Pediatrician Fired for Post Claiming Pro-Trump Voters ‘Got What They Voted For’
The floods have killed 82 people, including at least 27 children.
Blue Fish Pediatrics fired Houston pediatrician Dr. Christina Propst after her vile comment about the Texas flood victims went viral.

Pediatrician FIRED after saying Texas flooding victims deserved to “get what they voted for.”
Dr. Christina B. Propst has been fired after mocking the Texas flooding, where more than 80 people have lost their lives.

From The New York Post:
Propst’s employer, Blue Fish Pediatrics, initially said the employee had been suspended — before announcing that “the individual is no longer employed” there.
“As we previously mentioned in our original statement, we strongly condemn the comments that were made in that post. That post does not reflect the values, standards, or mission of Blue Fish Pediatrics,” the company said.
“We do not support or condone any statement that politicizes tragedy, diminishes human dignity, or fails to clearly uphold compassion for every child and family, regardless of background or beliefs,” the doctor’s office added.
The company put the announcement on the front page of its website.
The floods have killed 82 people, including at least 27 children. From Fox News:
Camp Mystic in Hunt, Texas, said it’s mourning the loss of 27 campers and counselors following the flooding of the Guadalupe River over the Fourth of July weekend.
“Our hearts are broken alongside our families that are enduring this unimaginable tragedy. We are praying for them constantly,” the camp said in a statement on Monday.
“We have been in communication with local and state authorities who are tirelessly deploying extensive resources to search for our missing girls,” it added.
As of this morning, ten campers and one counselor were reported missing. At least 82 people have died in central Texas following the flooding that began early Friday.
“We ask for your continued prayers, respect and privacy for each of our families affected. May the Lord continue to wrap His presence around all of us,” said the camp, which describes itself on its website as a “private Christian summer camp for girls.”
The National Weather Service issued three more flash flood warnings for the same area on Monday morning.
It’s expected to get one to two inches of more rain.
While that might seem like a lot, it is for an area already soaked and devastated. It could also hamper any rescue operations.

She’s got those classic sociopathic eyes, you can tell she’s a radical leftist in one second. Physiognomy is the most underrated of all sciences.
She’s got leftist crazy eyes….
She also does not under weather and geology. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTICaCbpPD0
judging web med ratings, based on those ratings, she apparrantly is not a very good pediatrician.
The ratings now are useless and irrelevant; do you know what her ratings were before the weekend?
It’s easy to cull out July 6 ratings. On one site she had something like five 5/5 with one 3/5 and leaving the practice,
I don’t put much stock in web ratings unless they are very specific. Only the people angry about something will run someone down online.
Let me guess…
Another single, educated (she is an M.D. afterall), female who is perpetually MISERABLE.
Extra points for each of her dozen cats.
Was she fired or allowed to resign?
Either is justice, of course.

“Pediatrician Fired for Post Claiming Pro-Trump Voters ‘Got What They Voted For’
She was right… she was just two days premature.
Vile person. Now strip their medical license too.
On what grounds?
Milhouse-what grounds should she lose her medical license? Ethics and professional misconduct. I would never trust any doctor that made such a statement, regardless of which political party they voted for. A doctor that would make such a public social media post is impaired in her ability to care for individuals . A doctor who is entrusted to care for the well being of children should never make a public social media post stating that families that voted for Trump deserve death or harm of their loved ones, including the death of their children. You can’t get more demonic than that.
That you wouldn’t trust her doesn’t make her guilty of professional misconduct.
Her tweets are not related to the practice of medicine; they’re not professional conduct, so they can’t be professional misconduct.
No, she isn’t. Her medical knowledge and skills are the same as they were before she posted. Your decision not to trust her merely means that you choose not to be her patient. It doesn’t affect her ability to care for those who choose otherwise.
Your feeling that “a doctor who is entrusted to care for the well being of children should never make a public social media post” expressing an opinion you find distasteful, is merely your feeling. There’s no objective reason why she shouldn’t. And the government has absolutely no business dictating to anyone what opinions they should or shouldn’t express.
That she shows overt hostility towards over half the population and can’t be trusted to provide objective medical care towards them. If she is so biased and full of hate she doesn’t care about children dieing because their parents voted for someone else then she can’t be trusted for any reason.
