Minneapolis School Shooter Admitted He was ‘Tired of Being Trans’
“I wish I never brain-washed myself.”
The New York Post shared some interesting information from Robert “Robin” Westman’s journal.
Westman murdered two children and injured 17 others at the Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, MN, on Wednesday.
We already know that his mother, Mary Grace Westman, filed a court document in 2019 to legally change Robert’s name to Robin. Westman was only 17 at the time.
Westman’s journal reveals that he regretted making that choice, yet still aspired to be a girl. From The New York Post:
“I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. I am tired of being trans, I wish I never brain-washed myself,” he wrote, according to a translation by The Post.
“I can’t cut my hair now as it would be an embarrassing defeat, and it might be a concerning change of character that could get me reported. It just always gets in my way. I will probably chop it on the day of the attack.”
Westman, 23, later wrote that he regretted being trans and just wished he were a girl.
“I regret being trans.. I wish I was a girl I just know I cannot achieve that body with the technology we have today. I also can’t afford that,” he said.

But, five years later, he seemed to have shrunk away from his new identity, scribbling on another page of the notebook “I don’t want to dress girly all the time but I guess sometimes I really like it. I know I am not a woman but I definitely don’t feel like a man.”
I shouldn’t think too hard on these details because Westman needed psychological help. Those not trained on mental illness cannot understand what is going on.

I am once again reminded I’m lucky to have my parents. Growing up, I told them I was a male in a female body. They told me to go ahead and wear boy clothes, act like one, and whatnot, but drilled into my head that I am a female and I will always be a female and nothing can ever change that.
Yeah, just a major tomboy. Still am! I still wear a lot of male clothing, prefer male friends, and am interested in way more male activities.
We have to stop indulging children with their delusions. Obviously, Westman’s problems run deeper than his gender identity, but it played a factor in his losing his grip on reality.
Don’t forget that Westman hated Jews and President Donald Trump.
Many issues are going on here, not just Westman’s gender identity.

Once someone convinces you of the fixation that you feel the way you feel because your sex is wrong, you’re locked into trying to interpret all your problems against that metric, instead of what they really are.
It’s called “kicking the trans down the road.” It NEVER makes things better. It just delays the inevitable denouement for a couple three years. You end up the same… or worse, taking other people with you.
And it doesn’t have to be “trans.” There have been several disfunctions in the last few decades that have served as a popular cause for folks’ problems. And a slew of chemical and tech panaceas for “solving” them.
Because, despite all of our education and technology and Science!, people still need a demon to blame and some totem to cast it out. Hard work? Following rules? Not validating your own feelings? Pfft.

It was just a monster. And those who pushed this monster into deeper lunacy are also responsible. Drag in every high school teacher and administrator who worked on this ticking time bomb and every psychologist and psychiatrist who primed it for detonation. And the parents who helped this monster develop into such a murderous lunatic that picked defenseless children as the targets of its endless hate.
I noticed the “reported” comment too. Was he being monitored because he was known (to someone or some entity) to be unstable? Or was he also paranoid?
If the former, is he another one of those the police had “on the radar” but didn’t watch closely enough (for instance, to notice that he was buying guns)?
A monster or someone who’s mind became so warped due to the drugs pumped into him that he had no idea what he was doing.
Next: not only was he withdrawing from being trans, he was probably withdrawing from antidepressants.
And I have read his father was a CIA contractor.
I am really curious to see his toxicology report. I hope that unlike the Nashville trans terrorist, all of the medications he had in his system and an accounting of her currently prescribed meds are publicly released. If you compare contemporary photos of him against photos from the mid to late 2010s, his face certainly looks feminized and his facial hair has largely disappeared…both signs of hormone ‘therapy.’
Taking hormones is a bad decision. As Petrushka mentions above, going cold-turkey on off those hormones (and maybe other medications) is probably even worse.
Since I posted the above comment, I’ve been reliably informed that the vast majority of autopsies conducted in this country surprisingly do NOT include the blood/bodily fluid regimens that are required to detect most hormones and hormone antagonists and a lot of other kinds of drugs as well including SSRIs. Also, there are many drugs that are often prescribed for behavioral and other mental health issues that will often create false positives for illicit drugs. Because the lack of proper testing and the propensity for false positives for other drugs, we simply don’t have good pharmacological data on spree killers who don’t survive. While law enforcement can document the medications that were prescribed at the time of death, those investigations are often incomplete and they can’t measure what the level of specific drugs were in the assailant’s system at the time of death.
IOW, we have no way of really gauging what damage all these drugs might be doing because we’re simply not testing for them.
All together now, repeat after me, “mental illness”.
And not getting the help he really needed, just everyone in his medical circle hopping on the trans train.

Yeah, “the pill” is pretty much bad news, just like anything else that messes up the way the human body is meant to function. Good things never arise from trying to play God.

