JD Vance Hosts The Charlie Kirk Show
What an honor.
Vice President JD Vance is hosting The Charlie Kirk Show today at noon ET.
It’s the first show since Kirk was assassinated at Utah Valley University.
Vance is the perfect person to take the chair for the return of the show. Erika Kirk, his widow, vowed never to let Charlie’s movement die.
In fact, Erika warned the evil doers that they’ve unleashed something bigger.
I’d definitely say the vice president hosting Charlie’s show is a major step in that direction.
Tomorrow, I will have the honor of hosting the Charlie Kirk Show. Please join me as I pay tribute to my friend.

Good. Vance has shown a skill of speaking truth to the dysfunctional.
I have to admit I had no idea Charlie had a show
His program or at least a 30 minute segment began on one of our local stations at 6:30 pm M-F. I started watching about the first of this year.
Who knew Charlie Kirk had a show. Or for that matter who he was.
Your obliviousness to the normal world is noteworthy.
Perhaps Mom’s basement is not actually a good environment for developing a rational worldview. Oh, wait… she’s coming down with your Hot Pockets.
I”d guess that the lack of publicity was due to being God-based, which in the adult political world is a non-starter. A niche position.
If you consume your news only from mainstream or leftist sources, it’s easy to be as ignorant and uniformed as you.
Widen your horizons..
Althouse, Instapundit and here.
God, just shut up!
Professor… please
and now b/c of one of your adherents ….we do
I knew who he and TPUSA was but not that he had a show
I saw some of his youtube videos and knew about TPUSA but I also didn’t know he had a show.
Go away
I’ve grown to respect Mr. Vance greatly in the past year or so.
So much so that I’m having difficulty coming up with anyone else that could step into Mr. Trump’s shoes in 3.5 years.
Certainly no one on the left, that’s for certain.
Glenn Beck has said he was asked to sit in for 2 days.
What’s wrong with Marco Rubio, who might bring more Hispanic votes, as “the first Hispanic President”?
The ticket would be Vance/Rubio from what I hear.
Do we want to be the party of “the first…”? I prefer the best candidate. Rubio is good but voting for him because his name is “Hispanic” is something the Democrats do.
Aaaaaaand… wait for it….
Wouldn’t that be a kick in the pants if they did?
Historically, vice-presidents have been chosen for who they can attract, often regional. I support your preference for the best candidate, but, of course, getting elected is the priority. I trust you will make your case for who is best.
its not just his message
it was him…his youth that was able to relate and allowed the youth to relate to ck,,,,,that made him,,,at the least, acceptable to the college crowd
and then…….
the college youth said…man this guy is offering a legit solution to the blmplo cretins ruling our campus/our world…voting trump! this time
again..israel knows what to do to the scum that is trying to eliminate them
I’ve listened to Kirk sporadically on the radio but never realized how huge his impact was. If one takes the time to sift through his history and who he was… this is a huge loss for America… a loss only the Left would champion. Rush Limbaugh used to say the Left doesn’t want a level playing field, they don’t anyone but themselves on it…. I will go further…. they want “us” buried under the playing field. The percentage of people reveling in Kirk’s death is a shocking wakeup call to today’s America. Robert Barnes on Youtube has put the situation into clarity yesterday. The blood lust of the Left has taken Alinsky’s rules to a new level…. dehumanize and then destroy. Dare I say it… what major political ideologies of the 20th century used those rules to justify the death of millions?
They’re taught of the need to destroy evil systems. and that every system is evil. It’s a perversion of Deconstruction. Derrida, its first practitioner, deconstructed systems that he loved, showing (as deconstruction does) that nothing founds it, least of all what the system imagines to be founding it. But he did it by showing the dynamics that kept the system going that were not exactly founding but substitutes for it. That was cause, for Derrida, for amazement.
Academic deconstructionists work only on systems that they hate, and don’t discover anything that doesn’t fit their political preferences. That’s what they teach their students.
It takes a lot of patience to read Derrida, so nobody is likely to discover the difference. I recommend to guys “Spurs” (skip the preface by somebody else), and for women “The Post Card,” as first starts.
I don’t agree with you very often, but this is a very good post. Post WWI European philosophy and ethics is a cesspool of warped beliefs, and Deconstruction is among the worst of the lot.
