Video Shows Trump Shooter Mulling Around Rally an Hour Before the Attack
We know that the Secret Service knew about Crooks an hour before the shooting. It keeps getting worse.
The man, who didn’t want to show his face on camera, captured the video at 5:06 p.m. on Saturday evening. He says it was a seemingly simply moment as he was trying to capture the size of the crowd, but ended up capturing much more.
“I wanted to pan the crowd because it was a massive crowd, so I was just taking in the moment. So this was before the shooting. Obviously had no idea how that day, how that day would end,” said the man who attended the rally with his teenaged son.
The video appears to show Crooks, 20, lurking in the area near a building just past the secured perimeter of the event itself. As it pans to the crowd, it shows multiple law enforcement vehicles in the area facing the building itself. As the video moves back toward the building, Crooks appears to be seen again. This means that Crooks was likely in the area for more than an hour before the shots were fired.
“When I saw the video last night, when I was going back through my my video clips and saw him, I was chilled to the point where I couldn’t fall asleep right away,” said the man who shared the video.
He added, “I didn’t sleep well. There’s — there’s something. Something really went wrong with this.”

Yes, and they didn’t shoot then because, as we now know, there were LEO’s in the building itself. The counter-snipers didn’t want to risk taking out one of their own.
This isn’t a conspiracy — it’s incompetence and some willful negligence. The SS team leader had several opportunities to review and correct the security plan, even as the event began, and didn’t do so.
According to maps I have seen, there are a series of interconnected buildings in that complex, and the building the sniper was on was not really the same building that the cops were in. This also explains why the cops didn’t hear Crooks banging around on the roof: it wasn’t their roof.
That’s right. There are enclosed personnel (or conveyor belt) passageway connections between the buildings – they’ve been described as “sheds” but they’re not sheds.
Those buildings typically have roof insulation – to stop condensation from forming on the metal and dripping on equipment, supplies and personnel- so noise may not have been a problem (it’s not flimsy corrugated tin sheeting).
Not a conspiracy? I think you just have to look at it the right way and everything starts to fall into place.
Who taught Crooks to shoot? His dad. If his handler was his father, there’d be no need for emails, texts, chat. His handler would know he could shoot effectively. He would also know he’d be the last person anyone look at for this. What father would send his son on a suicide mission? Even the phone call (that was made, conveniently, after the shots had been fired) that most think shows concern for his son may have been calculated to help misdirect attention from his (dad’s) role in the mission.
