Hunter Biden Found GUILTY on All Three Felony Gun Charges

Hunter Biden Found GUILTY on All Three Felony Gun Charges

It’s all a show.

A jury found Hunter Biden guilty on three felony gun charges. He faces 25 years in prison.

But Greg is 100% correct. It’s all a show.

The charges stem from Hunter lying on a form about drug addiction when purchasing a gun:

The first count of the indictment alleges that Hunter Biden “knowingly made a false and fictitious written statement” on a form used for firearms purchases. The president’s son certified on the form that he was not an unlawful user of any narcotic drugs, a statement that was “false and fictitious,” according to the charging document.

Hunter Biden allegedly knowingly made a false statement and representation to an unnamed, Wilmington-based firearms dealer, as detailed in the second count of the indictment. He is accused in the third count of the document of knowingly possessing a firearm across the 11-day period despite being an unlawful drug user, in violation of federal law.

Well well and it was done in Delaware so Hunter had home court advantage so to speak. The evidence was in fact overwhelming and other than nullification the jury didn’t have any option. Sentencing when we get to that phase is likely to be underwhelming and at the lower end of Federal sentencing guidelines if not suspended.

I would expect it to be at the lower end, as I would expect it to be at the lower end for pretty much everyone else in the same boat.

My only question though is…why did this take so long to get to court? Anyone else would have been dealt with years ago. But this guy? Takes them years to drag this sorry case in to court and even then its not really there because he broke the law is it????

hunter is the pawn and fall guy for joe

lefty is on the offense and causing the damage

and the right is getting smashed from laws passed in the 1960s/70s and now the street thuggs of the big cities …that is spilling into the burbs as the lefty places their troops where they are needed the most

Although I, too, expect a lower-end sentence, everyone else is not in the same boat. The feds go after firearms-related offenses (lying on the ATF form, alleged straw-man purchases, collectors as “dealers” operating without a license, etc.) hammer and tongs. The sentence should not be light, but it likely will be.

They only go after those folks hammer and tongs if they’re otherwise law-abiding people. Gang members? Armed robbery? All the gun crimes get dropped so the system doesn’t have to actually do any work and they can plea the defendant to get him out of the courtroom and off their docket.

Soooo, the potato in charge will now pardon him? Or maybe he’ll do some easy time in club fed?

Maybe a bunch of ex-CIA directors will sign a letter stating that Hunter’s conviction was a Russian plot to help DJT.

Hmm so Hunter–a relatively unimportant figure in the Democratic Party–is getting thrown under the bus in order to “prove” that our judicial system isn’t rigged like a clipper ship.

It’s hard to imagine that Hunter will do so much as one day in jail. And since he’s royalty it’s not like the felony conviction will do him any real harm.

Good thing that judge noticed all the BS that the prosecutors tried to pull the first time with Hunter’s sweetheart plea deal that wiped out all the gun crimes and FARA violations.

Now, let’s see him prosecuted for the REAL crimes!

fjb to claim the jury was rigged and that the not guilty votes were stolen

when asked if it would be ok to

mail in the verdict from people who CLAIM to be jurors

THE DNC SAID THAT WAS UNAMERICAN

So what? The corrupt DOJ did their best not to prosecute for anything, then the begrudgingly pursues this nonsense while avoiding any issues that could further implicate the Big Guy or the Biden crime family. This garbage is just a meaningless distraction.

Never before in the history of an IRS investigation has the statute of limitations been deliberately allowed to expire. All field agents know it is the one act of professional negligence for which they can be fired!

I’m not impressed. Letting the truly important charges expire, plus failure to pass legislation reviving them, was a dead giveaway.

    yeah its good stuff

but the crime has fallen due to ms13 etc just picking up where they left off in the usa

with the fjb open border policies

ms13 getting even stronger in america

another reason why poc are wanting trump in

to restore the “natural order” of things

Convicted felon
Convicted felon
Convicted felon

Now do the other crimes. And the other members of the family.

