Report: Three of Trump’s Executive Orders Targets Biden Border Crisis
They include deploying the military to the border, ending President Joe Biden’s parole policies, and designating cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO).

President-elect Trump will sign an executive order ending birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants.
Incoming White House officials told reporters that Trump will sign an order clarifying language in the 14th Amendment and stating that the federal government “will not recognize automatic birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens born in the United States.”
It’s one of a slew of executive orders Trump will sign related to border security and illegal immigration on his first day in office.

Fox News learned that three of the 11 executive orders President-elect Donald Trump will sign today target the border.

- 2. End President Joe Biden’s parole policies

Trump will also order the construction of the wall to continue.
The parole policies include ending the CBP One app officials use to parole illegal aliens “into the U.S., and the parole processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans (CHNV) — under which 30,000 nationals a month were allowed to fly in and be admitted under parole.”
Over 1.5 million illegal aliens used the apps to enter America.
Trump wants to bring back the Remain in Mexico policy, which means people must stay there during their asylum hearings.
A second order will order U.S. troops to be deployed to the border under U.S. Northern Command and will “instruct the military to prioritize our own borders and territorial integrity in strategic planning for its operations.” It will direct the military to prioritize U.S. border and territorial integrity in strategic planning.
The Secretary of Defense will be required to provide a Unified Command Plan and military resources will be integrated with federal law enforcement and intelligence “to ensure seamless operations and maximum effectiveness,” according to a fact sheet on the order.
Designating cartels as FTOs “allows for targeted action against members, including financial penalties.”
The order makes them a national security threat. It also invokes the International Emergency Economic Powers Act:
The IEEPA grants the president broad powers to investigate, regulate, or block economic activities involving foreign entities. The Act applies to nearly any transaction involving foreign nationals, governments, or businesses that falls under United States jurisdiction. This includes importing or exporting currencies and securities. As long as the President declares a national emergency by way of an executive order, then sufficient executive authority has been provided to pass and administer sanctions regulations.
Those who violate sanctions face severe punishments:
Violating sanctions issued under the IEEPA carries steep civil and criminal implications. Section 1705 of IEEPA provides that it is unlawful for a person to violate, attempt to violate, conspire to violate, or cause a violation of any license, order, regulation, or prohibition issued under this Chapter. Section 1705C provides that a person who willfully commits, attempts to commit, conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of an unlawful act described in subsection A shall be fined not more than $1,000,000, be imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both.
Additionally, 50 USC §1705 Title X provides that a civil penalty may be imposed on any person who commits an unlawful act defined in subsection A in an amount not to exceed the greater of $250,000 or twice the amount of the prohibited transaction. This penalty applies per-violation, so the total fine can be steep.

Biden could have done these things at any time.
He didn’t because he wanted the abuses to continue.
I got curious about the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, so I looked it up. It was passed by the 95th US Congress (which had Dem supermajorities in both chambers) in 1977 and signed into law by none other than Jimmy Carter.
Trump using it to wrest back control of the border from the Dems is gloriously sweet poetic justice and I only wish Carter had lived long enough to see it.
