The Brut Chronicle is a fascinating collection of Medieval manuscripts on the history of England. It follows in the footsteps of Greek and Roman mythology and recounts the story of the Giants of Albion, who were the early inhabitants — or, according to some, founders — of Britain. The Giants are depicted in a magnificent illustration featured in a French version of the Chronicle.
Indeed, Great Britain has produced numerous giants of statesmanship, literature, philosophy, and law, who have defined Western tradition and contributed significantly to the American founding ideals. Suffice it to mention the Magna Carta Libertatum, the enduring symbol of liberty since 1215, or Earl William Pitt’s legendary speech of March 1763, in which he proclaimed:
The poorest man may in his cottage bid defiance to all the forces of the Crown. It may be frail — its roof may shake — the wind may blow through it — the storm may enter — the rain may enter — but the King of England cannot enter!
Great Britain gave birth to the father of conservatism, Edmund Burke, and the apologist of people’s innate rights, John Locke. It was the first country to abolish slavery, and more recently, it produced larger-than-life leaders such as Churchill or Thatcher. I have always admired the British respect for tradition, dignity, and stoic forbearance of hardships.
Needless to say, no civilization is perfect, and Britain has its share of historical flaws and errors. What separates the West, however, from the alternative civilizational models, which are ruthlessly and fraudulently lauded in our schools and media, is not its flaws and errors. It is the unparalleled heights of human achievement, evident in all the accomplishments, that make our existence today so full of freedoms and life-improving innovations.
That is why it is both shocking and saddening to observe the current decline in statesmanship and political thought in the United Kingdom, which resulted in efforts to curb free speech and attack Judeo-Christian values at the expense of a misguided fascination with Islam and radical leftism. British journalist Ted Newson warns:
Over the past few years, free speech in my country has declined significantly. The nation that gave the world George Orwell and John Stuart Mill now faces an existential crisis over liberty…. Britain’s Labour Party looks set to implement religious blasphemy laws, which could criminalise criticism or ridicule of religious beliefs or symbols. The situation has become so dire that Parliament member Nigel Farage felt compelled to travel to Washington, D.C., to testify before Congress on Britain’s crisis of free expression.
Recent events, such as the “grooming gang” scandals in Rotherham and other UK cities, or the multiple anti-Israel protests, highlight a disproportionate and unfair treatment of Jews and Christians in the UK in favor of Muslims. Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, the Christian woman who was arrested twice for conducting silent and peaceful prayers in public, finally received last summer a modest compensation from the police in acknowledgment of her unjust treatment and violated human rights. She warned:
There is no place for Orwell’s “thought police” in 21st-century Britain, and thanks to legal support I received from [Alliance Defending Freedom] UK, I’m delighted that the settlement that I have received today acknowledges that. Yet despite this victory, I am deeply concerned that this violation could be repeated at the hands of other police forces.
Western civilization prides itself on being tolerant toward other cultures, religions, and customs. Tolerance, however, does not place an equal sign between the achievements of the West and the dire history of civilizations that do not value innate human rights and worth. Tolerance is radically different from a suicidal lack of a moral compass. Tolerance has nothing to do with the replacement of Western ideals by antithetical philosophies and hostile values that are bound to destroy the West both externally and internally if left unchecked, or worse, implemented.
Yet, there are prominent voices of reason that are continually gaining support in the UK and the rest of Europe. Just days ago, the UK Reform Party Deputy Leader strongly exposed the deceptive leftist narrative about Gaza, and thousands gathered in London in support of Israel and British values.
Hopefully, the Giants of Albion, though weakened and ridiculed, are now awakening before it is too late, so that they may navigate the proverbial ship of state away from a civilizational self-annihilation.

The Saxons conquered them hundreds of years ago. They invited the Muslims in to conquer them in recent times. They are finished.

Please let them gain their senses before it is too late!
God help us!
The real question will be if Reform can undo the damage Labour will do over the next three years. As there is no incentive for Labour to call an early election they will just ride out their time putting as many anti-white pieces of legislation in place as possible me and the hope apathy does the rest them at the next election.
You are assuming that there will be elections, real elections, in 3-4 years. Given the size of the Labour majority; what mechanism is there that would prevent Labour from cancelling elections and just holding on to power?
