Pro-Abortion Group at U. Washington Rethinks Allowing Students to Shoot Nerf Guns at Pictures of Politicians

Pro-abortion group walks back campus activity shooting nerf guns at politicians’ pictures
An event advertised by the University of Washington in which a pro-abortion group planned to have students “shoot nerf guns at dart boards of political figures” did not take place Monday, as initially planned.
Ari Hoffman, an editor at The Post Millennial, confirmed Monday morning on X that the student organization Seattle Green Wave decided not to go through with the activity.
“The planned activity certainly did not represent the values of the UW & the student group organizing that activity recognized it was inappropriate & decided not to do it even before University staff contacted them,” the university told Hoffman in a statement.
“They did not bring any Nerf guns to campus & the event description has been updated to be accurate about what is actually taking place,” the university stated. “The UW is committed to discussion & debate that is constructive, and the University opposes violence or allusions to violence.”
Seattle Green Wave posted a photo of its campus event on its Instagram page Monday, showing a table with pro-abortion buttons and stickers, and boxes of PlanB birth control pills.
Originally, the student-run “reproductive justice” organization had advertised the shooting activity as part of its Green Wave Carnival on campus.
“Shoot nerf guns at dart boards of political figures, compete in a water balloon toss, paint tote bags or flowerpots and enjoy a red bull Italian Soda with a local reproductive justice group,” a screenshot of the original event advertisement stated.

It’s a good thing words are free, because Democrats run through them and discard them faster than Starbucks cups,

however metal /steel instruments were still allowed to attack real babies
Was it the nerf guns? Or was it because only pictures were targets?
People pay $40-50K a year to do this stuff. And call it education. Mind boggling.
