Muslim Student Exempted From Suspension in Loudoun Locker Room Case

By now, you have probably heard about the boys in Loudoun County, Virginia, who were punished for complaining about a female in their locker room. In a new twist, it has been revealed that one student, who is Muslim, escaped punishment for some reason.
🚨SCOOP: In Louden County, there were three boys that were involved in the Title IX investigation, but only two were suspended.
Why?
Because the third boy was Muslim, so the progressive administrators didn't want to punish him.

The Daily Signal reports:
Glenn Youngkin, Virginia’s Republican governor, addressed the issue on “The John Fredericks Radio Show” on Tuesday.
He noted that “instead of pursuing an investigation into the biological female, the school system pursues an investigation against these three young students who are simply uncomfortable because there is a biological female in the male locker room.”
Youngkin noted Miyares’ investigation and said the attorney general thinks “this was a retaliatory process against these three young men.”
He also noted that Loudoun County Public Schools initially investigated three boys—one Muslim, two Christian—but dropped the investigation into the Muslim boy, while holding the Christian boys on the hook.
“This is just shocking, shocking behavior from a school system that’s supposed to be looking out for students, as opposed to driving this liberal-left agenda,” the governor added.
Youngkin hearkened back to 2021, the year he won election as governor, when a 15-year-old male student forced a girl to commit sex acts in the girls bathroom at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia, the same school the boys currently under investigation attend.

To this day, the school system maintains that the boy didn’t identify as a female. He just liked to wear… uh, kilts. Yeah kilts, that’s the ticket.
No, he didn’t identify as female, and he wasn’t in the girls’ restroom because of any kind of trans policy. He wasn’t there pretending to be a girl, or to prey on girls in general. He was there because that was his and his girlfriend’s regular place to hook up. On this occasion she wasn’t in the mood, and he didn’t take no for an answer. The location is irrelevant; it could easily have been a supplies closet or something.
Reading the “reporting” on this incident was an exercise in Gell-Mann amnesia.

I think you stood this one on its head. The whole point is, there was no misbehavior, except on the part of the girl. The white boys are being punished for being white boys who wanted their sexual privacy. It served no political purpose to penalize the Muslim, so they didn’t. How much more blatant must the prejudice and the double standard be before it gets called out by the federal government?

Were these girls claiming to be transgender and asserting their right to display vajay in the boys’ locker room? That is a very new development if it is true.
Local voters crippled Loudoun County Public Schools by electing these idiots, and now that the dysfunction has become embarrassing enough there may be some second thoughts circulating. Probably these will remain unspoken due to the prevalent cultural cowardice, but I wouldn’t be that surprised to see another smackdown of the progressive elites, unless the Republicans manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory this time around. All they need to do is keep stating the obvious, and eventually reality may trump the strident chorus of self-aggrandizing influencers and media shills promoting this insanity, at least for those who still actually care about what happens to the children.
Excluding suspension of one of the suspended boys because of his faith(?) sets a precedence they won’t like. They better start looking at MN.
