Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley, and Delaware Sen. Chris Coons attended with Trump.
Sgt. Edgar Brian Torres-Tovar and Sgt. William Nathaniel Howard of the Iowa National Guard returned home at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware.
Ayad Sakat, a civilian contractor, also died.
