Biden on Johnson Saying SCOTUS Reform is Dead on Arrival: ‘He is. Dead on Arrival’

Come on, man.

A reporter asked President Joe Biden for a comment about Speaker Mike Johnson saying the Supreme Court reforms are dead on arrival.

“That’s what he is.”

The reporter asked for clarification, “That he is?”

Biden: “He is. Dead on arrival.”

He tried to clarify even more during a speech at the LBJ library.

It didn’t…I mean, you know…

Stop making speeches, Biden. Just stop.

Johnson with a great mic drop!!!!

Biden: “He is. Dead on arrival.”

LOL. Pot … kettle … some assembly …

GOPers really need to push to have Traitor Joe 25thed out of office. That worm has no business pretending he is doing anything, let alone playing President. Vegetables belong in the ground or in the refrigerator. Not in office.

Traitor Joe should have been impeached by them (multiple times) by now. It is pathetic that they let this retarded criminal with the mush brain play at being normal.

Leave the retard there. Democrats absolutely deserve Biden at the helm 😂😂

      JohnSmith100 in reply to mailman. | July 30, 2024 at 11:28 am

Biden is very close to being brain dead. Eventually someone will be running an EEG to determine rather he is dead.

      Pepsi_Freak in reply to mailman. | July 30, 2024 at 3:59 pm

The Democrats may, but in these times of international uncertainty we Americans need a non-demented person making decisions and communicating to our allies — and enemies, particularly our enemies — our resolve. Biden has to retire or be 25ed.

Start the process for the 25th, let the news cycle cook with batting around Joe’s dementia, but string it our for 3 months

Milhouse in reply to Fishman. | July 30, 2024 at 12:48 am

Republicans can’t start the process. Only Harris and the cabinet can do that, and so far they don’t want to.

CaptTee in reply to Milhouse. | July 30, 2024 at 8:34 pm

The Republicans can’t start the process, but people can suggest she would have a better chance of winning as the incumbent.

The could also subtly hint at the possibility of “What did she know and when did she know it hearings?” Would she want to conduct a campaign during impeachment hearings?

It would be strategically unwise for the republicans to push for his removal from office at this point. Harris has no accomplishments to run on, why give her the opportunity to come up with something. I feel Biden will step down at some point before his time in office is over. I’m not sure if he’ll do it before or after the election but he’ll make sure Kamala is the first female president, even if it’s for just a day or two.

JohnSmith100 in reply to Just Al. | July 30, 2024 at 11:31 am

If Harris becomes the first female president, Hillary will be so mad that she might arrange something for Harris.

Eagle1 in reply to Just Al. | July 30, 2024 at 2:08 pm

I”ve been thinking the same thing. I believe that Joe and crew would call it a “retirement”.
I could see Joe doing this, just so that he wouldn’t have to be there for the inaguration.

Be careful what you hope for

The d/prog refuse to even attempt to remove Biden from office. They seem resigned to allowing this doddering buffoon to complete his term assuming the cocktail they feed him to keep him juiced and semi coherent doesn’t do him in first. That tells us all we need to know about their intentions. Biden and his advisors are in la la land if they think this ‘reform’ proposal has a chance of passage or that it moves the electoral needle in ’24. I predict more angry, incoherent Biden outbursts as he slips deeper into into dementia.

DSHornet in reply to CommoChief. | July 29, 2024 at 6:20 pm

Biden has been a loser for the ~50 years he’s been in government. I’ve never enjoyed hearing what he had to say but this is downright pathetic.
    .

CommoChief in reply to DSHornet. | July 29, 2024 at 6:48 pm

He’s always been a corrupt phoney hack. I don’t am unsure if the WH is rolling this plan out as Biden’s swan song to burnish his ‘legacy’, as some kind of political Rorschach test to assist in ’24, just something to keep Biden occupied while the plays are called by others till January or a combination.

The Gentle Grizzly in reply to DSHornet. | July 29, 2024 at 7:10 pm

He’s no loser. He openly lives in a style far beyond his income, and has for virtually all of this working-age life.

