Staffers at Seattle Colleges Learn How to Avoid ICE Cooperation During ‘Social Justice Week’
“We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information and privacy of students and their families”
Isn’t it odd that this never happened under Obama or Biden? ICE existed then, too. What changed?

Seattle Colleges teach staff how to avoid ICE cooperation during ‘Social Justice Week’
The Seattle Colleges, North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College are presenting the Social Justice Week 2026 seminar from Jan. 16-23.
The About Social Justice Week page of the Seattle Colleges website states that the event is “a week of learning, growing, and uplifting our unwavering commitment to social justice within our Seattle Colleges community.”
One of the sessions at this event is “How We Respond to ICE Officials on our Campus: Immigration Rights and Non-Discrimination Plan (IRND-Plan)” and “Keep Washington Working Act (KWWA) with Associate Vice Chancellor D’Andre Fisher.”
Fisher’s session emphasizes that Seattle Colleges should be where students, regardless of immigration status, can learn unobstructed.
A digital flyer titled “Immigrant Rights And Non-Discrimination” (IRND-Plan), stated that students should “use these optional, sample statements if you are approached by ICE agents.”
”I am not authorized to respond to this request,” “Seattle Colleges does not consent to entry of its non-public spaces” and “I am not authorized to grant access; requests must go through our Designee which is our Campus Security officers and Executive Leadership,” were among some of the suggested statements.
The IRND-Plan stresses legally limiting as much cooperation with ICE officials as possible. In doing so the Seattle Colleges are attempting to protect their students from ICE.
“We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information and privacy of students and their families, we do not share personal information listed on the WASFA and FAFSA for immigration enforcement purposes without a legal requirement, such as a valid court order or judicial warrant,” Seattle Colleges said in promotional material they distributed.

Hey morons. How about some social justice for the hardworking taxpayers that pay for the colleges and your salaries.
“Isn’t it odd that this never happened under Obama or Biden? ICE existed then, too. What changed?”
Because under those Biden, at least, their duties consisted of handing out phones, debit cards, and ice cream to illegal invaders.