Being an asphole isn’t reason to remove a Medical License, if it were we would have far fewer doctors.
The reason you strip her license is she can’t be trusted to service at least half the population. She’s gone so far as explicitly state her feelings. Imagine her opinions that she hasn’t stated.
Good luck with her finding a place in another practice in Houston,
I’m not one for cancelling people, but perhaps some pressure should be applied to the hospital systems where she has privledgrd.
I think I read her hospital terminated her and the medical board is investigating her,
Frankly she’s f’d herself. She’s now toxic and no one in Houston is going to want to hire her because of the bad publicity. It’s possible she can pick up and go elsewhere but good luck with that at 55.
Good on the hospitals if that is what they did. An investigation by the medical board is certainly warranted, I’m not sure about revoking her license, or that it will matter. She may have just made herself radio active and unemployable.
She looks too old to use the excuse of PMS. I am glad she was sacked.
And guesses as to her attitude regarding “gender affirmation”?
“Climate Menopause.”
It’s her world view applied to current news, is all. It’s not particularly malevolent, just typically female.
Hey! Watch it, buddy!!! I think it unusual for women to be so cavalier about the death of children.
Which makes it more egregious that a female pediatrician so cavalierly celebrated the death of those children.
The mask says it all.
Stand outside Planned Parenthood and see who goes in.
Leftists and Dhimmi-crats are this evil.
This twit reminds me of the Muslim physicians who’ve made video statements claiming that they will not treat, or, will actively harm, Jewish patients.
Leftists and Dhimmi-crats must politicize everything under the Sun and poison it with their wretched ideological fanaticism.
They were nurses. They were fired, they’ve been banned from the national insurance system so they can’t be paid for any kind of subsidized health-related care, and they’re facing criminal charges. (There’s no freedom of speech in Australia, or really anywhere outside the USA.)
That is ONE episode and it’s not only nurses. From November, 2023:
“Bad Medicine”
https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/science/articles/antisemitism-medical-institutions
“Stop Antisemitism, an organization that calls attention to public displays of antisemitism, has recorded many medical practitioners whose speech or conduct related to recent events clearly demonstrate untrammeled Jew hatred. The fact that some of those health professionals were subsequently disciplined by their employers is reassuring. But the fact that so many would feel the urge and freedom to engage in overt Jew hatred despite their advanced professional training is alarming.
Several doctors publicly celebrated the savagery that Hamas inflicted upon Israel, which featured barbarism that rivals some of the darkest episodes of human history.”
Also:
“Gaza War Fallout: The US Medical Industry Is Not Immune to Antisemitism”
https://themedialine.org/top-stories/gaza-war-fallout-the-us-medical-industry-is-not-immune-to-anti-semitism/
““What kind of America are we living in that a physician feels empowered to blast these types of hateful, racist opinions?” asks one Jewish doctor after a wave of antisemitic posts by medics, including some likening Israel to Nazi Germany”
Looks like the proposition offered was correct, and the minimalization by pidgeon holing was not.
NONE of the people quoted in either of those articles threatened not to treat Jews, let alone to harm them. The articles cite many examples of doctors expressing horrible opinions, but not one example of what we’re discussing here.
The only people I can recall who’ve said that are the two nurses at Bankstown Hospital, and they’re no longer employable in the industry, and may well end up in prison.
The only similar case I can think of was several years ago, when a doctor in Ohio was found to have made such a threat, not as a doctor but before she started medical school. She said she wanted to be a doctor so she could refuse service to Jews, or something like that. There was no indication that she’d repeated the sentiment after having become a doctor, or even that she still held the same opinions. Nonetheless, as far as I can recall her career was over.
That’s why there are stories. Because it was only two nurses and nothing more. But it wasn’t.
But it was. Again, if you think it wasn’t, why can’t you find any other cases? Not even one? If there are such cases, why did you feel the need to link to a story that doesn’t mention any of them?
If I were a Trump voter or supporter I’d be very uneasy with the quality of care under her. Texas should take a serious look at her license to practice
Allowing the government that sort of power is dangerous and will rebound on us.
If TX can pull her license for this, any state could pull someone’s license for supporting the IDF. All it would take is someone claiming they’d be nervous to be her patient.