(Note I said working AGE life, not working life. He had none.)

DaveGinOly in reply to CommoChief. | July 29, 2024 at 11:08 pm

I heard Biden speaking today. Staccato, rapid-fire delivery that didn’t sound like he has ever sounded before. He was definitely on something and it’s probably something stronger than what they’ve been using. They keep it up and he’s gonna blow a gasket.

Lamest. Duck. Evah.

harris piled on by saying

yeah…me too!!!

SeymourButz | July 29, 2024 at 6:29 pm

Considering a lot of Americans are considering the idea that Biden and his cronies set Donald Trump up to be assassinated, maybe not the best phrasing?

Of course, it could just be a threat to his life

thalesofmiletus | July 29, 2024 at 6:48 pm

Sounds like Biden was ordering another hit.

It’s a trick blunder to make people believe that Biden is still alive.

Subotai Bahadur | July 29, 2024 at 7:22 pm

Things like this reinforce my belief that there is a good chance that there is not going to be a real election in November.

DaveGinOly in reply to Subotai Bahadur. | July 29, 2024 at 11:13 pm

The Dems may be better off allowing Trump to win and then fighting him to a standstill in court (which they can do even if they don’t control either House of Congress). He’ll also be a lame duck. Otherwise, they will have to work very hard to make sure Kamala doesn’t destroy the party’s reputation in a manner that costs them the next few election cycles.

CommoChief in reply to DaveGinOly. | July 30, 2024 at 9:59 am

That and the looming recession… ‘official’ one anyway. The BLS data is hot garbage; every month of the Biden admin the prior month’s ‘good news’ unemployment headline # is revised lower. The Fed budget gotta be cut significantly and the d/prog probably want the next GoP admin and fully GoP controlled Congress to do the heavy lifting and take the slings and arrows…..and the likely unrest/disorder that comes with it. Personally I doubt Trump moves to cut federal spending in a meaningful way.

henrybowman | July 29, 2024 at 7:42 pm

Biden is famous for his poise and grace.
He would’ve made a good First Lady.
For Rashida, certainly.

MoeHowardwasright | July 29, 2024 at 8:16 pm

Well they tried to kill Trump. I guess the Speaker is on the list now. FKH

The only thing God hadn’t done to this wretched moron is turn him into a pillar of salt.

There’s always tomorrow though.

irishgladiator63 | July 29, 2024 at 8:44 pm

Biden just threatened to kill the Speaker of the House. He committed a crime doing something not within his official duties. Charge him. Nobody is above the law. Right, Joe?

No, he didn’t threaten him, and he didn’t commit a crime.

To be a crime it must actually be a literal threat, and it must be one that a reasonable person would understand to be meant seriously and literally, and with the intent and means to carry it out. (Note that the speaker needn’t actually have the intent or the means, so long as a reasonable listener would suppose he has both.)

Milhouse operates by Democrat rules –they don’t get taken in for questioning even if the person making the threat is standing over the cooling corpse of the person they threaten.

        Unless they know too much

Milhouse in reply to Azathoth. | July 30, 2024 at 3:59 pm

I operate by the USA constitution, ahole. Unlike you. Are you repeating your filthy lie that I’m a Democrat?!

E Howard Hunt in reply to Milhouse. | July 30, 2024 at 6:42 am

Any reasonable person would assume that Biden’s words constituted an invocation of the presidential Becket-directive authorizing the special executive within the CIA to carry out a wet operation on this troublesome speaker.

MoeHowardwasright in reply to Milhouse. | July 30, 2024 at 8:45 am

We get sir. However the more info that comes out about the attempted assassination of President Trump, the more likely it would seem that Xiden is pulling back the curtains. Yes, I know it’s in the conspiracy theory territory, but here we are! FKH

      Fat_Freddys_Cat in reply to Milhouse. | July 30, 2024 at 10:17 am

Technically you’re correct but I believe the poster knows that. I think he is using sarcasm to make a valid point: not all of us would receive the grace of a common sense interpretation of the law.

