Hillary ‘Grateful’ Harris Doesn’t Have ‘Jim Comey in the Wings Waiting to Kneecap Her’
Hillary blames her loss on anyone and everything except herself.
Okay, this made me laugh.
Kaitlin Collins asked Hillary Clinton what VP Kamala Harris needs to do to avoid 2016.
CLINTON: “Well, first of all, I don‘t think she has Jim comey in the wings waiting to kneecap her so that‘s good. And I‘m very grateful for that. But I think she is doing what she needs to do and in reporting from today, I think by CNN a number of the voters who were at you‘re town hall have said she convinced them that she had shown the kind of empathy and concern about their problems that she‘d come forward with. Her ideas, her suggested policies. So I think she‘s doing what she needs to do and from my perspective, that‘s not only her job, it‘s the job of all of us who are supporting her. It‘s obviously the job of the messaging, the advertising, everything that goes into the final sprint to the election.”

In October 2016, Comey revealed the FBI would investigate Hillary’s email scandal.
Comey made the announcement because he thought Hillary would win. He wanted to help make her election legitimate:
“I don’t remember consciously thinking about that, but it must have been because I was operating in a world where Hillary Clinton was going to beat Donald Trump, and so I’m sure that it was a factor,” Comey told ABC News’ chief anchor George Stephanopoulos in an exclusive interview ahead of the April 17 release of his book, “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership.”
“I don’t remember spelling it out, but it had to have been, that she’s going to be elected president and if I hide this from the American people, she’ll be illegitimate the moment she’s elected, the moment this comes out,” he added.
I even thought Hillary would win in 2016. I think many people thought the same thing. Thank goodness she didn’t win.

Is she talking about the James Comey who saved her plump rump by not pursing the Federal charges she so richly deserved because — get this — her fate should be decided by the voters and not the courts, not the legal system, and not lawfare?

I believe that this is the James Comey, who, when presented with the information about her e-mail server, initially wrote in his document declaring her to grossly negligent, then sent it to Strozk (sp?) and Page, who then promptly informed him that the use of the phrase “grossly negligent” would land her directly in federal prison based on the language of 18 USC 793, where it reads in part (Section f, quoted below):
“(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”
Upon learning this he simply changed the phrase in his announcement making her clean as a whistle and, not coincidently, free as a bird. Yeah, that was really kneecapping her by saving her sorry pantsuit-clad butt.

IMO there are two key reasons Hillary lost. She called half the country a “basket of deplorables”. The Democrats’ obsession with abortion killed a disproportionately large number of Black babies in the generations since Roe v Wade, sufficient to have been determinative for her had that not happened.
Much like Kamala, even the people who like Hillary don’t actually like her.
I remember reading that the NYPD was going to go public about classified emails being found on Anthony Weiner’s computer and that basically forced the thugs at the FBI to announce an investigation.
Who knows if that is true, but suggesting a commie sack of piss like Comey would intentionally “kneecap” HRC is absurd.

By kneecap I assume she means decided that even though he has tons of evidence for a crime that doesn’t require intent, but for which she exhibited tons of intent. She had no intent and therefore there was not crime and she should go freely about her life instead of spend 15 to life in a federal prison.