Government has that sort of power, who do you think grants the license to practice? I can’t stop her from exercising her hatred but the government can. We know she is so unhinged that she doesn’t care if kids die depending on who their parents voted for, are you willing to wait until she provides sub standard care when a parent walks in with a child and he/she is wearing a Trump shirt? The stakes are way to high.
Thankfully, government currently doesn’t have that power, because it’s restrained by the first amendment. We must never allow it to have such power, or it will bite us in the posterior, sooner rather than later.
Being an ass isn’t illegal and there is no evidence of malpractice. I’ve been a Nurse for 30 years and I can tell you that there are far worse than her that have long careers and save a lot of lives.
I don’t have to like them, I just have to work with them.
Also, you can just accept that one of the strongholds of leftist thought is in Medicine, especially in the Psychiatric area.
She said what thousands(or maybe millions) of other Democrats are thinking.
Afraid so
I’d bet dollars to donuts if one were to probe her social media posts from covid era you’d find curses against those who refused the jab, demands they be fired, and or even interred in camps for daring to question the ExPeRtS.
Physician, heal thyself.
Re: Dollars to Donuts
Last week I told some this same thing.
However, I quickly corrected myself because donuts cost more than a dollar.
There are always Donettes from Hostess. Six in a packet for $1.89.
They were named after Karl Donettes, a Kriegsmarine Admiral who replaced Hitler as chancellor of Germany.
She filed to have a doctors lic revokes. I can’t describe how much of a POS she is.
When it was Dr. Christina Propst’s time to speak, the pediatrician turned to face the room and tried to install a reality check. “Our children’s hospitals are full. Our hospitals are full. There are children dying in our ICUs and I can tell you, anyone here who thinks children cannot get COVID there are children who have died this week in the Texas Medical Center.”
What a *B. Think about it, nationwide, 57 children died of Covid who were not identified as having a pre existing condition. She is a big fake.
The risk myocarditis I think I read was like 5%. Study in France:
The largest associations are observed for myocarditis following mRNA-1273 vaccination in persons aged 18 to 24 years. Estimates of excess cases attributable to vaccination also reveal a substantial burden of both myocarditis and pericarditis across other age groups and in both males and females.
Note CDC:
A total of 183 children 1 to 17 years old who died of COVID-19 were reported in the National Fatality Review-Case Reporting System. One-third (33%) were 15- to 17-year-olds, and 26% were 1- to 4-year-olds. Fifty-six percent were reported as male, 54% white, 24% Black, and 18% Hispanic ethnicity. Physicians declared cause of death in at least 82% of deaths. More than two-thirds (68%) had a medical condition (excluding COVID-19) at time of death. The most common conditions were nervous system disorders (19%), congenital disorders (14%), obesity (12%), respiratory disorders (12%), and neurodevelopmental disorders (10%). Of children with an underlying condition, 35% had 3 or more conditions. Less than half (42%) had contact with a health care provider within a month of their death; and three-fourths died within 14 days of exposure.
Based on other commenters elsewhere, she solicited false accusations against said doctor.
Amazing….Trump hasn’t changed the NWS and FEMA only shows up AFTER a disaster. The NWS issued multiple warnings which the MSM said never happened. She really needed to quit listening to NPR, and take her medications on time.
She is a Liberal and an idiot – but I repeat myself.
She believes and repeats deranged claims that possible cuts IN THE FUTURE to the NWS or FEMA caused shortcomings in Federal response to a 50/100-year flood NOW.
The NWS correctly predicted the extent of the flooding – but the local infrastructure was not set up to pass the warnings widely.
And FEMA is NOT the first responder for weather emergencies, Never has been either. FEMA’s job is to go into a disaster area AFTER the disaster to provide post-disaster relief. They, just like King Canute or Emperor Caligula, have no ability to order floodwaters to cease and desist. FEMA is currently doing that job, and AFIK doing it competently.
And IF – in the future – the BBB cuts funding in either org for DEI support – explain to me how hiring employees for melanin levels instead of competency levels improves instead of degrades the ability to perform whatever your Job One is?
