ICE Arrests Uzbekistan Terrorism Suspect Who Was Given CDL During Biden Admin
Akhor Bozorov, 31, received a CDL in Pennsylvania.
The Department of Homeland Security announced that officials arrested Akhor Bozorov, 31, in Kansas on November 9.
Bozorov worked as a commercial truck driver.
The illegal alien has a warrant for his arrest in Uzbekistan, issued in 2022. Those officials accused him of being a member of a terrorist organization.
Bozorov allegedly distributed “terrorist propaganda calling for jihad online” and recruited “terrorists to join the jihad movement.”
Bozorov arrived in America in February 2023.
The border patrol arrested Bozoroz, but the Biden administration released him into the country.
It turns out that Pennsylvania, under Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro, gave him the commercial driver’s license.
The Biden administration gave Bozorov work authorization in January 2024.
“Not only was Akhror Bozorov—a wanted terrorist—RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration, but he was he was also given a commercial driver’s license by Governor Shapiro’s Pennsylvania,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “This should go without saying, but terrorist illegal aliens should not be operating 18-wheelers on America’s highways.”
You know what else should go without saying? Suspected terrorists should not be in America!
Okay, let’s go over this again.
- 1. Uzbekistan issued a warrant for Bozorov in 2022.
- 2. Bozorov arrived in America in 2023.
- 3. The border patrol arrested Bozorov (don’t know the date).
- 4. The Biden administration released him into the country (don’t know the date).
- 5. The Biden administration granted him work authorization in January 2024.
- 6. Pennsylvania issued him a CDL (don’t know the date).
One would think any warrant, especially a terrorism warrant, would show up when running a profile.
“Biden and Mayorkas allowed countless terrorists to come into our country,” added McLaughlin. “President Trump and Secretary Noem unleashed ICE to target these national security threats.”
Bozorov obviously did not lie about his name, since his CDL lists his name.

The democrats are a danger to this country and its people. They are the true domestic terrorists here.
I remember getting my real id in January 2020. I had to provide a certified copy of my birth certificate as well as other information to get it. In 5 years the democrats have made real id useless with their zeal to import anybody that crosses the border. What good is the TSA if they give out real id like candy?
TSA is security theater Nothing more.
TSA doesn’t issue the ReaIID cards. The states do. TSA (Congress, officially) just set the standards. The states could blow it off if they wanted (but then lost a bunch of money).
So, this is entirely on the state. But it should immediately make suspect EVRY. SINGLE. RealID issued by Pennsylvania for travel purposes. “Oh, I’m sorry, this is a Pennsylvania ID. You’re going to need to go back to the ticket desk unless you can produce a passport or federal ID.”
Why would they be suspect? Why would PA be expected to check for arrest warrants even in the USA, let alone in foreign countries? Guy shows up with proper ID, he is who he says he is, so they issue the document. What have arrest warrants got to do with it?
The issue date for his CDL seems to be displayed on the photo of his CDL: Issued 7/25/2025, appearing right under where the Expiration date is listed.
Vetting seems to be a bit lacking. Not sure why we can’t move to a presumption of ‘ah hell no’ that every applicant would have to overcome with evidence to definitively prove they were a ‘good guy’ v the present system where unless there’s definitive proof they are a ‘bad guy’ then approval for entry is near automatic…even if the Nation they come from doesn’t cooperate with info requests, doesn’t keep accurate records or is notoriously corrupt.
Ahhh, no. Not just no, but an all caps Hard NO.
We are already sent4enced o grinding and obsessive hoops o jump hrough to get our normal business done. The hassle the new SSA websi has ben wringing me through is beyond insane. part o it is that my state CHANGED MY NAME as writtein on my DL. Now it no longer matches my name in Soc Sec Card, and that whole susem is now blocking me out. NowI havet go do battle with my STTE. Ever tried getting a human on the phone with state agency?
No, th answer is that the US gummi needs to get involved in this… get out their magniphying glass and microscope, trace bck oevery Pennsylvania agent that was part o his pahwy to getting his CDL ticket. SOMEONES blew it along the path to that ticket getting into his hands.. jus like the Washington and Cali cent xamples tht have killed people.
Until the agents handling these tings get smacked down, let go, criminally charged, it win’t stop.
A huge part o this is that the states no longer manage CDL training and licensing system on CDL’s. Nope. They have hired companies that do the training, testing, and manage the license issuing . the government oversight is gone. And the new bunch o “drivers” out there stink,.
To be clear I was referring to the vetting process for any alien being allowed entry/to remain in the USA for the ‘ah hell no’ presumption.
murdering americans that americans wont do
6. Pennsylvania issued him a CDL (don’t know the date).
Actually, we do. It was right there on the DL. It was issued in July of this year. If that was a renewal (which appears to be 4 years) then the original was awarded before he was ever given work authorization.
(Look at the CDL shown in the tweet from Breaking911 you link.)
This reminds me of the old Second City TV skit, Uzbeks.
“Don’t give them money or matches (or CDLs).
