The French Academy of Medicine recently voted overwhelmingly (97% to 3%) to state their belief that SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus responsible for covid endemic we now endure, originated from a laboratory error.
This decision reflects a near-unanimous consensus among the Academy’s members, per a translation from “Sciences et Avenir”
“97% of the Academy of Medicine voted almost unanimously to say that we believe that SARS-CoV-2 originated from a laboratory error and that lessons must be learned from it to take precautions in the future, ” revealed Professor Jean-François Delfraissy in a press conference of the Academy of Medicine on April 2, 2025.”It is true that as a virologist, I do not see many arguments in favor of the natural emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus,” adds Professor Christine Rouzioux, virologist at Necker Hospital (Paris). In a new report that these experts co-signed with others, the Academy of Medicine draws on the assessment of known elements on the origins of the Covid-19 virus to recommend a significant improvement in the monitoring of the emergence of zoonoses, and especially greater safety of biological manipulations in the laboratory.
I have often stressed that the furin site contained within the genetic sequence of the virus was a hallmark of laboratory manipulation. The French Academy of Medicine agrees with me.
In addition, the virus contains in its genetic material the sequence of a cleavage site for a protein called furin. ” This particularity facilitates the cleavage between S1 and S2 and greatly increases the affinity of the virus’s Spike protein for human cells and therefore its infectivity ,” explains Christine Rouzioux.Finally, Patrick Berche points out the strangeness of the epidemiology of the pandemic. ” The animals in the Wuhan market are transported from other places, yet there were no animal or human outbreaks at the point of departure of these convoys. It is as if everything had magically appeared in Wuhan .”
As more and more scientists now feel free to state real epidemiological facts rather than political error, our new head of Health and Human Services (HHS), Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., continues to upset the establishment by cleaning house of those who perpetrated the covid lockdowns and then prolonged them.
At the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately 2,400 positions are being cut, representing about 18% of its workforce. Entire divisions, such as the Environmental Health Science division and the office handling Freedom of Information Act requests, have been dissolved. Arguably, the cuts are linked to efforts that are not true “diseases”, but lifestyle choices and pet dogmas.
Scientists focused on environmental health and asthma, injuries, lead poisoning, smoking and climate change were dismissed.Researchers studying blood disorders, violence prevention and access to vaccines were let go. The agency’s center on H.I.V. and sexually transmitted diseases was among the hardest hit, losing about 27 percent of its staff.
At the National Institutes of Health (NIH): Around 1,200 positions are being eliminated, focusing on administrative roles like communications and IT. This is in addition to 3,500 positions at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and 300 jobs at the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
At least four directors of the NIH’s 27 institutes and centers were placed on administrative leave, as were virtually the agency’s entire communications staff, the Associated Press reported based on an “agency senior leader speaking on the condition of anonymity to avoid retribution.” STAT News, however, placed the number at five directors plus at least two senior leaders who “have been placed on administrative leave or offered new assignments.”
One of those jobs belonged to the wife of former White House coronavirus advisor, Dr. Anthony Fauci. Christine Grady was recently dismissed from her position… as the chief of the Department of Bioethics. Maybe she should have persuaded her husband to be honest about the research being conducted at Wuhan?
Apparently, Grady was asked to transfer to National Institutes of Health to regional offices of the Indian Health Service….in Alaska.
The elite media is decrying the terminations. For example, the New York Times describes it as a “blood-letting”.
Many described it as a “bloodletting.” Hundreds of people, many carrying handmade signs, gathered in the lobby of a National Cancer Institute building in the Maryland suburbs on Tuesday morning to witness the exodus of fired workers, but were dispersed so they could walk out without fanfare. Some employees, both current and former, were in tears.
But given the massive, generational destruction of the covid lockdowns and vaccine mandates foisted on us by these bureaucrats, most Americans feel it is a justified retribution for ignoring the real science the French Academy of Medicine is now embracing and competely betraying the trust of the American people.