As for the Real as opposed to her imaginary Chicken Little future – one lesson learned may be that rural areas need to improve their warning systems. They may not be able to afford the old style county-wide warning sirens – but now that everyone has cell phones it’s entirely possible to set up emergency alert telephone trees to get the word out. Without spending millions they don’t have.
As I understand it the NWS did not correctly predict the extent of the flooding; no one could have.
Not entirely a fair description, M, as I’ve read reported, the NWS did advise there would be extensive flooding of low-lying areas and floodplains and advised those in those areas to go to higher ground. Granted, the flooding was even higher than expected, but if their warnings had been more widely heeded we wouldn’t have had the death toll we had.
This is my understanding as well. They sent out the warnings that were required. I also believe they gave the best prediction they could given the information. Predicting the weather is just that a prediction.
Legit question, because I wrestled with this one last night after reading former Wa Gov Jay Inslee’s comment of the same tone.
How is this any different than having zero empathy to what happens to anyone in Seattle, Portland, or LA as a result of their voting?
….I mean other than climate change being a giant scam. Which I guess other than that, Mrs Lincoln loved that one night at the theatre.
The lack of police and the correlating escalation in violence are a result of voting to defund the police.in those cities.
Natural disasters are no one’s fault or the result of anyone’s vote.
See?
California wildfires are made worse because of lefist policies. Nonetheless, I don’t sit here and laugh when their houses burn down. Leftists have the emotional intelligence of a toddler.
As a Portlander I don’t think it is a case of getting what we voted for, but more a case of getting what the elections board reports that we voted for.
Is PDX starting to vote differently? I know Gresham, OC, and surrounding areas vote more even keeled. The gov’s race is still close enough to care about (unlike Wa). I assume PDX is just Southern district of Seattle. That’s based on crime and homelessness.
Oregon overall… legislatively following Wa’s descent into anarchy.
Seattle: Jayapal…. those voters have earned all the Karma that comes their way.
lefty votes FOR VIOLENCE
for anything but capitalism…capitalism = freedom
maga votes FOR freedom
so when disaster strikes….WHO “BENEFITS”??
those that want chaos
maga doesnt want chaos
You’re right, it isn’t any different — other than that one big difference, which just boils down to “We’re right and they’re wrong”. True, but not persuasive.
If we say 2+2 is 4 and they say it’s 5, it’s not our fault that reality happens to agree with us and not with them.
It’s the difference between being a victim of something you didn’t cause, and accepting the consequences for something you did cause,
I worked with Drs such as her at the end of my career as a nurse
There are so many of them
shes another lefty dpos
dont forget
the medical wokeness has just begun
she is one of their heros
Since she was fired, she is now free to go join the Fairfax school district, then run for Congress.
(Yes, I’m running together multiple examples of POSs in NorVa.)
Mea culpa: run for governor.
I am glad my kids are old enough not to need a ped. anymore Pediatric doctors are known to be liberal. Not sure why they are not right to life.
Here is part of a statement from their website.
“By not vaccinating, your child may unintentionally transmit a preventable and potentially fatal disease to another person. Many cannot be protected from disease by vaccination because of their age or weakened immunity. …
We are making you aware of these facts not to scare you or coerce you, but to emphasize the importance of vaccinating your child. We recognize that the choice may be a very emotional one for some parents. We will do everything we can to convince you that vaccinating according to the schedule is the right thing to do. …and can put your child at risk for serious illness (or even death) and goes against our medical advice
As medical professionals, we feel very strongly that vaccinating children on schedule with currently available vaccines is the right thing to do for all eligible children and young adults. Finally, if you choose not to vaccinate your child according to the schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we ask that you please find another health care provider who shares your views. < We feel that we cannot in good conscience endorse these practices by participating in them.
I work adjacent to the field. I think nearly all pediatricians before Covid – except for some whackos – encouraged vaccinations extremely strongly. We are talking about real vaccines though – polio, MMR. Vaccines that are historically safe after decades of use against diseases that are the scourge of mankind. Not fake covid vaccines. Even in my liberal city the pediatricians stress how important real vaccines are except for a few nutcases where celebrities and rich people go. I think they are talking about real vaccines, not covid specifically. Now TBH the pediatricians and most doctors were advocating for covid vaccines too but that is a separate issue. I think a lot of physicians showed that they don’t understand science in general or statistics in general when they advocated for covid policies. You don’t DO something unless you have evidence FOR doing something. There was no good science supporting masks and 6′. The best studies showed that masks did not work. It destroyed my faith that my colleagues had any kind of worthwhile education.
