HHS Updates Guidance Recognizing Two Sexes: Male and Female
I cannot believe we have to do this in 2025.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced it recognizes only two sexes: male and female.
“This administration is bringing back common sense and restoring biological truth to the federal government,” declared HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. “The prior administration’s policy of trying to engineer gender ideology into every aspect of public life is over.”
President Donald Trump ordered all departments to return to reality with the executive order “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.”
- Sex: A person’s immutable biological classification as either male or female.
- Female: is a person of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with the biological function of producing eggs (ova).
- Male: is a person of the sex characterized by a reproductive system with the biological function of producing sperm.
- Woman: an adult human female.
- Girl: a minor human female.
- Man: an adult human male.
- Boy: a minor human male.
- Mother: a female parent.
- Father: a male parent.
Kennedy’s HHS also launched a website for the Office on Women’s Health aimed only at females because males do not experience all of our health problems.
The health problems we share with males are not always the same.
“In health care, sex distinctions can influence disease presentation, diagnosis, and treatment differently in females and males,” stated Dorothy Fink, MD, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Women’s Health. “HHS recognizes that biological differences between females and males require sex-specific practices in medicine and research to ensure optimal health outcomes.”
I cannot believe this has to be said in 2025.

Everything else is mental insanity, deliberate stupidity, or malevolent intent.
Men go to a urologist. Women go to a gynecologist. Anybody else goes to a psychiatrist. That wasn’t so hard, was it?

NOT “adult human female”… NOT “adult human male”…
“Female” and “male” are more properly used as ADJECTIVES here, not the primary thing. While “female” and “male” can be used as nouns, they are idiot in the absence of an antecedent to give context. (What animal, plant, or piece of hardware are we talking about…)
