Far-Left Influencer Hasan Piker Disparages USA in Speech at Yale
“End the American Empire”
Hasan Piker is a far-left podcaster/influencer who has become a leading voice in the Bernie/AOC wing of the Democrat party. He is basically a Zohran Mamdani wannabe who extolls the virtues of communism to progressives.
This week, Piker spoke at Yale University, and while many of his comments were controversial and insulting to America, that’s not the most annoying aspect of the story.
What is maddening is that while this dolt is allowed to say whatever he wants at Yale, Erika Kirk just canceled an appearance at U. Georgia due to credible threats.

A high-profile Turning Point USA event at the University of Georgia went on without its expected headliner Tuesday after security concerns surfaced.
Vice President JD Vance revealed that Erika Kirk, the widow of slain activist Charlie Kirk, opted out of the Athens event due to safety concerns. Vance admitted he briefly worried the entire appearance would be scrapped.
Meanwhile, Piker gets to denigrate the United States at Yale without a care in the world.

Far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker declared the American empire is “fading fast” and will “inevitably fall,” when addressing Yale University’s Political Union on Tuesday.
Empires “rarely die quietly,” Piker told Yale students, adding, “They go out over the course of sometimes centuries, but in America’s case, probably a lot shorter, with increasing amounts of violence.”
Piker came out in support of a resolution “End the American Empire” during the speech at Yale that irked conservatives before it began.
“It’s an interesting resolution, end the U.S. empire. It’s interesting because, how do you end something that’s already in the process of dying?” Piker told students, drawing cheers.
“We must manage the retreat of a superpower from the world stage. This is a challenge for our time,” he said. “Because if we do not do this, then the American empire will come to an end in a much more violent way, a curse on future generations that we must avoid at all costs.”

How about a federal requirement that if a speaker requires unusual security to speak at a college, the college needs to provide it? Maybe aded a dollop of, “if you won’t, we will — just call 1-800-NATIONAL-GUARD”?

Then they took him back to Turkey where he was raised. At age 18 he returned to America to foment hate and discontent and try to overthrow our government from within.

I read a comment this morning, can’t remember where, that made the point that Piker is the Leftist version of Fuentes. Piker loves commies the same way Fuentes loves nazis. As others suggest the leftist wokeista and especially d/prog politicians should be forced to wear association with Piker like a millstone around their neck.
They both have Gen Z as their intended audience and that is the issue….they are successful both in getting views and in changing minds.
It is yet another wakeup call about the state of American education.
I love what Ron DeSantis has done so far but it is not far enough in Florida and every state that hasn’t followed his example needs to do so at once, we are at a point where the extremists of he 20th century may take over if Gen Alpha is politically the same as Millenial and Gen Z.
It might be unwise for Piker to call for the collapse of the ‘American Empire’. It could indeed be violent, and ACW2 could result in a fascist style purge of enemies of the people like himself. But doubtless he doesn’t consider that, and instead simply rails against the status quo and the ideal.
If it was safe enough for Vance, why wasn’t it safe enough for Kirk? Wouldn’t his secret service protection automatically protect her too, just by being in the same space at the same time?
