I read “Justice” Jackson’s dissent. My legal training consists of once having overseeded the front lawn at the Harvard Law School (true story – did the same thing at the Medical School) and I am completely certain that I could construct a more cogent – wait for it – argument than she (my degree is in biology so I can opine on her gender – full stop) has done in this decision.
She is an embarrassment to her profession and to the court. If she were smart (she’s not) she’d take heed of how Justice Thomas conducts himself – quietly and in alignment with the constitution.
She displays stupidity like a Mexican in an anti-ice riot.

ITEM 2: Chief Justice John Roberts finally let a female justice—ACB—write a major decision.
It immediately turned into a catfight, “We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary.”
KBJ replied, “This is why no one sits with you at lunch.”
ACB responded, “This is why Roberts makes you write your dissents in crayon.”
I find it odd that SCOTUS merely repeats what I learned in law school my first year, and which postulate mysteriously disappeared under Roberts himself for lack of courage.
I was heartened when Senator Kennedy stated he firmly understood the same for decades himself.
