Oregon Trans High School Runner Gets Booed After Winning State Title for Girls

“The meet took place in Eugene, Oregon, the same stadium where the U.S. Championships and Olympic Trials take place.”

Is this a sign that public opinion has shifted on this issue?

The New York Post reports:

Transgender high school runner in Oregon booed after winning girls’ state title

A high school transgender runner was booed while being crowned as the Oregon Girls’ 6A 200-meter state champion.

Aayden Gallagher, of McDaniel High School, won the state title by two-tenths of a second. Gallagher was also booed while crossing the finish line of the race.

Gallagher also had the best time of the preliminary heats in the event.

The sophomore also ran the fastest 400-meter prelim, but lost the final of the 400-meter by 0.15 of a second.

The meet took place in Eugene, Oregon, the same stadium where the U.S. Championships and Olympic Trials take place.

Gallagher caused outrage on social media on Wednesday after competing in several events at the Portland Interscholastic League Championship semifinals against girls.

Gallagher finished in first place in the 400-meter preliminary event with a 56.14 time – 0.23 seconds better than the second-place finisher. Gallagher finished second in the 200-meter preliminary event with a time of 24.49 – about 0.17 slower than the first-place finisher.

Those events led her to qualifying for the state finals that occurred this weekend.

And, how many of the students that booed the runner will have a mark made in their permanent record? We all know, that every one of us steered a mark in our permanent record!

    dont agree

they will IN FACT willll be called a her

and b/c of hippa laws etc

we will not be able to ask and/or establish that the “female” wasnt born a man at birth

lefty has it allllllllll figured out

    maga!!!!!!

A suck ass dude runner who couldn’t beat the boys varsity suddenly discovered a route to greatness and beat the girls. Big man, hope this leads you to epic victim hood in your pathetic life

So like Liar Thomas, this kid is at best mediocre when competing against other boys. Got it.

Amid all the discussion how these boys are really girls and, besides, there is no difference whatsoever between boys and girls…

One wonders why these brewing booing brouhahas do not seem to occur among the exactly-the-same-as-boys trans *boys*.

I mean, why is no one upset at what must be the hordes of trans runners winning the *boy’s* trophies?

From Outkick: “Gallagher — who also placed second in the 400-meter race — wound up on the top step of the podium in the 200 with a time of 23.82 seconds, per the official results. Now, let’s take a look at what the winning time on the boys’ side was, shall we?

The winning time on the boys’ side was 21.37 seconds.

But, hey, maybe that kid was Usain Bolt Jr. It’s possible. So, what was the last-place time in that boys 200 meter final?

    It was 22.44 seconds

So, if Gallagher was competing with the proper biological sex, they wouldn’t be sniffing a spot on the podium. They’d be more than a second off the pace in a race that hardly lasts more than 20 seconds.”

I can see why the NY Post referred to this creep as “her”, but why reproduce that kind of nonsense here? Why not use a little common sense? Besides, grammatically that closing sentence was really bad.

If the old rules don’t matter anymore, why not allow some athletes jump into the marathon in mid-course?

oregon town mayor told the citizens

that THEY WERE THE PROBLEM

for not being educated enough of men changing their clothing in womens locker rooms

During the meeting Newport Mayor Jan Kaplan said restroom use was not the issue and more education is needed.

ITS NOT ABOUT BEATING THE FEMALES as much as its about

ESTABLISHING THAT “WOMEN” ARE AS GOOD AS MEN

and since you cant/wont be able to find out that the man >>women was born a man

it will be “true”

women are as good as men
