Trump: U.S. Will Hit Iran Hard if Regime Kills More Protesters

Reports have said that the regime has killed protesters.

A reporter asked President Donald Trump about the protests in Iran:

REPORTER: There’s been protesters killed in Iran. You said we were locked and loaded, ready to go. What is the line there for when the US is going to get involved in those protests?

TRUMP: We’ll take a look. We’re watching it very closely. If they start killing people like they have in the past, I think they’re going to get hit very hard by the United States.

In late December, anti-regime protests erupted across Iran.

On January 2, Trump sent out his first warning to Iran that trouble would head its way if the regime kills protesters:

If Iran shots and violently kills peaceful protesters, which is their custom, the United States of America will come to their rescue. We are locked and loaded and ready to go. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Trump made the warning after reports indicated that the regime killed protesters.

squeeze iran via banking and oil then have the UN go in to deliver food etc

and thennn attack

Just black bag their president, that’s the new standard

Contrast this with how Obama reacted during the last mass uprising – he went on vacation when that young lady was shot in the head by the regime. The mullahs have been a pimple on the 🫏 of humanity long enough.

The laziest person to have ever been President! At least with Biden his detachment from reality was due to senility whereas Barry Hussein just didn’t give a fuck about anything that required more than pretty words and a photo shoot.

“Shots???” Editors, please!

Trump bluffs, but when he isn’t you don’t want to be on the wrong end of his bluff.

I personally think we won’t intervene directly in Iran, given recent history, and the memory of past US intervention being very fresh in the minds of Iranians. Any change has to come from them as the regime will just use even the hint of foregein infleunce to hold on longer. Honestly the population of Iran is very vulnerbale to falling for that as they don’t tolerate the idea of any foreign actors telling them what to do or how to run their nation. Their nationalistic pride is easily manipulated against them.

Nation building ain’t on the agenda. Dropping some ordinance on HVT while eschewing any sort of boots on the ground? That’s well within the parameters of America First. So long as it is roughly designed to pressure the regime by hitting assets the regime uses to oppress the Iranian people then it will largely be viewed as assisting the opposition of the regime.

Trump needs to cool it with the threats.

I don’t believe The Ayatollah or Mullahs are smart enough to believe him after their beat down from the bombing of the nuclear refinement facilities or Solemani’s execution, But it is always fun to watch. As my grandfather used to say, “they are as sharp as bowling balls“
