‘Let Them Eat Joy’: Devastating Fisk Of Comrade Kamala And The Democrat Elite

“To the extent that a pitch was made to the American people about what a Harris/Walz administration would look like, it was that it would be filled with the joy of the rich and the famous, of Kerry Washington and Hillary Clinton, JB Pritzker and Michelle Obama.”

I had never heard of American Compass until I saw this thread making the rounds, and I’m a bit skeptical of any supposedly conservative anything that I’ve never even heard of. That said, this piece is worth reading in full.

The writer of the piece, Batya Ungar-Sargon, flays Kackles and her fake campaign championed by, really invented and fueled by, the Intel-Democrat media.

She writes:

For hardworking Americans struggling to make it in the economy created by three of the speakers who took the convention stage—Presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden—there was precious little by way of policy to make the case for Harris. To the extent that a pitch was made to the American people about what a Harris/Walz administration would look like, it was that it would be filled with the joy of the rich and the famous, of Kerry Washington and Hillary Clinton, JB Pritzker and Michelle Obama.

Who is Kamala Harris? What does she plan to do as president? There was gaslighting aplenty as we were reintroduced to a woman we all know, as if she were a blank slate available for projection.

That blank slate thing worked so well for Obama that they’re recycling it for Kackles. Hope is now Joy. And nothing reflects the propaganda of “joy” quite like its founding Nazis.

The piece continues:

Oh, you hadn’t heard that Trump wants to ban abortion nationwide? Perhaps you had heard the opposite, in fact? That he torched the pro-life language from the RNC 2024 platform? Unfortunately, that doesn’t fit as neatly with the chosen theme of the Harris candidacy: “We’re not going back!”

To be at the DNC was to be told again and again in so many words that if you are nostalgic for 2019, when you could afford to feed your children a simple protein multiple times a week, that this reminiscence is the equivalent of being nostalgic for the Jim Crow South. To long for a time when your dollar stretched much further is to crave bloody, back-alley abortions.

Read the whole thing.

Joy to the world was a beautiful girl
But to me Joy meant only sorrow.

Its not that the left doesn’t have policy, its that their preferred policies are still too toxic to be expressed in plain language. They must hide, lie and obfuscate to win the power that let’s them reshape our country in their authoritarian image.

Its also clear that they are counting largely on AWFLs to win, for whom government is a husband/daddy, abortion is a sacrament and who are most likely to be influenced by a campaign of little affirmation plaques from Etsy, like “joy” and “forward.”

The current Democratic Party ticket. Two failed people who have never dedicated their time to long term accomplishments of anything.

Walz. A candidate who has spent little time on any pursuit that gives the American voter any sense of accomplishment.
*A 24-year veteran and retiree of the Army National Guard. In other words, a guy who has dedicated at best 1,000 to 1,500 days of service over that period of time. A regular Army retiree with 24 years would have spent more than 8,000 days of military service.
*While the ANG has in integral part of the defense of this nation, when the time came to cash in the marker by deploying alongside his active-duty counterparts and serving his fellow soldiers, he turned instant politician and ran.
*His decorations per his own account include the National Defense Service Ribbon (given out to any breathing service member who attended any active-duty service of more than 89 days – including boot camp).
*An Army Achievement Medal (given for accomplishing any task that requires a modicum of thought – think mess kit inventory of the unit supply closet or participating in a unit Dining In/Dining Out).
*An Army Commendation Medal (earned by a single act of achievement or meritorious service along the lines of being a broken clock that is correct twice a day).
*These three awards are “I was there” awards, and the absence of any of these would be testament to how much the troop was a screw up of major proportions.
*He claims to be a Command Sergeant Major at retirement, but in fact was a Master Sergeant, and previously a First Sergeant. By any accounts, making E-8 is a major accomplishment in any branch of service, National Guard, Reserve, or Active Duty.
*But he failed to complete the required course work to keep and maintain the E-9 grade of Command Sergeant Major, the highest enlisted grade of any Army unit. He also failed to maintain the requisite time in grade to retain that grade at retirement. Therefore, he didn’t earn the CSM rank, he was merely “frocked” on a promise that he would do what he failed to do.
*Again, a history of failed effort to show any sense of honor.
*As a teacher, he spent only 17 years, again per his own words. Where are all of the “Students For Walz” that should be supporting this “Dad Figure.”
*Where are all of his football players that have not come forward to regale us with his many feats of football coaching prowess, mentoring, or coaching?
*He continually tells us that Vance is a loser and not a real “hometown guy” because he went to Yale. But where are Walz’ former students? Have any of them accomplished anything of merit, and were these a result of Walz’ teaching skills? (Many of the troops who worked for me were placed in positions of leadership and responsibility and achieved promotions as well as appointments as commissioned officers).
*In the many examples of failing up, Walz then spent just enough time as a Representative (10 years) to get elected as Governor. Now, failing to complete his term as governor, he now wants to be VP.

Harris. We all know her level of failing up!

Governor Walz sure does trigger you! Too bad you can’t feel the same level of disgust for a guy who falsely claimed a disability (bone spurs!!!?) to get out of serving.

Oh, and one more point, sir. My son-in-law is an Army Colonel who has served in Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq, and recently returned from a year’s deployment in Africa. I asked him about the Walz accusations and he said they are silly. That any persons who have voluntarily served their country, especially over 20+ years, deserve respect, not criticism. I’ll take his opinion over that of some keyboard “warrior”….sir.

Trump did not go bragging about his service, however. Or did he? So bone spurs have nothing much to do about it. Or should he be rewarded for pretending to be what he wasn’t and then gaining from the fabrication? Is that what you are saying?

Your son does not speak for many other servicemen, including the people that served with Walz. Ironically, you seem to have not one complaint about what he did, which seems more extreme a position.

notice that the “heros” of the left are pretty f’d up

criminals
dolts

the left are soulless ( hmmm thought that poc had and were the definition of “Soul power” ..more deception???)

you cant advocate for the elimination of babies and senior citizens
attack those who want better education for the poor

etc

and really be considered honorable people

“Let them eat joy?”

More likely it would be, “Let them eat cake.”
