NYC Pays $350,000 to Male Identifying as Muslim Female for Putting Him in Male Prison
The MALE has sued four businesses in the last year for discrimination.
New York City will give Dylan Miles, who identifies as a Muslim woman named Ali Miles, $350,000 for discrimination because authorities put him in a male prison.
Miles demanded $22,000,000.
Oh, Miles faced domestic abuse charges.
As previously reported by Reduxx, Miles was incarcerated at the George R. Vierno Center on Rikers Island from June to July of 2022. He had been arrested on a warrant out of Arizona.
Following his brief detention on Rikers Island, he was transferred back to Arizona and placed in Yavapai County Jail. He was ultimately tried and found guilty of two counts of aggravated harassment per domestic violence, a Class 5 felony, for instances dated in November 2021 and February 2022.
He was also found guilty of disorderly conduct, harassment, threatening or intimidating, and false reporting to a law enforcement agency, which are all Class 1 misdemeanors.
In October of 2022, he was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years and sentenced to 312 days in jail, with credit added for the 132 days he had already been held there. Miles was also subject to a domestic violence assessment.
Miles filed the lawsuit in August 2023. He claimed he told the judge he identified as a female. The orders supposedly said authorities needed to “notify the prison and Intake Personnel” to take him to the female-only part of Rikers.
Miles accused people, including guards, of discriminating against him, including “transphobic” remarks:
Miles claimed that he suffered discrimination, including being subjected to “transphobic” remarks from prison staff, while incarcerated in the men’s facility. He also claimed to have been the victim of sexual assaults, in particular emphasizing his “sexual victimization” by multiple “African American male” inmates.
Miles alleged that a prison staff member said “we don’t do the trans thing here” after he demanded to be moved to the women’s section. He was then strip-searched by a male guard he alleged told him that he had “nice tits” and “one hell of a pussy.” This is despite Miles not having had any known genital surgeries.
New York City settled with Miles but did not admit guilt. Miles also agreed not to take further legal action against the city on this matter.
REDUXX has a ton of information on Miles. It describes this man as a “prolific litigant.”
In other words, this guy has a history of suing places and people for discrimination.

In May 2023, Miles sued Chelsea Yoga in NYC:
In May of 2023, Miles filed a lawsuit against a New York yoga studio seeking compensation of $5,000,000 after employees reportedly asked him to use the men’s restroom instead of the women’s.
In the suit, Miles alleged that the personnel at Chelsea Yoga “deprived [him] of his civil rights because he is gay, undergoing a gender transition, and because Miles does not conform to … gender-based preferences, expectations, or stereotypes about how a man/woman should dress and conduct himself/herself.”
In February 2022, Miles sued Sedona Soul Adventures:
In February of 2022, Miles filed a civil action for $75,000 in compensation against Sedona Soul Adventures, an Arizona-based business he had previously worked for. Miles alleged that the tourism company had wrongfully terminated his employment shortly after he was hired after subjecting him to “gender identity-based harassment and discrimination.” The suit was dismissed after an out-of-court agreement was reached.
In March 2022, Miles sued Planet Fitness:
In his poorly-written civil action, Miles alleged that staff at a Planet Fitness threatened to sound the “lunk alarm” on him for entering the women’s facilities, and used a slur when referring to him. The “lunk alarm” is a fixture seen at most Planet Fitness gyms intended to provide a humorous “warning” to those being too loud or obnoxious in the gym.
Miles demanded compensation of $10,000,000 from Planet Fitness, but the suit was ultimately dismissed after he failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees as requested by the court.
Also, in March 2022, Miles sued Brooklyn-based Bagel Point for $75,000:
Miles had been an employee of Bagel Point for a short period of time, during which he claimed the owner, a Muslim woman, had referred to him using slurs and mocked his gender identity, as well as crafting “unsubstantiated” complaints about his performance. The action, which was rife with spelling errors, was dismissed by the court once again after Miles failed to file the appropriate paperwork and pay $402 in filing fees.

I am sick of phobia being used as a suffix for hatred. It means a fear of something and is best employed in a psychiatric context. Ill-educated college graduates use it to add a veneer of sophistication to their ridiculous rantings.
and since when is it a sin or an offense? Usually, if someone acts afraid, there’s some social obligation to try to mitigate the fear. So if we show islamophobia, the people we’re scared of would try to assuage that fear. It’s just good manners.
But when is the last time you heard the phrase “good manners”? They’re out of style, aggressively so. They were the glue that held the social order together. Now then, since it’s gone, let’s not pretend the social contract binds us as it used to.
I always get confused about what a “trans woman” is. Wouldn’t it be easier just to describe people as “a woman pretending to be a man” or a “man pretending to be a woman”? It would be less confusing to many of us!
I used to find this confusing as well. Is a “transwoman” a man pretending to be a woman or the other way around.
The trick to keeping it clear in your mind is to just replace “trans” with “fake”.

Outside of chemistry, just change “trans” to “fake” and it works.

Shortly after the video went viral, the woman was named as Beth Bourne of California. According to Gay Island News, she’s the Chair of the California Moms for Liberty chapter. Southern Poverty Law Center has designed Moms for Liberty a far-right extremist group.
On her X bio, Bourne describes herself as a “Mom questioning gender ideology in CA schools.”
She confirmed it was her in the video, and reshared it, but was unrepentant.
“I am not okay with children being exposed to drag queens. Several other Alohilani hotel guests told me they also found it offensive so I spoke up to the manager yesterday.
“I was briefly detained by @honolulupolice, refunded my hotel charges, and have no regrets for speaking up.”

NYC was merely anticipating a civil court verdict by a NYC judge or a NYC jury.
Not only that, but in our “the process is the punishment” legal system, it was probably cheaper to pay out the $350k than to take it to litigation.
It’s basically a payoff. You can pay $350k now to make it go away, or you can pay your lawyers $500k or more and take a chance on a fickle jury finding for the plaintiff and costing you even more.
It’s kind of a no brainer and why “lawfare” is a thing in the first place.
In my opinion, a “loser pays” system would put a stop to a lot of this.
It shouldn’t be up to the judge. If you sue someone and lose, you should have to pay their legal expenses automatically. Right now, being litigious is very lucrative, both for the serial litigant and the shyster lawyers who get a third of the payoff.

This suit should be thrown out of court at first glance and the attorneys reprimanded for bringing a frivolous suit.
The fact that a court would even entertain such an insane and moronic suit is the problem. That is a clear signal that our courts are completely worthless.
They’re no worse than juries these days, probably less bad. We don’t have the government we deserve. There’s too much holdover from the good old days. We deserve even worse government as a society than what we have, and we’re on the path to getting it.
“loser pays” brings even more frivolous suits since the chances of bullying someone into settling out of court is increased. One private party should not have the “power to fine” another via a suit and their own legal expenses.
There is no solution to this problem if we do not have generally decent people with common sense occupying most of the benches – which we don’t have. With lunatics on the bench there is no defense society can have. It is societal suicide one way or another, no matter what.
It would be nice if judges would ever be held liable for their egregious and insane courtroom antics …

I suspect that the growing number of instances of ‘death by a thousand cuts’ are making an impact. These examples pile up in the collective psyche of the Citizens and sooner or later pushback does happen. Just as is happening with illegal aliens and BS asylum seekers who are nearly all economic migrants with no valid claim upon the generosity of the USA. When Cray Cray is distant one can put it out of sight out of mind but when it spreads into your neighborhood that is far less likely to be the case.