I just read for the first time since the jury was seated that it was a majority black jury…which I find interesting. Not sure why that detail wasn’t widely reported, at least that I saw. I wonder if this made jury nullification less likely; people of color might be less willing to cut the rich, entitled white son of a sitting president a break. Had it been a jury of 12 white, liberal Karens, the defense may have had a better chance of an acquittal, or at least a hung jury.

Just waiting for the Department of Justice to step in, claiming this case was invalid because there were no non-citizens on the jury.

Stupid kabuki theatre by the Democrats to try and PRETEND that the DoJ isn’t full of far leftist hacks.

Literally everybody understands (even if the leftists pretend not to), that Hunter isn’t going to spend 1 second behind bars because the drooling diaper soiler is going to pardon him the MICROSECOND the election is over.

Question: When is sentencing scheduled? Anything past November gives the obvious day-after-election pardon a 100% possibility.

Unlike most state crime convictions, sentencing for federal crimes takes a laughably long amount of time. I think the judge said she anticipates having a sentencing hearing ‘in about four months.’ Most legal commentators I’ve seen say not to expect anything sooner than October.

I thought it more likely there would be a split verdict, convicted on one charge and a “not guilty” on the other two. A clean sweep s more significant because a Delaware jury gave a 3-0 victory to the prosecution in Average Joe’s backyard, a sign perhaps that even the First State is tired of the Bidens.

I’ll take the win without qualifiers.

Ho hum. The gun charges are just a distraction from the crime family’s corruption.

Current administration turns a parking violation into multiple felonies for their political opponent: Left cheers “Yea! Justice has been done! Imprison the Orange One

Current administration turns multiple felony counts of money laundering and influence purchasing from foreign governments implicating current administration into a “Oops, signed a form wrong” dismissible charge: Left cheers “See! We’re fair!”

Pardon as Sundowner is out the door seems to be common opinion.

Regarding sentencing: how massive is the ruler they slap his wrists with? Some can be a bit painful.

Hunter Biden allegedly knowingly made a false statement and representation to an unnamed, Wilmington-based firearms dealer….

That dealer might be unnamed for the purposes of this case, but it’s a near-certainty the BATFE knows who it was, and soon will be revoking the FFL under Biden’s “zero tolerance” policy for selling a firearm to a drug addict. That fact is not in dispute, and I expect the BATFE won’t be able to resist taking action on it.

Everytown and the Brady Campaign might even file a lawsuit on Hunter’s behalf, because apparently every firearm dealer needs to be psychic and be able to tell who should and should not purchase a firearm, background check notwithstanding. They try to sue the dealers who sold the firearms used in mass shootings, on the logic that the dealer “knew or should have known” the person buying it — regardless of appearance, demeanor, or passing the background check — was going to do bad things.

I don’t see how this is any different.

Narcissists believe they will never be punished. And when they are, they will keep changing their definition of punishment. If he gets jail time, he’ll continue to point fingers at others, which is why his defense failed so spectacularly.

Interesting that the biden ad says “OMG If Trump is elected he’ll be looking for revenge”.
Tacit admission they’ve done something necessitating revenge.

Here’s what President Trump posted on this:

“Hunter Biden is a terrible person who has funneled millions of dollars from other countries to his father.
“Even so, it is hard to blame him for wanting a gun, which he has a God-given right to have under the 2nd Amendment.
“Probably the greatest Amendment of them all, if we’re being totally honest.
“His father, one of our worst presidents, is more concerned with making the gun control people happy, so he won’t have the courage to step in here and help Hunter.
“Don’t worry, Joe – I will Save your son after I get elected (for the third time)!”

He is, of course, correct about the law that Hunter violated existing in blatant violation of the 2nd Amendment. The conditions it imposes as a pre-requisite for purchasing a gun are a clear infringement of our Right to bear arms. If D’s want to put limits on that Right, the only legal way to do so would be to pass an Amendment to the US Constitution.

Interesting that Trump is being magnanimous here, promising to pardon Hunter on these charges, considering that D’s would never do the same for him on any of the fabricated non-crimes they are trying to jail him for.

I think the real agenda at play was to find any and all bribery evidence under the rubric of a felony gun investigation, and then destroy it. Joe will pardon Hunter on his way out the door.
