Indiana Trans Teen to Plead Guilty for Plotting Valentine’s Day School Shooting

The authorities found Trinity Shockley’s room littered with what I can only describe as memorabilia of school shootings and the shooters.

Trinity Shockley, 18, will plead guilty to felony conspiracy to commit murder for plotting a school shooting on Valentine’s Day.

The New York Post reported that Trinity, who used the names “Jamie” and “Dex,” will serve a maximum of 12.5 years in prison and five years’ probation.

From Fox19 in February:

Detective McDaniel says Shockley planned to commit the crime at lunchtime “because that would present the most target-rich environment,” collected bullets, magazines and protective gear, named at least one specific target and “investigated known mass shooters and their tactics.”

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department and the Mooresville Police Department were notified Feb. 11 about a potential threat to Mooresville High School.

A tipster reported the threat to the FBI’s Sandy Hook Tip Line, stating that the suspect had access to an AR-15, ordered a bulletproof vest, admires Nikolas Cruz and that she would kill her best friend in the shooting first, according to a probable cause document.

Nikolas Cruz committed the Parkland school shooting.

Shockley didn’t commit the school shooting because:

  • [She] did not want to be escorted to a police car afterward.
  • [She] did not want to go to court and “listen to all the stuff.”
  • [She] now wants to become a gun activist to get people “out of that mindset.”
  • [She] would feel guilty about it.

I wonder if Shockley actually wants to become an activist and would have felt guilty.

The authorities found Shockley’s room littered with what I can only describe as memorabilia of school shootings and the shooters.

Where were her parents!? How did they not notice anything?

Instead of indulging the delusions of these mentally ill children, they should be receiving therapy and counseling

Trinity could use the Holy Trinity to save her soul.

In the meantime, lock her ass up.

Trinity Shockley, 18, will plead guilty to felony conspiracy to commit murder for plotting a school shooting on Valentine’s Day.

And I assume for that guilty plea (she) will be given a slap-on-the-wrist, plea deal sentence and receive minimal, if any, prison time and then a short period of probation and that will be about all.

“Trinity, who used the names “Jamie” and “Dex,” will serve a maximum of 12.5 years in prison and five years’ probation.”

12.5 years in prison is not minimal. This person would be best served in a mental hospital.

Aand yes, didn’t the parents go into the bedroom?

Sentenced to max 12.5 years. Which begs the question if 12.5 years is the max then what is the minimum number of years (she) will serve. Because we all know (she) certainly won’t serve the max but after a couple years, at most, will be quietly released with no fanfare.

So …who did she conspire with? Cause pleading to Conspiracy means there was at least a second person going to take part.

That was also my question as Indiana state law defines “felony conspiracy to commit a crime” (in this case murder) as taking at least two people. You cannot have a “conspiracy” of one.

Per the news report, she discussed her plans with multiple people online, notably “TCC Mama,” and planned to carry it out with “Rachel.” Perhaps, one of them could be considered a co-conspirator.

More likely, the tipster, who was in real-time communication with Shockley, and discussed the shooting plan with her, while the police tracked her down, would be considered the co-conspirator.

Under Indiana law, a co-conspirator need not be genuinely conspiring with the accused. So, for example, an undercover cop could lie about agreeing to assist a suspect, who is planning a crime, in order to ultimately charge that person with conspiracy.

“serve a max”??

so out before that!??

and when trans is involved will they use the mentally ill defense or is that too loaded of a political term now!!??

Too late to use the “mentally ill” defense as Shockley has already agreed to the Plea Deal and sentence and pled guilty to the charge of “felony conspiracy to commit murder”. Though that doesn’t mean they actually have to hold (her) for the entire 12.5 years. Just long enough for it to become back-page news and then quietly release (her) with no fanfare.

any links to the thundbergers out there??

Let me take a wild guess: the kid has a history of mental illness.

What kind of psychotropics was he/she/it on?

If there’s anything that all these school shooters/wannabes have in common, it seems to be psych drugs.

      I have, in fact.
I shared it with my postmistress yesterday, just before I asked her nicely to take the objectionable (and now officially unconstitutional) “no guns” sign off the bulletin board.

Trinity Shockley, 18, will plead guilty to felony conspiracy to commit murder for plotting a school shooting on Valentine’s Day.

That doesn’t even make any sense to me as felony conspiracy to commit a crime (in this case murder) requires more than one person as defined by Indiana state law. Which reads:

Sec. 2. (a) A person conspires to commit a felony when, with intent to commit the felony, the person agrees with another person to commit the felony. A conspiracy to commit a felony is a felony of the same level as the underlying felony. However, a conspiracy to commit murder is (1) a Level 2 felony if the conspiracy does not result in the death of a person; and (2) a Level 1 felony if the conspiracy results in the death of another person.

According to Indiana state law there’s got to be at least two people involved to be charged with felony conspiracy to commit a crime. Can’t call it a “conspiracy” if only one person was involved in the crime. So who was the second person involved and why haven’t they been arrested and charged with conspiring to commit a crime.

I’ll just copy pasta what I said above

“Where were her parents!? How did they not notice anything?”

Typically, adults pursuing their own desires at the expense of children. AKA child sacrifice.
