Joy Reid – Who Mocked ‘White Tears’ – Cries Over Her Firing by MSNBC

“This filthy scumbag Jew Hater has the nerve to talk about standing for ‘babies in Gaza,’ but the two Jewish babies who were brutally killed, that’s ok with her.”

For one brief moment, I truly felt sorry for far-left MSNBC host Joy Reid as she spoke publicly for the first time since learning that her show, The ReidOut, had been abruptly canceled. It was a blow. She had been on the air for five years, and the show had been her everything. Fighting to hold back her tears, she said, “my show had value. … What I was doing had value.”

However, as Reid regained her composure and her signature defiance replaced her vulnerability, any empathy I had felt quickly vanished.

Here’s what she had to say:

What I will just say is that, in the end, where I land is that the moment of guilt that I felt that I went hard on so many issues, whether it was the Black Lives Matter issues, of a young baby, or a mom or dad that was killed.

Or when we opened up people’s eyes to the fact that the Asian Americans were being targeted and not just black folks.

Or about what the president is doing that is subversive to the Constitution that is injurious to our liberty. Defending books that people find inconvenient. Nicole Hannah Jones put into our spirit that we need to understand 1619 as the real founding of this country.

Whether it’s talking about any of these issues – and yes, whether it’s talking about Gaza and the fact that we, as the American people, have a right to object to little babies being bombed. And where I come down on that is I’m not sorry. I am not sorry that I stood up for those things. Because those things are of God. And I’m a church girl too and those were the things that I was taught were of God. And so, I’m not sorry. I’m just proud of my show.

Reid’s words revealed that despite her show’s declining ratings over the past year, and even after it was suddenly pulled from the air, she hasn’t learned a thing. Perhaps it’s still too fresh, and she remains in shock, but she failed to recognize her own unwillingness to yield on any of the issues that she raised.

The atrocities committed by Hamas militants against Israeli citizens, including women and infants, on October 7 never seemed to cross her mind. It made no difference to Reid that elementary school children had access to books depicting explicit sexual acts or that, rather than subverting the Constitution, President Trump is actively working to restore it.

Judging from the reactions to Reid’s video on X, she didn’t appear to win over many hearts and minds.

Many people will be glad when Reid signs off for the last time this week.

Hopefully, MSNBC will target Rachel Maddow next.

“My show had value. … What I was doing had value.”

The crucial word is “had” and the amount of value was negligible. Your show was weighed in the balances and found wanting.”

By the way, I’m crying too—-tears of joy. Bwahaaaa!

Her show did have SOME ‘value’.

Her problem is that the amount of ‘value’ it had was far less than her insanely inflated salary and staff.

They knew that she would never agree to cut her pay to a level equal to the show’s ‘value’, so they pulled the plug.

Welcome to the real world, Reid.

Cutting her pay to a level equal to the show would require her to pay billions of dollars each year,

I’m sure she will find out her true ‘value’ as she tries to navigate the new journalistic world of sub stack and pod casting to gather, grow and maintain an audience of paid subscribers. In the post DOGE world of journalism without the easy money from gov’t overpriced subscriptions and grants its gonna be far more difficult for mediocre folks like Reid to get by.

Bringing her a tissue was especially effective.

Reid showed what a weak hater looks like, feeling so sorry for herself and her righteous cause.

“Or when we opened up people’s eyes to the fact that the Asian Americans were being targeted and not just black folks.”

Neither are targeted by whites.

If MSNBC had ever any integrity, she never would have had a show at all.

Sometimes people truly deserve what they get, I think that this is one of those times. Couldn’t have happened to a more deserving a-hole

Hey, guys. I just got a USAID grant to purchase a bigger mug to enjoy all these liberal tears!

Her show was bound to be ended. How many times do you have to hear that racism is the root of all problems before you either accept that as a fact or reject it as nonsense? Once either happens, there’s no longer a need to tune in to Joy’s show.

If you’re in the former category, you must believe that Reid was fired by the racists at MSNBC who employed her for these several years.

I’d say that considering her ratings the rejection as nonsense was the winner. She is the female Al Sharpton of cable. Once people tuned out of her nightly Hate Whitey Show that was it.

It’s my experience that women named “Joy” never seem to have any.

Okay, NSN, now do Whoopi Goldberg.

Time for some tears of JOY?

A Cultural Marxist, I don’t feel the bit sorry for her. She would have you in a Gulag if she could.

Just as the late Mortimer Adler believed in objective beauty, I believe in objective ugliness, and this creature exemplifies it.

TY Elizabeth, fun article.

Someone on X pointed out that things have gone downhill for her, ever since she got rid of her Trumpian hair. DLTDHYITAOTWO.

But…but…Joy Reid went to Harvard, so she must be smarter than all of us right?

“Film Studies” major. Probably watched “Roots” a hundred times. Sociology or Art History must not have been available.

Dunce.

If she had been a radio station it would have been, WHATE.

Just go away, Joy.

When you think what obama could have done for race relations – he chose to do the opposite – whine, gripe, moan, complain and blame anyone he could.

The pathetic behavior of the left is that they NEVER look in the mirror to see the source of their misery. Being an adult with integrity means you see more than one view of everything.

Show name as of this Friday…

Reid, out.
