Trump Responds to Supreme Court ‘Birthright Citizen’ Decision
SCOTUS ruled the “universal injunctions were likely unauthorized while avoiding the merits of whether birthright citizenship was required under the 14th Amendment.”
President Donald Trump will respond to the Supreme Court’s “Birthright Citizen” decision at 11:30 AM ET.
“Thanks to this decision, we can now promptly file to proceed with numerous policies that have been wrongly enjoined on a nationwide basis,” said Trump.

The decision applies to many policies, not just birthright citizenship. It applies to sanctuary city funding and the suspension of refugee resettlement.
“Americans are finally getting what they voted for. No longer will we have rogue judges striking down @POTUS policies across the entire nation — NO LONGER!” stated Attorney General Pam Bondi.

I wish SCOTUS would move faster too.
But it doesn’t, does it?
Today we deal with universal injunctions – good.
Tomorrow we’ll tackle birthright citizenship.
Now, I have no doubt that eventually SCOTUS will do away with something that’s a clear abuse of a constitutional amendment, much like it took decades to finally snuff the life out of the utterly ridiculous Roe v. Wade decision. But it will happen.
In the meantime, let’s focus on getting to a net negative immigration figure until we get a handle on the suffocating effects of illegal immigration, shall we?
“…were likely unauthorized while avoiding the merits…”
You mean like ‘bake the cake bigot!’, but only if you ask nicely in Colorado.
What a bunch of gutless wonders. So, what does ‘likely unauthorized’ mean? Unauthorized by whom? In our system courts are authorized to opine on the law – maybe stupidly, unwisely topping from the bottom, wrongly usurping executive authority – but they are authorized to opine.
And you know what ‘likely’ means. That’s gutless wonder-eze which means, ‘We’re gonna be vague n passive, not fixed n stern, in our language so the door can remain open to a whole plethora of lawfare to vex Trumpworld in this arena.
See you in October, suckas. Signed, gutless wonders.
Looking forward to the novel ways district officers of the court will dodge and maneuver their way through the new SC minefield.
Just in, a district judge in NY has issued a temporary stay against the Supreme Court ruling and has put them on double secret probation. lol
The problem comes down to there is no penalty for the games played by district court judges outside of impeaching them. This is the problem with lifetime appointments, They should make these appointments 12 years tops subject to extensions by the current POTUS. I would also like them to forfeit part of their pay every time they are overturned and if they have to pay money so be it.
We all know the Jackson is unfit.. It is easy to blame the autopen, but she was confirmed. Thanks guys.
What a weak ruling. Now a District Judge will place a hold on a policy in his/her district only, another will allow it to go forward and we will be right back to SCOTUS over and over.
