Op Epic Fury Updates: Netanyahu Reportedly Says Israel Plans to Reach War Aims “in a Few Weeks”

IDF launches wave of strikes on Hezbollah’s Beirut stronghold after missile barrage from Lebanon.

Israel plans to achieve its war aims in “a few weeks,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told officials in a closed-door meeting, Israeli media reported Wednesday.

As the joint U.S.-Israeli Operation Epic Fury enters its twelfth day, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) is stepping up strikes against the Iranian regime, with the “most intensive phase of the war” set to be unleashed in the coming two to three weeks, Prime Minister Netanyahu indicated.

The Israeli leader assured that his government and the armed forces were doing everything possible to accomplish the mission, but asserted that it was not feasible to say how long the operation would last. “We are completing the mission now and not resting for a second. We are moving forward as fast as possible,” he reportedly said, “I do not know how long it will take.”

Israel’s Ynetnews reports:

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told local government leaders in a closed-door meeting that Israel is operating on the assumption that the war will last “a few weeks” rather than days, according to people who attended the discussion.

Those who heard Netanyahu’s remarks said Israel’s aim is to conclude the most intensive phase of the war before Passover, the major Jewish holiday that begins in early April this year, or at least to reach a point at which Iran has been stripped of most of its missile-launch capabilities and Israel can shift to what officials describe as an emergency routine.

“There are various factors that we are taking into account. It is not a day or two, and I cannot tell you with 100% certainty whether it will be a month or a week,” Netanyahu said, according to participants in the meeting.

“At the moment, we are working on the assumption that this will definitely be measured in a few weeks and not days. At the same time, I say honestly: I do not know with 100% certainty. We are completing the mission now and not resting for a second. We are moving forward as fast as possible. I do not know how long it will take.”

Netanyahu’s remarks come as the IDF, along with the U.S. Military, carries out a multi-pronged strike on Iran and its proxy terrorist allies in the region.

Hezbollah fires massive rocket barrage at Israel, vows to destroy ‘enemies of Islam’

On Wednesday evening, Israeli media reports suggested that the country was bracing for ‘significant expansion’ of hostilities from Iran and its Lebanon-based proxy terrorist group Hezbollah. The IDF was responding with a ‘large-scale wave of strikes’ on the Hezbollah stronghold of Dahieh in southern Beirut.

The Iran-backed Lebanese terrorist group declared that it was launching news offensive against, firing over 100 rockets in the opening salvo.

“Five people were injured when a rocket hit a residence in the Upper Galilee in northern Israel,” the Jerusalem Post reported. “Hezbollah terrorists launched over 100 rockets against northern Israel in a single barrage on Wednesday night, a security source confirmed.”

“Sirens sound in the Haifa area and Upper Galilee amid a new Hezbollah rocket attack from Lebanon,” The Times of Israel noted.

The Hezbollah’s declaration ahead of the latest offensive sounded like a call to ‘jihad’ as it vowed to destroy the ‘enemies of Islam.’

“Hezbollah announces launch of a new operation, “Eaten Straw,” in reference to a Quran verse describing the destruction of an enemy army,” Israeli TV channel i24News reported.

CENTCOM warns Iranian civilians to avoid ports as the regime tries to close the Strait of Hormuz

The U.S. Central Command, on Wednesday, warned Iranian citizens to avoid ports after the regime forces carried out drone attacks on foreign cargo ships and began laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz, the world’s most important oil chokepoint.

The warning indicates an impending U.S. strike on the regime’s naval and military assets posing a threat to oil shipping in the region. On Tuesday, U.S. forces destroyed 16 Iranian mine-laying vessels near the Strait, repelling Tehran’s attempts to blockade the strategic shipping lane.

The New York Post reported:

US Central Command warned Iranian civilians Wednesday to keep clear of ports used by Islamic Republic forces to launch attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

“Civilian ports used for military purposes lose protected status and become legitimate military targets under international law,” the Tampa, Fla.-based command said in a statement.

“Iranian dockworkers, administrative personnel, and commercial vessel crews should avoid Iranian naval vessels and military equipment,” CENTCOM added. “Iranian naval forces have positioned military vessels and equipment within civilian ports serving commercial maritime traffic.

Israel conducts “waves of strikes” in Tehran, western Iran

Israeli fighter jets carried out waves of strikes on military and regime targets across Iran. “Dozens of fighter jets, acting on IDF intelligence, completed wide-scale strikes on infrastructure sites belonging to the Iranian terror regime in Tehran and additional areas in Iran,” the military revealed Wednesday.

