Chinese dictator President Xi Jinping hosted Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and North Korean dictator leader Kim Jong Un for a massive military parade in Beijing.
China celebrated the 80th anniversary of Japan’s WWII surrender.
Trump wrote on Truth Social:
The big question to be answered is whether or not President Xi of China will mention the massive amount of support and “blood” that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader. Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory. I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice! May President Xi and the wonderful people of China have a great and lasting day of celebration. Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America. PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
I wonder if the left and those with TDS will explode over Trump’s comments and actually side with these dictators.
It wouldn’t shock me if the three of them sat and conspired against America.
Also, Trump isn’t wrong about the history.
One could say WWII started in 1931 when Japan invaded Manchuria or 1937 due to the Marco Polo Incident, leading to the Second Sino-Japanese War.
The Japanese brutalized the Chinese, Koreans, and members of the Allies. I would have hated to be in the Pacific way more than Europe during WWII.
The Japanese engaged in cannibalism and genocide. They slaughtered, tortured, and raped noncombatants, including women, children, and the elderly.
Why did we nuke Japan? Because we knew the Japanese slaughtered everyone. We knew America would have to go to extremes to force the proud Japanese to surrender.
America knew the Japanese Empire would rather sacrifice its people than surrender. Soldiers would rather commit suicide than surrender.
Japan had a long-standing culture of aversion to surrender, rooted in its interpretation of the samurai code of bushido.
It took two nukes to force Japan to surrender. I know the nukes weren’t the only reason Japan surrendered, but still.
