FL Trump Assassination Attempt: Dem Rep. Ro Khanna Demands Answers From Secret Service

“Two assassination attempts in 60 days on a former President & the Republican nominee is unacceptable.”

California Rep. Ro Khanna wants the Secret Service to address Congress regarding the second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.

Ryan Wesley Routh is accused of trying to shoot Trump at his West Palm Beach golf course on Sunday.

Rep. Tim Burchette (R-TN), a member of the Trump assassination task force, cannot believe the shooter could get so close to Trump, especially since someone tried to murder him two months ago:

Authorities have said the suspect, later identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, was 300 to 500 yards before Secret Service opened fire against him.

The congressman wants answers on how the suspect was able to get that close to the former president and revealed that other lawmakers are already demanding more security measures.

“They are already calling now. And you got to ask yourself, why was there not a drone flying over wherever the president is? This is ridiculous,” Burchett said.

Demands anwers?

NBC Anchor Lester Holt already has the answer. He blames Donald Trump. Yes, it’s Trump’s fault. Lester Holt says that it’s Trump’s “rhetoric” that caused the latest assassination attempt.

What Rhetoric is that?

Holt immediately started talking about Ohio and the Haitains eating pets. If Trump had never mentioned that, he would’ve been a lot safer.

Authorities have said the suspect, later identified as Ryan Wesley Routh, was 300 to 500 yards before Secret Service opened fire against him.

And the Secret Service (<–read one agent) only opened fire against Routh when they just happened to notice the muzzle of a weapon extending through the fence and taken immediate action. If the agent hadn’t noticed it who knows what would have happened.

In any case, I cannot believe that the Secret Service yet again allowed a assassin to get so close to former Pres. Trump with weapon. You would have thought they would have learned their lessons from the first assassination attempt. But apparently not,

I read that UK Daily Mail has reported that Trump’s golf outing was unplanned. Who was the anti-Trump mole who informed Routh where Trump was going to be? There is something in the state of the of the US.

the goal is a dead Trump.
USSS is compromised
at least this time they didn’t
have homeland security doing their
jobs.

“They are already calling now. And you got to ask yourself, why was there not a drone flying over wherever the president is? This is ridiculous,” Burchett said.

Most likely the same reason there wasn’t a drone or drones flying over Butler, PA the day of the first assassination attempt. The secret service is so incompetent they couldn’t get the drone to work so they simply didn’t use one.

I’m not a golfer, but I’ve seen golf on TV. Keeping the crowd quiet is enforced at near fetish levels. I get the distinct impression that if a serious golfer had to golf with drones constantly buzzing overhead, they’d probably rather not golf at all. Ah well, heavy is the head.

Let’s see what happens to Rouch in the next few days. I assume he’s in Federal custody. Will he talk? Does he have anything to say? Was he really acting alone? Will the Feds even ask the questions? Will we ever hear the answers? Will he be oswalded? Anything is possible when it involves the left seeking to stop Donald Trump.

Fox News Radio is reporting that the suspect has clammed up and is refusing to talk. They say he’s in court right now being charged with various firearm related crimes.

Pointing a gun at people (outside of self-defense) is assault, even if never fired. Telling that he’s only being charged with “crimes against guns.”

he will commit arkincide
same as Jeff Epstine
the same guard is going to be
involved.

. . . and revealed that other lawmakers are already demanding more security measures.

I’m more than sure that democrats don’t have anything to worry about. The goal here is to assassinate Trump and prevent any chances of him being elected the next president of the United States Nov. 2024 not just to assassinate random lawmakers.

Ever notice? Weak people demand. Strong people take.

Typical politician (empty) rhetoric.

It’s not about resources; it’s 100% about WORKING ON THE RIGHT STUFF!

I heard the levels of security differ depending on the title of the protectee. A sitting president gets more security than a former president. However, also mentioned was Kamala and president Trump will have the same level of protection going forward as Biden. (Maybe not Obama though)

That just means they’ll be drastically reducing Biden’s protection.
    The “equity” solution,
After all, what do they need him for anymore anyway?

I don’t follow Ro Khanna’s career closely, but it seems that every time I see him in the news, he’s making a principled non-partisan stand. If it’s an act, it’s a good one. I wish I could hope, but I’m too cynical for that anymore.
