Elon Musk To Disgraced Former Scottish Minister Threatening Legal Action: “Make my day”

Much of the world was stunned by the fast fall, disgrace, and resignation of former Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf. But his political instincts are clearly awful, as seen in his public “sacking” of the Greens with whom his predecessor and mentor had made a deal.
It seems he’s just as bad at being very online because he’s picked a fight with billionaire powerhouse Elon Musk over an arguably true statement Musk made about him.
Here’s Yousaf ranting about white people.

Elon is proving a very solid ally for free speech.
X isn’t perfect – and no one ever is – but he spent $44 billion to try to keep speech free and he keeps standing up for it.

As much as I want to see Elon legally kick the heck out of this loser in court, we have to be cautiously optimistic. Trump has proven it doesn’t matter how good your lawyers are, how accurate their arguments are, and how your case is 100% on the right side of the law, if the prosecution is financed by infinite cash, the judge is willing to rule constantly against you on paper-thin reasoning, and the media can whip up a two-minute hate that lasts as long as the trial. It can cost a hundred million dollars to be proven right, and you get nothing out of it.

There’s the rub. This nobody failure has no cash to sue Elon Musk. Even if he had a case, which he clearly doesn’t.
Feckless and obsequious dhimmitude combined with unfettered importation of Muslim supremacists and Islamofascists, never lead to anything good, as the U.K., France, Sweden and the Netherlands are discovering. Humza Yousaf is about as “Scottish” as Angus MacDonald is Pakistani.

colour, glossy pictures, with circles and arrows, and a paragraph on the back of each one, and still lose the suit.
Even if discovery in the UK works like it does in the US, I’m sure the courts would see to it that none of the truly damning evidence ever sees the light of day.
Sealed court records and gag orders would seem to be the play of the week.
Let’s see . . . Musk says something in the US, where his statements are protected under the First Amendment. Yousaf doesn’t like it, and therefore wants to prosecute Musk in Scotland for constitutionally protected acts occurring in the US.
If he tries, we should have Texas AG Ken Paxson go after Yousaf for conspiracy to deprive a citizen of Texas of his civil rights.

I think Elon Musk would be wise to have European lawyers from places like Hungary or Italy or other non-fascist continental powers without a government trying to enforce this man’s racism and be ready to take any case of intimidating his lawyers to the European Court of Human Rights.
The crackdown is intended to cow lawyers as well as persecute.
With his comments, Yousaf put the “target” on his own back. Elon has merely pointed out the target’s existence.
