Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle to Testify in Front of House Oversight on Monday

“Oversight of the U.S. Secret Service and the Attempted Assassination of President Donald J. Trump” will begin at 10 AM ET.

Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle will testify in front of the House Committee On Oversight and Accountability on Monday.

Oversight of the U.S. Secret Service and the Attempted Assassination of President Donald J. Trump” will begin at 10 AM ET.

From Fox News:

Cheatle is refusing to resign, but House Speaker Mike Johnston told FOX Business on Thursday that he is prepared to call on President Biden to fire her.

“Continuity of operations is paramount during a critical incident and U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has no intentions to step down. She deeply respects members of Congress and is fiercely committed to transparency in leading the Secret Service through the internal investigation and strengthening the agency through lessons learned in these important internal and external reviews,” Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement late Wednesday.

Cheatle was confronted by senators who were demanding answers when she showed up at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee this week.

She did everything she was asked to do.

The left is making it out like she’s just doing a favor to the committee. It’s not like they don’t have subpoena powers.

They’ve already made it clear that while they have them, they definitely don’t know how to use them. Mayorkas, and even Hunter, called their bluff, and they folded like Biden’s knees.

I take full responsibility. But I ain’t done nuthin’ wrong.

Will she listen to the calls to resign, or will it be in one ear and out the other?

The picture of officers on the roof with the deceased shooter seems to indicate they had no trouble standing on the roof while holding their guns. She needs to be fired now.

“Speaker Mike Johnston told is prepared to call on President Biden to fire her”

lol.

Mayorkas should also be fired.

Here is his assassination statemen (which fails to mention assassination:)

“U.S. Secret Service Director Cheatle and I have briefed President Biden on today’s shooting in Pennsylvania. DHS and the Secret Service are working with law enforcement partners to respond to and investigate the shooting. We condemn this violence in the strongest possible terms and commend the Secret Service for their swift action today. We are engaged with President Biden, former President Trump, and their campaigns, and are taking every possible measure to ensure their safety and security. Maintaining the security of the Presidential candidates and their campaign events is one of our Department’s most vital priorities.”

She will be unable to comment on an active investigation

She performed flawlessly Saturday
We’re buying ito DEI excuses because the thought of her actual mission is so horrific we can’t yet process it
The mission was to assure the assassination of Donald J Trump
It’s the only explanation that fits the facts trickling in
Rest assured they’re destroying evidence at this point
make no mistake: They will try again

It is people like you who will cause Trump to lose, if he does lose. You have bought into the conspiracy theory that the Secret Service wanted to assassinate Trump by using a bullied 20-year-old nerd who lived at home with his parents and emptied bed pans at a nursing home for his job This is your idea of the ideal professional political assassin against Trump. You also believe, like Alex Jones, that the attack that killed dozens of children at Sandy Hook was a hoax. You also believe that the Jews were behind the attack on the Twin Towers so that America would go to war with Iraq. How pathetic.

Did you cry it out after the assassination failed, JR? You were so close, but he turned his head. Maybe posting a fake quote will lift your spirit.

And yet, but for a lucky head turn, the “bullied 20-year-old nerd who lived at home with his parents and emptied bed pans at a nursing home for his job” would have succeeded. He would have defeated the supposed crack Secret Service team, the FBI, DHS, and multiple police departments. How does that happen? Your choices are conspiracy, apathy, or complete and utter incompetence. Personally, I go with a combination. The people in charge of the secret service don’t care if Trump dies and probably hate him enough to want him to die. Are they actively recruiting someone to kill him? Probably not. But they’re definitely not assigning the best people to him or giving them proper support and probably not keeping up on their training. Trump’s detail is probably a punishment assessment. I imagine they’re cutting every corner they can regarding Trump’s protection and if something happens, then oops. Is that enough to be a conspiracy? Dunno. But if Trump dies, I don’t think they lose any sleep over it.

Tell me more about all the things I believe, Kreskin.

Calling someone else’s post “pathetic”, given your own posting history, is the height of hubris.
You’re a sad small man, Junior.
      Quit up voting yourself, Dickweed.

‘Cheatle is refusing to resign, but House Speaker Mike Johnston told FOX Business on Thursday that he is prepared to call on President Biden to fire her’

That may be the most pathetically weak statement I’ve ever heard.

He’s ‘prepared’ to sometime in the future ask somebody else to do something that he clearly isn’t going to do?

This clown has turned into a joke.

Somebody set an over / under how many times the phrase “Ongoing Investigation” will be used. Another one will be be sources and methods.

1) No information will be given to Congress, citing technicalities. They will accept this without protest.
2) Until the investigation is complete [sometime in 2028], no changes in procedures will be made.
3) We can be pretty sure that there will be further assassination attempts.

With five months to go, Cheater can delay any action or Confession until the clock runs out. With Garland Mayorkas above her, she has nothing to fear. Certainly not a Republican House investigation!

“Testilying.”

The Gentle Grizzly | July 19, 2024 at 8:05 pm

Maybe Pepsico will take her back.

George_Kaplan | July 19, 2024 at 8:37 pm

“Continuity of operations is paramount during a critical incident “? Which operations and which critical incident? Is the operation the one to remove Trump from the election, and the critical incident Trump’s bid for re-election which Biden et al. consider an existential threat to democracy?

Ambiguous statements lead to differing interpretations!

” ms, cheatle, how would you rate your organization’s performance if instead of a brave fireman, your own father had been shot and killed at that event? ”

” with an outcome such as that, would you conclude your organization had done their best / their duty? ”

” if not, why not? “
