The skydiver one was fake, in the sense that it centered on the G7 as if all the action were there, and nothing was happening off to the right, where Biden wandered. But there was a skydiver there and Biden was talking to him.
Context matters and should not be cut off.
The best fake was Biden wandering off stage with an added soundtrack of an ice cream truck.
Now, that was a fake and a hilarious one.
That’s what I saw in a full clip of the thing. Should Biden have been doing that when everyone was gathering for a photo op? Probably not but it wasn’t as bad as it looked at first glance.
But Biden is as bad a president as he can be from any viewpoint or time.
Its true Biden was not wandering off looking for a unicorn, but to be so easily distracted mentally, to demonstrate the absolute loss of focus is not a trait one looks for in… well, anyone.
I think we have become so accustomed to seeing him tottering vaguely around like Great-grandpa at the Old Folks’ Home, that its seems an affirmative defensible to say he’s “not as bad as it looked.”

Well, the most simple straightforward explanation is that it supports the excuse that Hur gave for deciding not to pursue prosecution for Biden’s numerous, numerous, numerous crimes.
Hur said something like “The jury would see him as a sympathetic old man trying to do right, but in mental decline” or something like that.
And so that’s the role that Biden has been playing for years now.

Not clear to me whether sincere question. A real neuropsychiatric evaluation involving an 81 year old man with a known history of two (?) prior neurosurgical procedures, like in Biden’s case … would never be done by a primary care doc with a housecall/home-visit. Never.
Who said anything about a primary care doctor. Biden’s handlers just contact their people at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on the downlow and arrange to have a medical & neuropsychiatric consultation at his Delaware house with the understanding that any and all conclusions from such consultation will remain confidential.
They would need equipment and technicians.
An MRI machine and the people to operate it.
A CT scan machine and people to operate it
Angiogram equipment
Holter monitor equipment and technicians
EEG equipment and the people to operate the equipment
And they would need time. Just to conduct the tests takes time.
A proper neuropsychiatric evaluation is not like a drive-up window at McDonalds
