Trump’s Latest Troll Sparks Outrage Among Liberals on LinkedIn

Trump’s Latest Troll Sparks Outrage Among Liberals on LinkedIn

When it comes to impact, Trump’s trolling speaks louder than words. His base loves it, his critics can’t stand it, and he keeps the spotlight on himself the whole time.

President Donald Trump has perfected the art of trolling, provoking the Left in ways no one else can.

Trump’s latest stunt was to change the White House’s LinkedIn photo to an image of himself — making his face appear on the profiles of anyone who lists “The White House” in the “experience” section. That includes Obama- and Biden-era staffers. As the X post below shows, even Barack Obama’s profile now sports Trump’s image. By noon Wednesday, it still hadn’t been taken down.

Naturally, Trump supporters loved it.

His detractors, not so much.

White House Director of Communications Steven Cheung responded, “That’s the whole point, dummy. Trolololololol.”

It was meant to make liberals’ heads explode, and it succeeded.

Trump has a knack for trolling Democrats, and he knows exactly how to push their buttons. Whether it’s a wild social media post or a stunt that grabs headlines, he always finds a way to throw them off balance.

For example, Trump’s afternoon shift at a McDonald’s restaurant during the 2024 campaign to troll Kamala Harris for lying was classic — and honestly, priceless.

Cenk Uygur, the co-creator of the left-wing program The Young Turks, called out his fellow liberals for criticizing the photo-op at the time. In a post on X, Uygur wrote: “Some in the press called Trump’s McDonald’s photo-op bizarre. This is how you lose credibility. That was a home run photo-op. He looked like a real person there, connecting with the average American. If you can’t see that, you’re totally blind.”

After then-President Joe Biden called Trump supporters “garbage” last October, he showed up at a campaign event donning a high-visibility orange vest and spoke to reporters from the front passenger seat of a bright white garbage truck that was complete with a MAGA logo and American flags.

It was so shocking that CNN’s Wolf Blitzer interrupted his program to bring the hilarious video to his viewers. “I have to interrupt you for a moment. Stand by for a moment,” Blitzer said.

The screen flashed to a video of Trump telling reporters, “For Biden to make that statement, it’s really a disgrace.”

It was the most brilliant troll ever.

When it comes to impact, Trump’s trolling speaks louder than words. His base loves it, his critics can’t stand it, and he keeps the spotlight on himself the whole time. At the end of the day, trolling isn’t just something Trump does for fun — it’s one of his go-to political strategies. And it works!

LinkedIn requested that we declare our pronouns without the slightest hint of controversy.

When you think about all of the stuff tossed at Trump and supporters over the years by people with rage and worst intentions, trolling is the least they deserve in return.

the spotlight is on him 24/8

the lies from the lefty…the same ratio

And who founded LinkedIn?
Mega=progressive dark-money firehose Reid Hoffman.
Hoffman once created a card game modeled after “Cards Against Humanity” designed to poke fun at Donald Trump.
FAFO, Reid.

One of the reasons why I deleted my linkedln profile was because of Hoffman. Dropping that piece of useless garbage was one of the easiest things I could do.

Bro. Greatest troll CINC in history. This is beyond epic

When MSFT bought linked in, HQ was saying… yeah that free meal plan they have is gone in a year.

I said during his first administration that liberals were making two basic mistakes with Trump. First, they paid more attention to what he was saying instead of what he was doing. Second, Trump could say something intentionally outrageous to transmit his message, and the MSM, in their outrage, would broadcast that message repeatedly in the belief they were damaging Trump while unwittingly making sure everyone heard the message.

I voted for Trump for the trolling. Everything else is just gravy.

Humor and ridicule are extremely effective weapons. The only way to respond to a joke is with a better joke, otherwise you’re aced out. Skillful comedians know how to handle hecklers with humor. But you have to be quick on your feet, and have a large repertoire of one liners. Alan King was great at this. Trump comes from an entertainment background, and knows the game. The Democrats don’t know how to properly respond and come across as a bunch of sourpusses. They need to hire some good comedy writers like Woody Allen. One of my favorites: his ex-wife complained that she was violated in the hallway of her building. Allen: “knowing my ex-wife, you can be sure it wasn’t a moving violation.” She tried to sue him over the remark, making it all the worse for her.

New York Times performed a fact-check on the claim and concluded that Harris did once work at a Bay-area McDonald’s. Their proof? “Her campaign and a friend say she did.”

NYT, a tribute to truth in journalism.

MAFA: Make America Fun Again!

As Fetterman said, “God-tier level of trolling. To own the libs.” He got it.

It seemed to me that in his first term, Trump thought that he could somehow get the haters, at least some, to like him. At some point he came to the realization that this would never happen and he made peace with that. He also sees just how nutso they become over his every utterance, and he wields that power like a weapon.

The crazy part is the libs and the media (but I repeat myself) don’t even seem to know that they are being manipulated.

Yes, it’s an effective political strategy, but he has fun doing it, and the effectiveness just makes it more fun.

Which makes it even more effective, which…

Another Trump troll – revoking citizenship. Lefties feel compelled to fact check it. He always has them going around curves on two wheels.

LinkedIn is supposed to be strictly a career-oriented space for making relationships, applying for jobs, listing openings, catching up on who is where, etc. Instead, it’s turned into mini-Bluesky, mini-X, etc. If you dare mention that political content is inappropriate for the site, you get hammered with garbage like “…you just aren’t on board…” and “…people will notice when you apply for jobs…”, turning it into an unofficial white list/black list for “acceptable” candidates (or not). I took my profile down because I am now a senior partner in my group practice, as is my husband in his. We don’t really need that kind of stupidity. One thing it is good for is telling you who to avoid as a lawyer, banker, etc., as far as who is posting leftist tripe.