No joke.

Lame duck says what??

Told the polling place I wanted a dem ballot so I could vote “None of the above” and help make pedo joe look bad.
Now I’m getting texts from kamala’s campaign.
It’s actually a lot of fun. When I’m not sounding like a ticked off drunk sailor/marine and using the vilest of language to reply, then I’m telling them they’re fascists for pushing kamala and that I’ll vote for rfk jr.
Cussing them out is a lot more fun though.

    henrybowman in reply to 4fun. | July 30, 2024 at 2:49 am

You know nobody actually reads the texts, right? They have a bot that understands and processes “stop” (and if you’re lucky, even honors it), but that’s it.

Never, ever give your cell phone number to the Red or Blue fundraisers.

He is gonna term-limit SC justices.
All is well.

Milhouse in reply to scooterjay. | July 30, 2024 at 12:59 am

No he won’t. He may be so addled that he thinks he will, but he won’t.

    Fat_Freddys_Cat in reply to scooterjay. | July 30, 2024 at 10:21 am

He and his demented followers would like to. The suggested limit–18 years–wasn’t just picked out of a hat. It would immediately lop off three conservative justices (Thomas, Alito and Roberts though the last one could be better described as conservative-ish) without touching any liberal justices. Gee, what an amazing coincidence!

But he won’t pull it off, his big talk notwithstanding.

      Milhouse in reply to Fat_Freddys_Cat. | July 30, 2024 at 10:50 am

No, 18 year wasn’t picked out of a hat, but it was not picked for the purpose of achieving a particular result either. It’s been a very popular proposal for at least 20 years and probably longer. Pretty much everyone who has ever proposed term limits for the supreme court has gone for 18, because it allows for an appointment every two years.

The FBI needs to investigate Biden for threatening The Speaker. It’s only fair

Capitalist-Dad | July 30, 2024 at 9:18 am

The demented occupant of the White House who occupies it under cover of the “Too imbecilic to run; not too imbecilic to control nuclear launch codes” scam. The filth of the Democrat Party don’t care that everyone recognizes this as a scam, but they somehow think is shields Harris from the taint of the Biden/HARRIS regime. Biden’s plan is more evidence of Democrat despotism because he’s pushing legislation, whereas, tampering with separation of powers requires a constitutional amendment.

Don’t forget that during his tenure, Joe called it the “Harris-Biden” administration several times. Trump’s campaign should run with that in their ads.

AF_Chief_Master_Sgt | July 30, 2024 at 9:34 am

Schumer: Reap the whirlwind Supreme Court Justices!

Democrat nut jobs: Schumer put out a hit on SC Justices. Not soon after, assassination attempt.

Biden: “Put a bullseye on Trump.”

Democrat nut jobs: Biden put out a hit on Trump. One week later, assassination attempt.

Biden: “He is. Dead On Arrival.” Referring to SotH Johnson.

Democrat nut jobs. Biden put out a hit on the Speaker of the House. One week later, can we expect an assassination attempt?

Everyone here is being too nice to Biden. Sometimes pure mush comes out of Biden’s mouth. If it’s incomprehensible, it is by definition meaningless.

But sometimes he says things clearly, things that seem very strange but he means them. Here he repeated it and amplified for the reporter. That meant he means it.

He is threatening Mike Johnson’s life. Trump got lucky. Will Johnson get lucky too?

artichoke in reply to artichoke. | July 30, 2024 at 3:35 pm

In fact, similar to things Biden said not long before the attempted assassination of Trump, I think he just put out a hit on Speaker Johnson.

But the Speaker has Secret Service protection, so he has nothing to worry about. Right!

artichoke in reply to artichoke. | July 30, 2024 at 3:37 pm

It could be enough to get Johnson to softpedal the current investigation into the Secret Service’s role in the recent assassination attempt on Trump, couldn’t it?

Biden is a gangster through and through.
