Israel Releases Horrific Footage of Hamas Torturing Gaza Civilians
UK’s Daily Mail: The IDF “discovered thousands of hours of sickening footage showing Hamas interrogators torturing innocent Palestinian civilians in Gaza.”
The Israeli military on Sunday released recently discovered video footage showing the mass torture of Gaza civilians by the terrorist group Hamas. The brutal ‘interrogation’ videos, believed to be recorded by Hamas between 2018 and 2020, expose the brutal treatment of Palestinians by the Gaza-based jihadist group.
“The materials uncovered, expose Hamas’s brutal methods for interrogating civilians, violating human rights, and systematically oppressing residents suspected of opposing the organization’s rule,” the IDF said in a statement Sunday. “These materials reveal the Hamas terrorist organizations methods of governing the Gaza Strip, enforcing terror, harming Gaza’s vulnerable civilians and infringing on their freedom of expression,” the military added.
The 47-minute CCTV footage, released by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on X, shows Hamas thugs beating shackled Palestinians. They are seen hitting the soles of their victims’ feet with sticks.
The total amount of video footage recovered from Gaza reportedly runs in ‘thousands of hours,’ news reports confirm. “Israel’s military says it has discovered thousands of hours of sickening footage showing Hamas interrogators torturing innocent Palestinian civilians in Gaza,” the UK-based Daily Mail reported Sunday.
The video material was uncovered by the IDF and the Israel Security Agency (ISA) during the ongoing military operation in Gaza. The Palestinian victims appear to have been tortured in Hamas’ notorious ‘Outpost 17’ located in the Jabaliya area of northern Gaza, Israeli media reports say.
The same civilians that Hamas outspokenly claimed to be fighting for, are the same civilians being tortured in this video.

The Israeli news website YNET reported the details of the horrific find:
More than a year into the Israel-Gaza war, the IDF released on Sunday harrowing footage alleged to show Hamas operatives interrogating and torturing Palestinian detainees.
The footage, captured by CCTV cameras inside a Hamas base known as Outpost 17 in the Jabaliya refugee camp and found on computers seized during an Israeli raid in March, reportedly includes thousands of hours of interrogation sessions. (…)
The footage, dated from 2018 to 2020, depicts detainees in distressing conditions, including being chained to floors and ceilings with bags over their heads. In one video, a man is shown crying out in pain. Another segment reportedly shows a Hamas operative leisurely reclining in a chair with his hands behind his head as a prisoner is seen handcuffed and hanging from the ceiling beside him. A third clip shows a man brutally tied up with a red sack over his head. One of the guards is later seen strangling the man.
The torture videos appear to be of gays, political dissidents, and other victims who dare to deviate from Hamas’s fanatic Islamist ideology. “The harrowing videos show male prisoners with sacks over their heads, chained to floors and ceilings in painful positions,” the Daily Mail noted. “Gay men and adulterers are among those who have been tortured by Hamas, along with political opponents and anyone accused of collaborating with Israel.”
The horrific discovery comes as Israel still awaits the fate of 101 hostages languishing in Hamas captivity for over 400 days. Hamas has murdered, tortured, raped, and starved Israeli hostages, survivors’ testimonies confirm.
Trump-Netanyahu phone calls: Both see “eye-to-eye” on Iranian threat
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had a series of phone calls with President-elect Donald Trump following his election victory, the Israeli leaders said Sunday. Both leaders see “eye-to-eye” on the Iranian terror threat, Netanyahu assured.
The Times of Israel reported:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he has spoken with US President-elect Donald Trump three times since the US election less than a week ago, and that they see “eye-to-eye” on the Iranian threat.
In a video statement, Netanyahu says the talks “were designed to further tighten the strong alliance between Israel and the US. We see eye-to-eye on the Iranian threat in all its components, and the danger posed by it. We also see the great opportunities before Israel, in the expansion of peace, and in other realms.”
He describes the conversations as “good and very important.”
With the Trump transition team preparing to take the White House, the Israeli prime minister will be “sending Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer to Mar-a-Lago this week,” the news outlet Axios reported Sunday.
Update: IDF operation continues in southern Lebanon, Gaza
Israeli armed forces continued ground operations against terrorists in Gaza and southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military, backed by the air force, targeted Hamas’ jihadist fighters and its terrorist infrastructure in Gaza. “IDF troops continue operational activity in Jabalia. Over the past day, the troops eliminated dozens of terrorists and dismantled many terror infrastructure sites, as well as a weapons storage facility in the area,” the military disclosed Sunday.
IDF soldiers uncovered Hamas weapons cache and terrorist tunnel in northern Gaza. “The troops continue operational activity in Beit Lahia, and have eliminated dozens of terrorists in cooperations with the IAF. They also located weaponry and a tunnel shaft in the area,” military said.
Israeli troops operating in southern Lebanon this week located and sealed a large Hezbollah tunnel hidden under a cemetery, the military says.

Israeli fighter jets “struck dozens of terror targets in Lebanon and in the Gaza Strip, including weapons storage facilities, launchers and launch sites,” the IDF added.

So hamas was torturing civilians in Gaza. I would bet that UNRWA was involved in identifying civilians who weee against hamas. That would mean that the UN was complicit in torture. Ow if tru that would be more than justification for the US kicking the UN out of NY and the US pulling out of the UN.
Along the same thought- we would be justified in arresting UN workers and leadership and holding Nuremberg trials on these war crimes.
I would love to see that.
Uh … this is perfectly normal treatment throughout the arab world. Arabs expect to be treated like this – it’s part of the culture going back a long, long, long, long way, and they have no respect for people who don’t treat them this way. This is something that Westerners continue to REFUSE to understand.
So Arab culture includes acts of torture and savagery? Ya don’t say!
.
Hamas’s tactics are not a surprise. I am sure that Israel’s incredible intelligence gathering capability has made them very suspicious of each other. Isn’t that grand?
Huh?
This is certainly torture but what Hamas did on Oct 7 makes this look like show-and-tell at a third-grade class.
I’ll tell you what Israel’s gonna do. They are going to identify everyone in those videos who tortured an Israeli and track them down to the ends of the earth.
I think I recognize several of the guys with the sticks: I’m pretty sure they are faculty and administrators at Columbia U.
Or Harvard.
Or UCLA.
Or UMichigan.
Or MIT.
Or Penn.
These “institutions of higher learning” are all highly accredited and highly regarded and highly priced and in high demand; ergo, nothing to be concerned about.
Move along.
(If these Stick Guys do get captured, killed , or wounded, the UN will record them as civilians. This is a concept that the legacy press chooses to ignore)
