a military thing. I saw the same thing on the back of a truck near Joint Base Lewis McCord here in Washington State. Gave the driver a nice thumbs up.

She’s a four wheel drive monster Conservative Mama Grizzly with anti-Obama stickers on the tailgate and could literally crush Smart Cars under her wheels and keep on going… RAWR!!! lol
