President Donald Trump will respond to the Supreme Court’s “Birthright Citizen” decision at 11:30 AM ET.
“Thanks to this decision, we can now promptly file to proceed with numerous policies that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis,” said Trump.
The decision applies to many policies, not just birthright citizenship. It applies to sanctuary city funding and the suspension of refugee resettlement.
“Americans are finally getting what they voted for. No longer will we have rogue judges striking down @POTUS policies across the entire nation — NO LONGER!” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi.
