Pelosi Hospitalized in Luxembourg After Sustaining an Injury

Pelosi traveled to the country with a delegation to mark the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is in a Luxembourg hospital after sustaining an injury during an official engagement.

Pelosi traveled to the country with a delegation to mark the 80th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge.

“Speaker Emerita Pelosi is currently receiving excellent treatment from doctors and medical professionals,” stated spokesperson Ian Krager. “She continues to work and regrets that she is unable to attend the remainder of the CODEL engagements to honor the courage of our servicemembers during one of the greatest acts of American heroism in our nation’s history.”

The Battle of the Bulge was Germany’s last major offensive on the Western Front in World War II.

The Germans launched the offensive in the Ardennes between Belgium and Luxembourg, trapping the Americans in the forest between December 16, 1944 and January 25, 1945.

The Battle of the Bulge is bloodiest and largest single battle the U.S. engaged in during WWII. It is the third-deadliest campaign in our history.

I’ll try to summarize this huge battle, which consisted of different areas along 75 miles in the Ardennes Forest.

Band of Brothers covered the Bastogne part of the battle where the Germans surrounded the 101st Airborne Division, the topic of the miniseries, in the Ardennes Forest.

The Germans had some success in the early days due to the inexperience and tired American troops in the forest.

But it didn’t take long for Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower to respond to the offensive.

Lt. Den. George S. Patton Jr. quickly moved his Third U.S. Army towards the forest and counterattacked the German flank, ending the siege in Bastogne.

The weather cleared by the end of December, allowing the Allies to attack from the air. They managed to push back the Germans.

The Allies lost 75,000 people but Germany lost 120,000 men and so much material.

Was alcohol involved?

Wine country.

Hope she stays there for the rest of her life. We don’t want or need her here.

May she recover completely and return to the U.S. to the assisted living center of her choice.

I wish her a speedy recovery, my portfolio depends on it

The important thing is that she didn’t hurt her arms so she will be able to tear up Trump’s State of the Union Speech.

According to the rules of socialized medicine, she will report to the carousel later today for her final solution.

Pain hurts even if you’re a democrat. At least she didn’t pull an Austin on us!
I wonder what happened and how, though. Doesn’t her staff know to stay close to keep accidents like this from happening? Eh, maybe they were bribed by the Bidens.

I’d like to solve the Clue mystery: Drunk man named David, in his underwear, wielding a hammer.

Did somebody spill water on her?

Her doctor told her to take Relief Factor for three weeks and then her husband will say, “I’m glad it helped.” And she’ll say, “You don’t understand. The pain is gone!”

A battle in which Christie was defeated… 🙂

Really transparent on the medical details, eh? I don’t suppose she fell and hurt her wrist and head?

where was AOC??

I hear her eyebrows snapped back suddenly, dislodging her dentures.

This was the best way for her to honor the veterans, by missing it.

Lt. Den. George S. Patton Jr. quickly moved his Third U.S. Army towards the forest and counterattacked the German flank, ending the siege in Bastogne.

My dad fought in Pattons 3rd

To his dying day, he would have done anything Patton asked of him.

My Father in law too and he was a Ranger in Pattons 3rd

Unconfirmed at this moment, her office has applied for a Purple Heart due to an injury in a war zone

Roscoe C. Blunt, Jr.’s memoir Foot Soldier.

“A combat veteran of the 84th Infantry Division endured hardship and lived to publish his secret diary.”

“Maj. Gen. Alexander R. Bolling’s 84th Infantry (“Railsplitter”) Division, deployed to Marche, Belgium, where it hastily set up a perimeter defense line on December 21-22.”

Did one of the flaps of skin stretched up under her scalp come loose and b__-slap her in the face?

I’d like to say something kind but the damage she has done to our country prevents me.

Every time Pelosi and Hillary walk into a restaurant, they fight the battle of the bulge. And they lose every time.

The Big Guy just might forget to send her a get-well card. I suspect he’ll be having pleasant dreams tonight.

I’ll stick with my mother’s advice, if you can’t say anything nice, then don’t say anything at all.

Some outlets are reporting she fell and broke her hip. In older women, this is common, but not accurate. Their hips break spontaneously (due to osteoporosis) while under a load (walking), hence they fall.

I wish her a speedy recovery. (Both definitions of recovery)
