Speaker Johnson Limits Single-Sex Facilities at Capitol to Biological Sex

“Women deserve women’s only spaces.”

Can we get our headlines correct?

This isn’t just restrooms. This is about ALL single-sex facilities as it should be.

Speaker Mike Johnson announced a person must use the single-sex facilities based on their biological sex:

“All single-sex facilities in the Capitol and House Office Buildings – such as restrooms, changing rooms, and locker rooms – are reserved for individuals of that biological sex,” Johnson, R-La., said in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital. “It is important to note that each Member office has its own private restroom, and unisex restrooms are available throughout the Capitol.”

“Women deserve women’s only spaces,” Johnson added.

“Like all policies, it is enforceable,” Johnson later told reporters. “But we have single-sex facilities for a reason, and women deserve women’s only spaces. And we’re not anti anyone. We’re pro-women, and I think it’s an important policy for us to continue. It’s always been the, I guess, an unwritten policy, but now it’s in writing.”

It’s weird how 99% of the time, we talk about males invading female spaces and sports. The only female-to-male situation I can think of off the top of my head is that of the female on the Yale swimming team.

Why are females the only ones fighting not to be erased? Fighting to have our spaces and sports?

Johnson made the statement after Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) filed a resolution limiting single-sex facilities to biological sex.

Many called Mace a transphobe because Congress will get its first transgender member when Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE) in January.

As a Speaker Johnson should.

McBride can use his private bath room or scope out locations of the unisex facilities. Nobody is being deprived. The fact that common sense now is being mandated shows how far down some noisy members of our society have fallen into the pit of lunacy.

He can also use the men’s facilities no matter how he dresses.

It will be instructive over the next few days to see how many Democrat Party
leaders decide that this is the hill they want to die on.

Maybe Marc Elias can file suit on this since his lawfare election litigation scam has just about reached its sell-by date? Who knows, he might draw Chutkan. I bet she’d be all in on such frivolous garbage.

Good for Speaker Johnson. I sure hope he’s not called a transphobe. That would be absolutely terrible /s. Kinda like being called a normal human.

“Why are females the only ones fighting not to be erased?”

The only ones? I’m an elderly straight white male. Try getting a good job with that profile. Go ahead. Try.

“Sarah” McBride has a fetish about taking pictures in women’s bathroom:

Nope. Nothing creepy about that.

A man that feels like a woman and presents as a woman certainly has that freedom and right. However, that only makes this person a man that feels like a woman and presents as a woman, NOT a woman. Women deserve their own freedom and rights, including privacy and not to have those rights infringed. McBride backed down because he knows who he is, even if Democratic culture warriors don’t.

In the words of the immortal and sagacious Austin Danger Powers:

“That’s not a woman — it’s a man, man!!!”

It says something about the moral depravity and corruption that the vile and evil Dhimmi-crats have spread throughout the U.S., that the issue of mentally ill, obnoxiously misogynistic and malignantly narcissistic men masquerading as women and invading women’s sports and private spaces is a subject that must be debated.

Why didn’t Speaker Johnson do this on day 1 of his appointment?

Why did it take Rep. Mace to sound the clarion call?

Common sense, pass it on!