The regime’s command centers and long-range missile capacities were targeted in the latest round of strikes. “During the wave of strikes, fighter jets identified operatives of the Iranian regime operating within a command center used by the IRGC in the heart of Tehran. Within seconds of the identification, the jets struck and eliminated the operatives,” the IDF said.

The Israeli Air Force also struck the IRGC command centers and situation rooms in the heart of Tehran. A ballistic missile manufacturing and storage facility was also hit in the Iranian capital.

IDF continues ground operations in south Lebanon, hits Hezbollah bases in Beirut strike

With the Iranian proxy terrorist group Hezbollah using Lebanese territory to fire missiles and rockets at Israeli towns and cities, the IDF conducted cross-border operations.

The Israeli military is carrying out limited ground operations along the border with Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah’s terrorist fighters and infrastructure. “IDF troops are conducting targeted raids in southern Lebanon as part of the IDF’s forward defensive posture in the area,” the Israeli military disclosed on Wednesday. “As part of the operation, the troops identified terrorists entering a structure adjacent to them. Following the identification, the Israeli Air Force, guided by the ground troops, eliminated the terrorists.”

On Wednesday morning, the Israeli Air Force hit the command centers and terrorist bases of Hezbollah in Beirut. “This morning (Wednesday), the IDF completed an additional wave of strikes in Dahieh, Beirut, targeting Hezbollah terrorist command centers and facilities where the Hezbollah terrorist organization stored weapons,” the military announced.

Certainly not when you’re around. How far away from children does the court order say you have to be?

Never mind all the Muslim children slaughtered in Syria under the Iranian puppet Assad. How many was that now? How many tortured and gassed while Obama said it didn’t meet his “red line.” Guess you don’t know because Muslims murdered by Muslim don’t count.

As we all know it is a matter of Hamas and Hezbollah policy to build bases wherever civilians are. Not just them but other muslim groups and countries. They are especially partial to building bases in and around and under schools hospitals and mosques. In Lebanon they will pay families to house a missile launcher. Westerners just don’t do that and have suffered a lot of losses going out of their way to protect civilians and buildings of cultural and social value.

Certainly no kid in an elementary school is safe if you’re around, Butts.

You know whose absence is a curiosity? Hamas. Missing in action. I wonder why?

Lots of skirmishes in the so called west bank. But also plenty of palestinian on palestinian violence, which no one cares about. My guess is a number if factors : 1) Qatar one of their main paymasters (and only primary one left if Iranian theocracy is taken off the board) told Hamas to be quiet for now as Iranian rockets are raining down on them 2) Hamas is busy murdering their own people (one of their favorite pastimes) and 3) they are consolidating their control in Gaza.

Missing a chance to kill Jews? 🤔 that in itself will be killing Hamas 😂

Really the real surprise is why Iran missed the chance to cozy up to Qatar given their mutual backing of Hamas. It certainly could have been a natural alliance. But Iran is simply too purist and can’t stand that Qatar allowed a US military base on their land. So Iran is the big loser here. I think Hamas is beholden to both groups but ultimately is banking on Qatar given the situation with Iran and the closer connection to Qatari leadership.

No. This war needs to end by Sunday. Closing the Strait of Hormuz for “a few weeks” will cause an oil shock that will dwarf the one we experienced in the 1970s. Even if the United States is a net exporter of oil and somewhat cushioned against the most extreme effects of a massive oil shock, the impact on the world economy would be huge.

I support the US/Israeli military action against Iran 100%. I also recognize the size of the effort required. Iran is a large country with 40% of the area of the whole of the European Union (27 countries). Iran has 20% of the population of the EU and 21% of of the militarily fit men, but only 1.2% of the GDP. Iran spends 2.5% on its military, while the median for the EU is 1.7%.

In short I don’t think the task will be easy, but well worth the effort to rid the world of the menace.

hezz/blmplo reinforcements coming in to support the dnc led middle east war against israel same way they support/pay for the wars in america to continue against maga

destroycommunism | March 11, 2026 at 6:38 pm

are todays bombs better in destruction than what stopped the japanese in ww2??

if yes,,then they only reason these wars drag on is b/c the good guys refuse to use them against the bad guys

which means the bad guys are in charge of the good guys as they dictate what and how weapons can and will be used

kind of like the left telling people whether or not they can arm themselves against the street savages that they the left intentionally leave out on the streets

kind of the way blmplo has now dicated what kind of choke holds (NONE) can be used against criminals while the criminals have no such rules they must follow when attacking the innocents
