Israel Eliminates Iranian Replacement Military Chief of Staff as Trump Demands Iran Surrender

President Trump: “Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, it’s very simple.”

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF), on Tuesday, eliminated Iran’s newly appointed military chief, Ali Shadmani, in an airstrike in central Tehran. “For the second time: The IDF has eliminated Iran’s War-Time Chief of Staff, the regime’s top military commander,” the Israel military said in a statement Tuesday morning.

Shadmani, who held the grand title of “Chief of Staff and Commander of the Armed Forces’ Emergency Command,” was elevated to the position after his predecessor, Alam Ali Rashid, was killed in the initial wave of strikes launched by the IDF as part of the ‘Rising Lion’ on early Friday.

He “commanded both the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian army,” the IDF noted.

The strike that took out the chief of Iranian armed forces comes after Israel on Monday afternoon issued evacuation order for parts of Tehran ahead of impending air raids — thereby minimizing civilian casualties.

Israeli fighter jets “struck a staffed command center in the heart of Tehran and eliminated Ali Shadmani, the War-Time Chief of Staff, the most senior military commander,” IDF disclosed.

Besides eliminating the serving Iranian armed forces chief, the Israeli airstrikes have nearly eliminated the entire command structure of Iran’s military, air force and intelligence service. Dozens of senior-most scientists running the regime’s rogue nuclear program have also been taken out.

Iran’s top war-time general was directing indiscriminate missiles and drones attacks on Israeli town and cities which began four days ago. “The emergency command center “Khatam al-Anbiya,” under his command, was responsible for managing combat operations and approving Iran’s firepower plans,” the IDF observed. “In his various roles, he directly influenced Iran’s operational plans targeting the State of Israel.”

Shadmani, Iran’s senior-most military commander, was a close confidant of Iranian dictator Ali Khamenei. “Last night, following precise intelligence received by the Intelligence Directorate, we eliminated Ali Shadmani, the most senior military commander of the Iranian regime during the war,” the IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen., Effie Defrin, announced. “He was eliminated at the Iranian regime’s headquarters in the center of Tehran. Shadmani served as the wartime Chief of Staff of the Iranian regime’s armed forces and was the closest associate of Iran’s Supreme Leader.”

The Israeli TV channel i24NEWS reported the significance of Shadmani’s elimination:

Under Shadmani’s leadership, the “Khatem Al-Anbiya” Emergency Command was responsible for managing combat operations and approving fire plans directed at the State of Israel.

Before his promotion, Shadmani served as deputy commander of the Emergency Command and headed the Operations Department of Iran’s General Staff. Throughout his military career, he played a pivotal role in coordinating missile launches, drone attacks, and other hostile operations against Israeli targets.

The targeted killing of Shadmani marks another critical blow to Iran’s military command structure amid ongoing hostilities and follows a series of recent assassinations aimed at dismantling the upper echelons of the Iranian armed forces. Israeli officials have described the operation as part of a broader strategy to disrupt Iran’s ability to wage coordinated attacks in the region.

“We will relentlessly pursue our enemies through advanced intelligence capabilities, exploiting emerging opportunities, air superiority, and complex operational planning. Simultaneously, we continued striking targets in several areas across Iran,” the IDF spokesman Defrin assured.

President Trump demands a ‘complete give-up’ by Iranian Regime

With Israel decimating Iran’s military command, President Donald Trump demanded nothing less than a “complete give-up” by the Mullah regime.

“I’m not looking for a ceasefire, we’re looking at better than a ceasefire,” President Trump told reporters Tuesday on his flight back from the G7 summit in Canada.

What he wanted, was “an end, a real end, not a ceasefire,” he said, demanding a “complete give-up” by the Iranian regime.

President Trump said that he was in no “mood to negotiate” with Iran’s ruling Mullahs after they ignored his 60-day ultimatum, which ended last week, to agree to a new nuclear deal.

“They should have done the deal. I told them, do the deal,” president said. “So I don’t know. I’m not too much in the mood to negotiate.”

“Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, it’s very simple.” he declared.

Isreali Air Force hits Iranian missile launchers aimed at Israel

Meanwhile, Israeli fighter jets were operating in Iranian airspace, destroying missiles launchers aimed towards Israeli.

“A short while ago, the IAF completed a series of strikes in western Iran,” the IDF announced Tuesday afternoon. “As part of the strikes, a number of sites and dozens of surface-to-surface missile launchers were struck.”

