Italian Deputy Prime Minister Proposes Measure to Leave World Health Organization

Meanwhile, Kenya considering self-reliance and regional healthcare alliances as it strips Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation of Its legal immunities and tax exemptions.

Some interesting moves from other countries are now shaking up the globalist health bureaucracy.

I reported on the budget-trimming the World Health Organization has undergone since President Donald Trump signed an executive order to exit the World Health Organization (WHO).

Now Matteo Salvini, Italy’s deputy prime minister and leader of the League party, has proposed a bill to withdraw Italy from the WHO.

“I presented this morning at the Chamber of Deputies, the League’s bill to leave the WHO (World Health Organization), as did the United States with Donald Trump,” Salvini, leader of the far-right League party, said on social media Thursday evening.

“Italy must no longer have to deal with a supranational power center — handsomely financed by Italian taxpayers — which goes hand in hand with the multinational pharmaceutical companies. Let’s use those 100 million to support the sick in Italy and finance our hospitals and doctors!” he added.

Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, one of Trump’s closest allies in Europe, has not yet commented on Salvini’s proposal. A spokesperson for Meloni said she did not yet have a position on it, AFP reported.

I will simply note that the Politico article describes Italy’s League Party as “far-right”…because that is the standard elite media label for everyone tired of being controlled by global power centers.

I will let you judge for yourself.

Salvinis is a leader clearly willing to make his citizens a priority. He holds reasonable eurosceptic views, is particularly critical of the European Union and the euro, and also opposes to illegal immigration. Most Famously, he was just acquitted of kidnapping charges related to a 2019 incident where he refused to allow a migrant rescue ship to dock in Italy.

I may have found my newest political crush…just in time for Valentine’s.

Meanwhile, Kenya’s State Department for Public Service, PS Amos Gathecha, stated that his nation would seek alternatives if the US stopped funding the WHO.

“We have not yet known the implications of his (US President Donald Trump) decision because we have been partners. It is something we are thinking about now, and we are still waiting to see because he just signed the executive order, but the world is urging him to stay,” Gathecha said.

The PS said Kenya would have to find ways to cope if the US exits.

“We must find ways to help ourselves if the US leaves,” he reiterated.

He added that the Global Fund has been key in supporting the health sector in the country.

Intriguingly, Kenya is moving toward more self-reliance and regional partnerships (a wise move and likely a better model).

Dr Amoth also emphasised the importance of strengthening regional health systems by working closely with neighbouring countries to improve health infrastructure, strengthen disease surveillance and enable coordinated responses to emerging health challenges.

“Strengthening regional partnerships is essential to address cross-border health challenges. We must work together as a region to protect the health of our people,” he said.

The director-general also stressed the need to increase domestic financing for health by mobilising local resources to support key health programmes and reduce dependence on external funding.

Kenya has also made an interesting legal move, related to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The High Court of Kenya suspended the ‘Privileges and Immunities (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation) Order, 2024’ in December 20242.

This court order effectively stripped the Gates Foundation, its directors, and agents of various legal shields that Kenya’s government had awarded.

The privileges, which included tax exemptions and protection from legal proceedings, had quickly sparked outrage among Kenyan legal experts and civil society after they were awarded. The Law Society of Kenya therefore challenged the move in court, asserting it violated Kenya’s Privileges and Immunities Act.

The law organization argued that such legal shields are typically reserved for diplomatic or humanitarian entities, not private foundations. In doing so, it reflected public concern that the decision to grant these types of immunities had undermined the principles of transparency and accountability and that no entity, regardless of its claimed benevolent goals, should be allowed to operate above the law.

The ruling certainly indicates a shift in how nations big and small will be doling out power and privileges to globalist organizations and wealthy philanthropists in the future.

The WHO is shaking and quaking. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving organization. Sunlight is a great antiseptic and it sends the roaches scurrying.
.

Kenya certainly is correct about the need for more self-reliance. Colonialism isn’t dead, it’s just wearing a different face. Europe (and, sadly, the U.S.) use aid, aid workers, and “humanitarian” organizations to exert control over most of Africa. Africa would do well to limit the influence of the workers and organizations and figure out how to solve problems on their own.

Agree, but with all the savages who are more than willing to behead those who aren’t part of their tribe or group, Africa has a long hill to climb.

While Kenya has an average IQ of 75, Africa has an overall average IQ of 64, they are not capable rational thought, or even taking care of themselves. All aid should be ended. Give evolution more time to bring them up to speed.

But, how will these savages get by without their White saviors? /s

There is no Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. There is a Gates Foundation.

One must stay current.

Arrivederci, OMS!

IIRC, when Italy was suffering greatly under the Wuhan Flu, the WHO was busy gaslighting them and everybody.

“I will let you judge for yourself.”

Not me. I’m not taking any chances. I’m waiting Milhouse.

Italy. Kenya. Gates. Tedros.
I’ve lost the feeling in my feet and my eyes aren’t focusing anymore.
Is there such a thing as “winning diabetes?”
