Finally, a bumper sticker that makes sense with the symbols of the two great religions of Western civilization, the GOP [or what is left of it] and the symbols of Freedom, all without the scimitar. Put that next to a Romney sticker.
Last week, on my way home from work, I saw the much-maligned “coexist” bumpersticker with the “Co” cut off. Other stickers suggested the driver would, at least politically, be among friends here.
Other’s mileage may vary, but I got a great kick out the various meanings implied by both what was removed and what remained.
You can imagine how startled and pleased this native Californian was when his son started his first day of school in Texas with the pledge of allegiance and then did the pledge for the Texas flag.
I miss the mountains and beauty of California, but not the politics and leftest nonsense.
Let me put it this way, which governor would you like to live under …
Perry, a packing governor of a republic who knows how to shoot straight.
or
Brown, a full of it governor of a republic who knows how to blow it and is back to do it again on steroids.
