Morning Joe Threaten “They Can Get Somebody Else” if MSNBC Pulls Show Again
“The news feed will be us, or they can get somebody else to host the show.”
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski threatened the network if their show, Morning Joe, was pulled from the air again. Mary Chastain wrote yesterday that MSNBC’s decision to pull Morning Joe was probably prompted by concerns over Scarborough’s and Brzezinski’s commentary, which the network feared might cross a line after the former president’s assassination attempt.
In a rant before the show, Scarborough stated:
“We were told, in no uncertain terms, on Sunday evening that there was going to be one news feed across all NBC news channels yesterday,”
“We were also told it was going to happen throughout the day. And I guess, after there was such a strong blow back about yesterday morning, I guess they changed their plans.”
“Let me just say, next time we’re told there’s going to be a news feed replacing us, we will be in our chairs,” he said. “The news feed will be us, or they can get somebody else to host the show.”

Looks like they have Wally Pipps disease. WP was the regular first baseman for the NYY. One day, Wally claimed he had a headache and requested to sit out one game. WP was never again in the NYY line-up. His replacement for that one game, Lou Gehrig, proved his worth. WP was eventually traded, finishing his career in Cincinnati.

He can get a show with Candice. 29 people will watch every day which might actually increase the daily viewership.
I think that the Morning Joe show is not long for this world … MSNBC is probably negotiating with Liz Cheney to take over the show, right now.

If these 2 are fired from MSNBC because of their chronic TDS, then it’d be hilarious. It would be their biggest L to date.
What I’d love to see is them being fired while on air.
The prop crew coming in while they’re working and moving all the pieces of the set off camera. Mika having to pull her notes up off the desk as it’s whisked away from in front of her. And them asking what’s going on, with the replies of “We gots orders” or some such. Then the camera goes dark while they’re sitting there, stunned.
Would probably get the highest ratings in re-runs of any MSNBC show, ever.
They won’t be fired for TDS which is common as dirt at MSNBC. They will be fired for lack of slick highly, polished, weasel-worded, double entendre comments. They forgot that being even half way transparent is a big no no at MSNBC
After Joe issued his pale threat to quit the show, MSNBC executives are getting ready “to reorganize the programming schedule.”
Obnoxiousness, narcissism, entitlement, arrogance, stupidity and maliciousness. All the core traits of the vile Dhimmi-crats, at-large, are displayed by these utterly wretched twits at MSNBC.

They were IMO always more big business/big gov’t sorts who viewed themselves as a sort of intellectual aristocracy that the rest of us were to follow. The advent of the internet pushed this small, clique of ‘center/right’ neocons off their prominent perch when other voices were able to be heard. As more populist voices emerged questioning just why the US had a ‘duty’ to intervene everywhere and why the people should support international trade that was anything but free leading to the destruction of our manufacturing base they got more and more pissy.
