Media Hoax: No, Trump Is Not ‘Exhausted’ or Slowing Down on the Campaign Trail

For the last few days, the corporate press has been running with the media-driven narrative that GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump is “exhausted” and slowing down on the campaign trail the closer we get to Election Day.
Politico was the first to make this claim, without evidence, in a Friday morning story:
Recently, it’s become something of a pattern: Donald Trump is scheduled for an interview with a neutral media outlet, the date nears and then … things fall apart.

The Trump campaign had spent weeks in conversations with The Shade Room, a site that draws a largely young and Black audience — a demographic where Trump has been making inroads. It hosted an interview with Kamala Harris just last week.
But no interview has materialized. As Shade Room staff began feeling that feet were being dragged inside Trump’s campaign, they pressed earlier this week to set a date for a sit-down.
In response, a Trump adviser told Shade Room producers that Trump was “exhausted and refusing [some] interviews but that could change” at any time, according to two people familiar with the conversations.
The narrative was also pushed via their Playbook page.
It didn’t take long for Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris to pounce and seize on the talking point as supposed proof that maybe Trump wasn’t physically fit to lead the country:

It was a really astonishing claim to make considering she’s talking about the guy who after nearly being assassinated at a campaign rally in July got up and defiantly flashed his fist, yelling “Fight, fight, fight!” as blood streaked down his face. Further, she’s had a light interview schedule (to put it mildly) and was a no-show for the Al Smith dinner in NYC Thursday, despite the tradition of presidential candidates from both parties showing up for it since the early 1960s.
It was a point Trump made in response to being asked about her remarks (transcribed from video):

Let us also not forget that the same woman questioning whether Trump has the stamina to be president is the same woman who propped up Joe Biden for over three and a half years and counting, and who still refuses to admit he’s got some diminished capabilities. So her judgment on these matters is shall we say, suspect.

Yeah, Harris’ and Obama’s statements on someone’s fitness to lead should be taken seriously right around the 12th of Neveruary.
By my count, there were three “big network” potential interviews that Trump allegedly was going to do but ended up not doing. Two (CNBC and NBC) that weren’t done were blamed on scheduling conflicts while the third, which was supposed to be with 60 Minutes, was never agreed on to begin with according to the Trump campaign.
The reality of the matter is that it’s Trump who has been the machine here, not Kamala Harris:

And even if Trump was a little tired, could you blame him? I mean this is a schedule that most people half his age couldn’t keep. Kamala Harris is 18 years younger than Trump and she’s not keeping it, either:

Actually, I find them less prone to florid and hysterical writing than “real” MSM sources.
Even if you are 100% opposed to a second Trump administration, you cannot help but be aware of the fact that he’s everywhere. There isn’t a single news cycle in which he’s absent – even in the MSM.
The outright lies like this are as you suggest being exposed in real time and IMO are doing damage not just to Harris but to d/prog in general and the legacy media mouthpieces who keep claiming this/that re Trump when the evidence in front of folks doesn’t align with the BS narrative they’re trying to spin.
On Friday, Harris spoke for SEVEN minutes at one of her campaign stops in Michigan. SEVEN minutes. But sure, it’s Trump who’s ‘exhausted.’ The media is garbage.
If I was a Democrat I’d be mightily depressed at the differences between the two candidates as Harris is basically being out worked and out thought at every instance.
The guy is basically a machine and is everywhere whereas Harris is missing in action and no amount of positive media coverage can paper over that disparity.
