Kamala’s Extensive Outreach To Anti-Israel Michigan Voters Included Secret Meeting With Dearborn Mayor
Associated Press: “Top Democrats have spent weeks meeting with “uncommitted” voters and their allies — including a previously unreported sit-down between Vice President Kamala Harris and the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan — in an effort to respond to criticism in key swing states like Michigan, which has a significant Arab American population.”
The Kamala Harris campaign, including the candidate herself, has been engaged in extenstive outreach to “uncommitted” voters in Michigan, which is just codeword for anti-Israel voters who say they will not vote for Democrats because of the administration’s mostly-supportive posture towards Israel. The large Arab American vote in Michigan is part of that, but it’s also other far-left and progressive voters.
This has been a driving force in Biden-Harris policy for many months, with slowdowns in arms shipments to Israel to pressure a ceasefire that would save Hamas widely attributed to the Biden (now Harris) need to win Michigan. It’s the main reason Josh Shapiro was not selected as the VP nominee – because he is Jewish Shapiro was viewed as too pro-Israel, even though his positions didn’t differ much from other potential VP nominees.

The Associated Press reports on the extensive outreach by the campaign to those anti-Israel Michigan voters, which included a previously undisclosed meeting between Kamala and the Mayor of Dearborn, Michigan:

During a campaign trip to Michigan last week, Harris met with Abdullah Hammoud, the 34-year-old mayor of Dearborn, a Detroit suburb that has the largest number of Arab Americans of any city in the United States. The meeting was disclosed by a person who was not authorized to discuss it publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.
The person familiar with the meeting did not provide specific details but said the focus was on Harris’ potential policy, if elected, on the Israel-Hamas conflict. Hammoud declined to comment….
Campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez on Thursday held separate one-on-one meetings with leaders in the Arab American community and “uncommitted” movement in metro Detroit.

There is nothing new about the DNC policies on Israel which began under Obama, although Biden has a long history of Israel hatred dating back to the early 80’s.
They should be open about their core desire which is to complete the final solution which began under another insane socialist government.
