Kamala Harris Prioritized Interview With Sex Podcaster Over Visiting Helene-Ravaged Areas

In the immediate aftermath of what was left of Hurricane Helene battering the southeastern United States, with western North Carolina and parts of eastern Tennessee being particularly hard hit, Vice President Kamala Harris was on the left coast clinking glasses and giving speeches at ritzy high-dollar campaign fundraisers.

To assure voters that she was allegedly being kept in the loop on rescue and relief efforts while still in California, the Democratic presidential nominee tweeted out a picture late last Sunday night (two days after the storm wreaked havoc), where she claimed she was “just briefed by FEMA” even though the headset she uses to listen to phone calls wasn’t plugged in and the paper she was “writing” on appeared to be blank:

When she returned to Washington, D.C., on Monday, Harris immediately went for another photo op, this time at FEMA HQ,  where she gave a very brief speech before reporters were hurriedly ushered out so she could sit for another alleged briefing:

On Wednesday, she visited Augusta, Georgia, to tour damaged areas. On Saturday, she finally visited North Carolina, where she also received a briefing (in Charlotte) and met with some survivors who had been relocated to Charlotte after the storm.

But though Harris no doubt wanted people to look at her and see a “capable and caring leader” during these visits, what she probably would prefer people not know is what her priorities were before starting those trips:

Vice President Kamala Harris will be a guest on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast next week, a campaign spokesperson confirmed to Axios Friday. Why it matters: The show, hosted by creator Alex Cooper, was Spotify’s second-biggest podcast last year and the most listened to among women.Zoom in: Harris sat for an interview with Cooper Tuesday, and the episode will air next week.

“Sat for an interview with Cooper Tuesday.” So she put a so-called “interview” with Cooper, a sex and relationship podcaster, ahead of visiting hurricane-ravaged states.

And by “sex podcast” we are talking about some pretty explicit and crude stuff that gets discussed:

The podcast, which Cooper previously co-hosted with her then-New York roommate Sofia Franklyn before a public falling-out, has a reputation for vulgarity.Titles of older episodes included: “You’re just a hole” and “small d—s for the win” and “using tears for lube.”In earlier episodes, Cooper, 30, gives listeners detailed advice for giving oral sex.[…]The podcast has since transformed into a less salacious interview format, although one of the most recent episodes is called “b—jobs, hall passes & frat daddies,” and Cooper does not shy away from asking her guests sexual questions.

Remember, it’s always (D)ifferent when a Democrat does it. Always.
