Meta Reportedly Removes Tampons From Men’s Bathrooms As Part Of Broad DEI Crackdown

Also, Makes Shocking Censorship Claims About Biden Admin

In a major sign of where things are headed in the coming months, Facebook/Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has announced that the company is dropping its current DEI policies.

People are interpreting this as an indication of how things are changing now that a second Trump administration is about to take power and that is probably correct.

The New York Post reported:

Meta, Amazon ditch DEI programs as tech giants move away from ‘woke’ agenda

Meta and Amazon reportedly killed their DEI programs in recent days – moves that come as both Big Tech giants attempt to cozy up to President-elect Donald Trump.

On Friday, Meta – the parent company of Facebook, Instagram and Threads – said it will no longer take the controversial Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies into consideration before hiring, training and picking suppliers, Axios reported.

According to a memo sent by Janelle Gale, vice president of human resources, she said the company is pivoting away from DEI because the “legal and policy landscape surrounding diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in the United States is changing.”

A Meta spokesperson reached by The Post confirmed the memo, which was first obtained by Axios.

Meta’s about-face came just days after CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that his company would scrap censoring free speech on its popular social media platforms.

Both Zuckerberg and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos have recently met with Trump as part of an ongoing thaw in once-frosty relations between the Republican and the tech industry.

Zuckerberg appears to be serious about this and has even removed the tampons from the men’s rooms.

Podcaster Tim Pool, who is a Trump supporter, is still a bit skeptical about Zuckerberg’s change of heart. He talked about it with Jesse Watters of FOX News last night. Watch:

On a related note, Zuckerberg just appeared on the Joe Rogan Podcast and made some shocking claims about the Biden administration and online censorship.

NBC News reports:

Mark Zuckerberg says Biden officials would ‘scream’ and ‘curse’ when seeking removal of Facebook content

On an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience” released Friday, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg painted a picture of Biden administration officials berating Facebook staff during requests to remove certain content from the social media platform.

“Basically, these people from the Biden administration would call up our team and, like, scream at them and curse,” Zuckerberg told podcast host and comedian Joe Rogan. “It just got to this point where we were like, ‘No, we’re not gonna, we’re not gonna take down things that are true. That’s ridiculous.'”

The White House did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment about Zuckerberg’s remarks.

The ground is shifting quickly. It’s difficult to imagine how different things are going to look a year from now.

Stock tip: no reduction in the demand for tampons, but a huge drop in the demand for tampon machines.

Time to offer immunity deals for them to name names and root out the government employees that used the power of government to deprive citizens of rights.

Everything is coming to a head. What should be done?

What do you do with a pimple when it comes to a head?

There ought to be some recordings of the government yelling and threatening Meta employees. Perhaps Zuck should release them.

No more tampons in the ‘men’s’ room! I can just see the even longer line at the women’s room now.

Seems like Zuckerberg is trying really hard to convince Trump to keep him out of prison

I encourage people to watch the JRE interview as it’s quite something. Zuck points out the problems with running a company reaching half the Earths population and being hammered by the Government by constant threats. How the checking for fact or fiction can get out of control and why it did. How hard it is from a statistical point of view to shut down accounts for posts that are “misinformation” while letting others slide.
Pools is right that Zuck only came around when Trump was elected but Zuckerberg indicates how his unease grew over time and the pressure the biggest law enforcement on Earth was putting his multi billion dollar company under with not so subtle threats.

Does FB still allow 58 genders??

I wouldn’t know because they won’t allow me, I created an account to keep up with a shooting group and the next day I was banned for violating community standards, w/o posting or commenting on a single thing, and no explanation as to what standard I violated

I haven’t been able to delete my FB account. It sits empty as BattGuano. They had to keep user numbers up at the beginning so wouldn’t let people leave.

California leaders: Fires are an act of nature like earthquakes and hurricanes. There’s nothing anyone can do to prevent acts of nature. There’s nothing more anyone could’ve done differently.

Meta fact checker: Smokey the Bear’s a liar when he says only you can prevent fires. Fires cannot be prevented.

“Zuckerberg orders the removal of tampons from the men’s bathrooms”
Panty raid!
(Damn frat bros.)

I’m so old, I remember when politics and principles didn’t change annually like hemlines and hairdos. This is the Dark Side of Breitbart’s observation that “politics is downstream of culture.” The behavior we are seeing from organizations like Facebook, and universities who are dismantling (or at least hiding) their DEI infrastructure, illustrate how bad a thing this can be,

Don’t trust this weasel leftist for one second.

Just listen to the weasel phrases he’s using.

‘It went too far’.

Oh, ‘IT’ went too far. Like censorship was something that just happened on its own, and he was just a powerless innocent bystander while ‘it’ happened.

YOU took it too far, Cuckerberg, YOU censored people. YOU banned accounts. YOU spent BILLIONS getting Biden elected, and you tried to get Kamala elected to continue the same thing.

Not ONE SINGLE ACCOUNT that was banned due to the censorship has been reinstated. Not ONE.

So he can take his non-apology and his surface level removing tampons crap and shove it.

He needs to be one of the first ones investigated by the DoJ.

“Not ONE SINGLE ACCOUNT that was banned due to the censorship has been reinstated. Not ONE.”

That’s damning. It needs much wider exposure,

“No, we’re not gonna, we’re not gonna take down things that are true”

Facebook True™

Zuckerberg will always be a coward without any principles who simply runs away from the most minor threat

He needs the protection of a pimp, and he’s just lost his.
(Screaming and cursing? Yup, fits the management style. He’s lucky he got one that doesn’t hit.)

He’s fully owned by the people who really wrote the software that he claimed to write in his Harvard dorm room one weekend.

Granted, Progressives are all that they rail against, especially when it comes to liberal values, and Zuckerberg’s history is no different. This smacks of opportunism. It’s not like he and the large swath he represents ever considered supporting Trump. In fact, under it all they agreed in the overall venture. What if Harris had won? Then what would he be saying?

I agree this seems blatantly opportunistic. However, Zuck is burning bridges with many former leftist allies. It’s possible he’s becoming older and wiser, he was a kid when he launched FB. We have a long way to go before any level of trust is prudent, but I’ll take this as a positive development – for now. As President Trump likes to say, “we’ll see what happens”.

Next thing META won’t be covering male pregnancies

Meta Reportedly Removes Tampons From Men’s Bathrooms As Part Of Broad DEI Crackdown

Oh no!!! There’s going to be blood all over the urinals!!

Removing female hygiene products from men’s rooms is not progress. It’s approaching normalcy.

There are a number of policy concerns:
1) Supply chain: about a year ago there was a serious supply shortage of tampons. it is unfair for women to go without just so that tampons can be stocked in the men’s room.
2) Environmental: Wasted tampons must be disposed of. When men use tampons for other than their intended purpose, it creates more waste than paper towels or tissues.
3) Economic: There is a cost for facility staff to stock the men’s room with tampons.

When Meta adopted the prior policy, did it really run a cost-benefit analysis?

We have a similar debate at Cornell University, where the student government fought to place tampons in the men’s rooms.

Did they ever get used? How do they know when to use it?

“When men use tampons for other than their intended purpose, it creates more waste than paper towels or tissues.”

My Gawd, in that picture, if Zuck wore glasses, he’d look like Dana Carvey as the Church Lady. Without glasses, he looks like Julia Child.