God wants us to “play God”. That’s why He enabled us to do so. He made the universe understandable, and gave us brains capable of understanding it, because He wanted us to do so. He left the word imperfect so that we would have a chance to improve it and thus become His partners in creation.
But with the ability to do so comes the responsibility to consider the costs and benefits of each intervention. Just because we can do something doesn’t automatically mean we should — but it certainly doesn’t automatically mean we shouldn’t.

This is the same nonsense argument liberals love to make regarding insurance being sexist because it often covers ED medication but not birth control pills (for birth control purposes. Of course it’s “playing God”. God gave you diabetes; what gives you the right to artificially manipulate your hormones so as not to die?
The answer is, God gave us the right. By making it possible for us to do it, and not telling us not to, He authorized it. And if it improves the word then we can assume He wants us to do it. If He doesn’t like it He can either tell us to stop, or make it not work.
All choices are in fact trade offs between X with its pros and cons and Y, Z or the whole alphabet which carry their own pros/cons including doing nothing..refusing to make a decision is itself a decision with its own pros/cons.
Hormonal BC is not going away. What should happen is far more informed consent of patients. Unfortunately in today’s Pharma based medical system of ‘there’s a pill for that’ and financial incentives staked against meaningful conversations about other courses of treatment with a physician it is up to patients to research the risks, ask the questions and be strongest advocate for their healthcare.

Those currently trained on mental illness would be the ones trying to keep him from giving up his delusion of being a girl. The current version of the Psychiatric Professions has lost its way in the psycho sexual realm because they decided years ago that there is essentially no abnormal sexual feelings. You should not be sexually repressed in anyway. The confusion of a child should not be examined since that is the same as using operant conditioning on an unwilling homosexual.

Yes, anyone who believes that they are something other than objective reality is suffering from a delusional disorder. Whether they think they are god, they can fly, that they are a animal or that they are a different gender it is all delusion.

I spent more than 10 years in psych and the beginnings of the infiltration of leftism into psych is what drove me out of psych. When people stopped taking their meds and then did something stupid and it was “societies” fault, not their own fault for not taking their meds. The beating heart of leftism is in medical psych and that is where it started branching out into medicine as a whole.
The people are mentally ill and instead treating that mental illness now they are encouraged in their delusions by the people that are supposed to help them. So then what happens. Well they know that something is wrong so they decide they are the opposite Gender and encouraged by their Mental Health “Professionals” they “transition. At some point they realize they have put themselves through all this mental and possibly physical trauma, but they still feel like that always did. That is the reason why the suicide rates of Trans skyrocket the further into transitioning they get.
Psychiatric drugs have come a long way, but that comes from neuroscience, not psychology. The actual “theory of mind” people have been pretty unimpressive on the clinical front. What robust and reproducible results *have* come out of psychology, for instance the suggestibility of children, are just as likely to be blithely ignored in clinical practice as put to use.

No. Many states have banned what is called “conversion therapy”, because in the 55 years or so since it was invented it has proved to be both ineffective and harmful. It doesn’t work and it hurts its subjects.
However rather than carefully specify this particular “therapy”, which is a hoax like Laetrile, most states have simply banned all attempts to use psychotherapy to change someone’s sexual orientation. Right now “conversion therapy” is the only technique that even claims to be able to do that, but who’s to say that tomorrow a new technique won’t be discovered, one that actually works and does no harm? The world is a wondrous place, and there are so many things yet to be discovered. But these laws would ban even such a therapy, merely because it attempts to do the same thing as the discredited one claimed to do. Bullhockey. Those with a lot of experience in life often understand exactly what is going on. Even from afar, with the evidence we have, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was struggling with something (doesn’t have to be sexual dysmorphia) as a young man/older kid. But no one wanted to tell him to “get over it” in not so many words. They all believed the current psych worldview that people can’t get over their problems, there must be a cause outside of themselves, and pharmacopeia and technology can fix it.
So the kid latched onto trans as the outside cause – because it’s currently in vogue, and provides him a shell of invulnerability (you can’t criticize me!). It allows him to wallow in his misery and depression (and ends up making it worse if they medicate him much) instead of changing to make his life better.
Well, he discovered – as most people eventually encounter Reality – it was not working. But he still didn’t have anyone giving him an answer beyond “Blame the externalities harder! More drugs and maybe surgery!” And absolutely no hope.
The really sad part to this? In shooting up that mass, he attacked the one group of people who probably could have helped him overcome his issues. They could have given him hope.
I saw something the other week that really caused me to think on it. The observation was that the pressures of adolescence familiar to everyone have always had an outlet in the creation of a clique of those outside the mainstream groups. The money shot was that Trans has become the new clique for those outcast adolescents seeking social acceptance/sense of belonging so that Trams is the new Goth.

I will be honest. I don’t believe anything I read in the media, so as far as I am concerned the “I don’t want to be Trans” stuff is BS. That sounds more like a Media Diversion tactic than anything to me.
