Military Draft Agency Reposts Message Suggesting Trump Win Will Turn U.S Into Nazi Germany

“For all you stupid f*cks out there that still believe military service will be voluntary. Remember Germany 1936.”

The Selective Service System (SSS), the federal agency responsible for the military draft, reposted a message suggesting President-elect Donald Trump’s win would turn America into 1936 Nazi Germany.

“For all you stupid f*cks out there that still believe military service will be voluntary. Remember Germany 1936.”

The SSS then posted it started an investigation into how it happened:

Yesterday an inappropriate X post related to a mandatory draft was reposted on the Selective Service Agency’s X account. We are investigating this incident to determine how this happened and are proactively taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future. The reposted content was removed when we became aware of it. The content of the repost in no way reflects the views of the Selective Service System.

Adolph Hiter reintroduced military conscription, which violated the Treaty of Versailles.

Hitler did this through the Military Service Law of 1935. Every 18-year-old male had to join the labor service corps for six months. Then, at 19, he had to serve in the military for two years.

The army grew to 550,000 men. He renamed the Reichswehr to the Wehrmacht.

I have an idea. How about we stop comparing Trump and his supporters to Nazis?

Don’t worry. As Maddow showed us last night, the left is already working on changing the language so they can avoid using the words Nazi and Hitler.

They seem to know plenty about German history and not much of American history, don’t they?

Hum… how many Western Civ nations have or had compulsory service? Not reserved for just 1939 Germany.

Unfortunately, people such as this are in every federal agency and department. Trump must make it clear to his newly appointed staff and agency heads that they must weed out these people. I know they can’t be fired but they can be reassigned. Get them out of the system that Trump needs to rebuild our nation. These cowards will only slow down or stall any work that they handle so they must be removed. That means the entire upper echelon of the FBI and DoJ. The military needs to have a reckoning too.

My recommendation is move their job to North Shore Alaska, Give them a heated warehouse with rows upon rows of empty desks, no phones, no computers and block cell phone signals in the building. They have to clock in every morning and clock out every afternoon.
Tell them that they either move themselves to North Shore, of resign their position.

Heated? Cram them in there tight enough that body heat gets it done…or not. I.suppose they could have a warming tent for their 10 minute break every two hours of their mandatory 12 hours day outside counting snowflakes.

Every federal agency needs to be yanked out of those fancy buildings and their fancy furniture sold off. Metal desks, linoleum floors, everything minimum to get their alleged jobs done.

That goes especially for the Fibbies.

A POTUS’ authority to conduct the business of the United States (executive authority) is delegated down the chain of command. A POTUS can rescind that authority from any non-compliant agency, agency office, agency official, or employee. Those so divested of authority to act in the stead of the POTUS would no longer be able to access government networks or classified documents, authorize spending/purchasing, nor to conduct any government business. They will still be employed, they will still be paid. But they will only be able to twiddle their thumbs. Congress will have no say in this. An attempt to meddle with the POTUS’ authority to grant/rescind delegations of executive authority would be a violation of the separation of powers.

Yep. Reassigned to Ice Station Zebra in the Arctic Circle to help count snowflakes as part of an ‘interagency TF’. They can always resign instead….

What does 1936 have to do with anything??? What a fool! Like it was hard to get uniform-loving Germans in the army!!!

Abolish it along with DoE and NPR/PBS

I would like to propose that anyone currently in the military who is not eligible for retirement be allowed to break their service contract and leave immediately. I would also instruct close scrutiny on reenlistment applications, with the emphasis not renewing any one who looks like a potential problem. This is not specifically anti-gay or anti-trans, or anti-woman. It IS specifically anti-troublemaker. The idea is to weed the garden. It is better to have less people than problem people.

The nation lived with Selective Service for many decades. Nobody liked it but it was just one of those things we did.

I had a 2S deferment when I was in college I knew I couldn’t keep due to boredom with school so I enlisted in the Air Force in June 1969. Eight months later in February 1970 while I was in my first tech school in Illinois my mother told me I lost my deferment because I was no longer enrolled. She sent me my new 1A card. The tech school class had a good yuck from that. I guess the local draft board didn’t see the letter from the USAF. I told my mom to tell them where I was if they came looking for me.

This stuff simply gives Trump and Musk a head start on figuring out who to fire first. Keep it up!