The aerial strikes were also targeting Iranian air defense systems. The military revealed that “since the morning, the IAF conducted intelligence-based strikes on surface-to-air missile launch sites and radars embedded in western Iran.”

Now it will be hard to find somebody who wants to take the position.
Israel probably has already obtained the short list and has every one of them under surveillance.
High stakes Whac-A-Mole

I am very impressed by President Trump’s position. What past President would have demanded surrender rather than cease-fire? I daresay, none.

Vacancies are getting harder to fill. Some very good intel operators must have infiltrated every level of the government and military.

I think it’s hugely unlikely Iran simply surrenders. Instead, I think they’ll Thelma & Louise it. While a nuke may be out of reach for them right now (or maybe not?) a dirty bomb(s) sure isn’t. This may be what has animated Trump the last 24-hours. Ironically, given the success rate of the Israeli missile defense system, it’s just as likely – probably more likely – that a dirty bomb’s fallout would rain down on a Muslim area after being intercepted.

I think it all depends on what happens next. Unlike the countries around Iran they are more of a homogeneous block than splintered competing Muslim crazies so maybe there is a chance for a sane, rational Iran to emerge from this.

One things for sure, I sure wouldn’t want to be one of those religious morality police right now. I suspect more than a few people have knives out for them. Let’s hope there is a reckoning coming their way!

Given how often the power is going out, it’s a lot harder for them (Morality Police) to avoid dark alleys than it used to be. 😀

Evidently Israel has complete control of Iranian airspace. As such Israel can reduce the place to rubble until they agree to unrestricted inspection of all their nuclear facilities. Israel could run out of bombs so they need US support unless we have run out of bombs.

Of course the world will object. So what? What are they going to do about it? Let Europe fight Russia over Ukraine. Iran has been nothing but trouble since Carter withdrew support from the Shah. Way way back I attended a classified lecture by an Iran expert (fluent in Farsi) on how the Mullahs seized power. Iran was modernizing and was a good friend to both the US and Israel. Thanks to Carter, a friend became an enemy, and a destabilizing influence in the Middle East. Now is the time to rid the world of this menace. A bunch of religious fanatics with nuclear weapons must not be tolerated. If any judge dares to try to meddle in foreign policy, arrest him.

make sure the iranian military is beyond decimated

DEIstroyed!!!!!!

Iran’s financial system is collapsing, its nutball leaders being eliminated, its military/police degraded. The end of the Islamo terrorist regimes looks to be on the horizon. We all owe thanks to Israel.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has extended you an offer of employment, to begin immediately. The pay is entirely irrelevant, but the life insurance policy will vest immediately. Please call our pager number, [redacted], to accept this offer, so we can begin onboarding you. When we call you back, we will provide you with the nearest safe house address so you can begin your journey of martyrdom success!

We got some serious effort by the Mad Downvoter to make us all sad on the Israel threads today. “Someone doesn’t like us or our ideas. Boohoo.”

(Plus the occasional “Woops, mouse moved while I clicked.”)

Surrender is the best, and maybe only option. The only way to destroy the nuclear facilities and Iran’s hope for a bomb is to put boots on the ground and destroy them from the inside, and make sure the destruction is complete.

IMO, you need the IAEA involved and maybe even US non-combatants to make sure everything is done right. It has to be that way because China and Russia can’t be able to come in and run over a weak Iranian government and pick up the pieces of the nuclear program that aren’t totally destroyed and start it all over again. Both of them supposedly have ties to the current government, and need to have nothing left to restart the threat to the Middle East the current government poses to the area and world.

Ending this threat is not close to being done.

Israel is lending new meaning to the Peter Principle – can’t do the job, removed in days.

Israel isn’t just eroding Iran’s command and control capabilities by eliminating leaders. They’re also demonstrating the complete awareness they have of the location of every leader, seemingly at every moment. This is intended as a message to Khamenei, “Don’t think we don’t know where you are or what you had for breakfast. You’re on our list too. We’re just hoping you’ll see the light before it’s too late. Then the light will be a single bright flash, if you’re even aware of it before the darkness closes in.”

Feels like it’s gonna start goin’ to down, soon. USAF pilots are ’bout to put some work in. I suspect if you’re an employee at any of the underground Iranian facilities, your remaining tenure is probably better measured in hours, not days and certainly not weeks.

Do Iranian MCOS carry pagers?

I’d capture the Ayatollah if they want to send a real message.

Maybe a late night flight to mother Russia and a march off to irrelevance for his remaining few days where he’ll be reminded how it was the Jews and the great Satan that brought about his downfall 😂😂
