Biden Claims He Brought Down Illegal Crossings, Wanted More ‘Secret Service’ on Border

President Joe Biden got testy with reporters again. He claimed illegal border crossings “came way down” under his administration.
Biden also insisted he “pushed very hard” to “put more Secret Service agents” on the border:

Number two, we had a circumstance where I pushed very hard for a bipartisan agreement, to put more people on the border, more — more Secret Service agents. And guess what? I honestly don’t even know what to say to that. It is such an alternate reality. That it’s just jaw dropping he would make such a claim.
Look, everybody knows it’s not true. The data shows it’s not true. As soon as he took office, they shot up like a rocket ship. We had back to back to back, three years in a row, the highest illegal crossings ever recorded, the highest gotaways ever recorded, the highest migrant dents [?] ever recorded.
No matter how you slice it, all you have to do is look at the CBP data, the DHS data, the DHS that is run by him and his administration, I might add, showing that the numbers went back to back to back, the highest levels ever recorded under his presidency.
And he did not attempt a bipartisan border bill until over three years into the crisis when it became an election year. That’s the only time they attempted to do anything. Then he finally signed in an executive order. And what happened? The numbers finally came down, something he could have done from the very beginning.
That’s the first I heard of him making those comments. I was not aware of that. And I’m having trouble picking my jaw off the floor.

Another reason why we must not trust the d/prog. They conspired to put this guy into office in ’20, kept him there despite his obvious deterioration refused to hold a competitive primary and only pulled the rug on him when his disastrous debate performance displayed his decline, infirmity and cognitive impairment. Never forget they wanted this guy for a second term telling us ‘all is well’.
A year ago, I said that I was really curious what the jurisprudence is on federal office holders who are executing the responsibilities of their office while non compos mentis. I’m even more curious now. I can’t believe there won’t be litigants in the near-future who were adversely affected by Biden’s decisions, particularly his Executive Orders who will file suit. Is there some kind of legal doctrine that exists that prohibits challenges to the decisions made by the Executive while he was cognitively impaired? Seems like we’re going to get the answer to that question.
I think the onus would be on them to prove that he was incompetent at the time of the specific decision they’re challenging. All his people need to do is assert that that decision was made after he’d had a good nap, and he was having a lucid moment. The presumption is with them, so they don’t have to prove anything.

Once Joe is out of office, out of the White House and back in Delaware permanently Jill is going to quickly realize that he has nothing left in terms of power or prestige, if he ever had it to begin with, and that world leaders are never going to return his calls and letters. At that point, late at night, Jill will take the pillow off her bed, walk over to Joe’s bed, and place it over his face and press down until the struggles stop. Then he’ll go out with a bang at the funeral where he’s heralded in the eulogy as a Great Leader and Savior of Mankind as they throw his carcass into a hole at the cemetery as the Grieving Widow looks on from behind her black veil and his children and grandchildren impatiently wait for the reading of his Last Will and Testament.
And that will be it for Joe as he lays in his coffin largely forgotten by everyone.

I’m just getting the feeling that at this point Joe’s handlers aren’t concerned any longer about what Joe says in public so they’re not making any efforts to stop him from babbling on like this in public.