Our first Ped. recommended spreading out the vaxes. She seem to be more on the ball and not just take things as WORD from higher ups. Her office manager was awful and we ended up switching, but I really liked her. The one with the above wording as me if my son was getting the vax. I said NO. They then ask me if I got it and I said NO!. I then ask her how many patients she had and how many had problems. She said the practice had like 500 patients total and had problems with 3. All 3 had serious had preexisting conditions.
When they were pushing the HPV vaccine on my son, I said enough.
When I was considering Circumcision for my son, I was amazed at why people blindly have their children circumcised. I am a medic skeptic. Doctors do some amazing things, but I question everything and look that it from a risk prospective. The vax was not worth it and neither was the risk of damage with circumcision.
I am very happy with my pharmacists, but a flier at their counter recommends getting the covid vaccine for anyone over the age of SIX MONTHS! I asked one of the pharmacists about that, and he said they won’t do that for young children there.
I assume the flier reflects some government recommendation.
The practice is right about vaccines (real ones, not the Wuhan disaster). If I were running a medical practice I would also turn away any clients that refused to have their children receive the standard vaccinations on the recommended schedule.
Nah. The recommended schedule has become overly crowded.
The American Academy of Pediatrics is, nationally speaking, one of the biggest brainless knee-jerk advocates of gun prohibition. “If it saves one life,” even if it costs 20 other defenseless lives. “Zats not my problem,” says Wernher vonBraun.
no one murders ( abortion being legal,,doesnt mean its not murder) more than the female gender
but the msm and sexism against males helped along by the pious religious zealots continues to carry the lies
Even if that happens to be true, it’s not as if there are a lot of other options, are there? With only two genders to choose from, of roughly equal numbers, it’s always going to be the case that one commits at least slightly more murders than the other.
On the other hand it’s almost certainly the case that right-handed people commit a lot more murders than left-handed people do.
I like the way you threw “slightly” in there with no justification whatsoever.
Huh? It’s obvious that one gender is always going to commit at least slightly more murders than the other. It’s almost impossible for the numbers to come out completely even.
If you toss a million perfectly balanced coins, you’re almost certainliy not going to get precisely 500,000 heads. One face will almost always come up slightly more frequently than the other.
but the focus /emphasis is always placed onto males
when in fact its females that do the most
and abortion is 10000% against an innocent victim
per capita blacks commit more violent crimes than others and they are not even close to having “roughly equal numbers” in population in the usa
And that is relevant how?
We have a large number of deranged/delusional people running free. How about a very simple threshold test? Those who deny objective reality get involuntarily committed. Those who don’t quite meet that standard get their professional licences/certifications suspended.
Anyone claiming that budget cuts which haven’t yet occurred contributed to this event is denying reality. They are not acting logically aka they are irrational. Those who act irrationally can’t be trusted with professional licences and certifications and some may very well be a danger to themselves or others…. particularly those who also wish harm onto others directly or indirectly.
Time to start putting the Cray Cray folks and the extremely irrational deviants into treatment facilities until they can be helped and prove themselves to be trustworthy to be released into society. Start making 72 hour psych holds a thing for all the ‘crash outs’ with folks being confronted and held accountable by the rest of us including LEO encounters. Yell at LEO, shout that they are racist/goons, flail and fight, demanding special treatment, ignoring lawful commands b/c you want to bait a lawsuit or other performative bs when they detain you? No worries, you get a 72 hour psych hold then you go to booking, jail and only then an eventual appearance before a magistrate. Folks who refuse simply, routine LEO commands and get violently belligerent with LEO ain’t rational and we should stop normalizing this crap by use of temp involuntary commitment.
I would suggest that anyone who has ever been subjected to the ministrations of this psychopath immediately seek out a second opinion…
I just watched this. We’re in trouble.

Brutal.
What a malevolent POS.
It should be stripped of all of its licenses and certifications, never to have any position of responsibility over another child, another person, ever again.
