Karine Jean-Pierre, Joe Biden’s White House Press Secretary, was targeted for an ousting by members of Biden’s inner circle, according to a story released on Friday.

It’s hardly surprising. She can’t answer a single question without consulting her binder, they need to bring in more serious people to answer questions on more serious topics, and she begins or ends almost every answer by claiming ‘we have been very clear on that.’

The New York Post broke the story:

Inside the failed White House coup to oust Biden press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre

Top aides to President Biden secretly hatched a plan this past fall to replace White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre by recruiting outside allies to nudge her out the door, The Post has learned.

Jean-Pierre, who made history in May 2022 by becoming the first black and first openly gay person to hold the position, had developed the exasperating habit of reading canned answers directly from a binder to reporters at her regular briefings — offering what her superiors viewed as a less-than-compelling pitch for the 81-year-old Biden as he readied his re-election campaign.

De facto White House communications chief Anita Dunn, 66, the wife of Biden personal attorney Bob Bauer, told colleagues she had decided to call in prominent Democrats to explain to Jean-Pierre, 49, that the time was ripe to move on, sources told The Post…

A second source told The Post that “Jeff and Anita were trying to find Karine a graceful exit” because of the ugly optics of removing her against her will.

“There’s a huge diversity issue and they’re afraid of what folks are going to say,” added this source, who said they learned of the effort from multiple people briefed by Dunn and confirmed at least one person from outside the administration did speak with Jean-Pierre.

The report goes on to suggest that KJP doesn’t do enough research and struggles with multiple issues but that she thinks she is doing a great job. Just like her boss.

This quick video really puts things in perspective.

Here’s her catchphrase.

Very clear…

Don’t worry about Jean-Pierre. When she does finally leave the White House, she will probably be offered her own show on CNN or MSNBC, just like her predecessor Jen Psaki.

Comments

I would like to comment on this story, but I just don’t have anything.

The Biden administration is stuck with 1 brain cell KJP like the Democrat party is stuck with 10% China Joe….and both deserve each other 😂😂

KJP has shown that she can lie as loudly and as often as any Dem. She has earned her spot on the Biden team – for keeps. It looks to me like the Biden team has issues with race and homophobia.

In all seriousness, Trump should take that and run with it. Or Republicans in general.
“It’s sad the Biden administration has decided to get rid of this historic Press Secretary due to their racism, homophobia, and xenophobia. It’s just another case of Biden showing his true colors. We value everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, or sexual orientation and would never die someone just because of their color or who they love. We would welcome KJP to leave the White House and join the party that frees the slaves…”
See what happens when some reporter asks her about it.

In her defense, it is difficult for her to “have anything” when Biden doesn’t “have anything”. KJP is just a reflection of the Biden administration…losers all around.

I was going to say something similar: True, she can’t present a compelling case for Biden’s re-election, but who could?

To be fair, my favorite press secretary of all time, Kayleigh McEnany, carried a binder of reference material as well. To me, that is suggestive of a high level of preparation and organization which I would count as a core competency in that line of work. I would also imagine that Ms. McEnany curated the contents of that binder as well. All of that due to the fact that she is one smart cookie.

The same cannot be said of Ms. KJP. She seems to be more along the lines of a spokesmodel contestant on Ed McMahon’s Star Search that didn’t make it out of the first round.

Then again, incompetence is the key attribute for this administration.

This is an indirect way of shifting the blame for a vacancy in the White House to the White House Press Secretary.

The fact that the story about displeasure with Ms. KJP’s performance was released is more important to Anita Dunn than the true problem, which is that KJP never has any coherent guidance about what alleged information she is supposed to transmit.

She has no information herself, no long-term philosophical guidance, no way to figure out what the hell is going on, now, so she defaults to the canned answers. And, the canned answers are inadequate because, again, there is no foundation for them.

The lights aren’t on. Nobody’s home. That’s not her fault.

Yes and no. One of the job requirements of that position, especially in a Democrat administration, is the ability to lie — or at least extemporize — convincingly, on your feet. You need a poker player. Karinge is still learning Go Fish.

KJP is emblematic of what is going on in corp America right now too.

Woke corps have put exec pay bonuses to be based on giving DEI fast passes in not only middle management positions but VP roles as well. When they perform TERRIBLY (hundreds of millions in missed targets) and their units performance are in the dumpster along with quality, they cannot be easily removed as they would frog walk a white person to the door.

Even if a company got rid of a ton of middle managers- these woke corps have put so many blacks in these positions that ANY mass firing would be racist and disproportionally impact blacks and black women. Rest assured they will not go quietly even if they are utter failures by every objective measure.

Their only hope is to fast pass the next DEI candidate in. Meanwhile capable white males are either being forced out (yes they doing this) or they are just leaving. This is a problem that will NOT get fixed from w/in. They must fail and plummet into solvency. As you can see with a company like Intel (30% stock drop) which has been an abject dud for close to 20 years and hasn’t been managed well since the 90s, but has gone serious woke in the past decade, this death can be a long one.

I don’t currently work at Intel BTW- but did once and saw the writing on the wall as they managed themselves into being irrelevant while Google and MSFT went on to reinvent themselves many times over as the titans of the 2000-2020 tech landscape.

However both of those companies are in the tank as well. Smart people would do well to divest both their finances and tech dependencies from these places because they are run by pure evil and morally corrupt creatures from hell (MSFT legal actively lobbied Wa to legalize boys in the girls bathroom).

The reckoning for all of this will not come tomorrow or the next day, but it will come.

I’d like to think you over stated the problem. Then I remember Boeing keeps losing parts in mid-air. Americans no longer value competence, so we’re not getting it. The current generation won’t be happy until we’re France … and they find out why unions walk out so frequently, and why the yellow vests demonstrated for so long. France isn’t all that competent itself.

Andy in reply to CincyJan. | April 27, 2024 at 7:47 pm

I would be fired if I were to assert my above comment was referencing Boeing.

CincyJan in reply to Andy. | April 28, 2024 at 4:48 am

Oh no, Boeing was my idea. I used to work at GE when they were breaking into the civilian market. Cannot believe pieces of any American built planes are falling off! Time was that the janitors would have been humiliated by such a show of incompetence.

Arguably the easiest job in politics is being the White House press secretary during a Democrat administration. And yet, she fails at that job in the most spectacular fashion. It’s really quite something. With every question, she behaves like a high school student giving an oral book report on a novel they didn’t even take home, much less actually read.

This isn’t a cabinet position that requires a powerplay from congress critters to oust. This is an appointment position who serves at the pleasure of the president.

She’s a black female homosexual prominently displayed to do precisely what she’s been instructed to do.

This soap opera to ‘oust’ her is clickbait fodder for the masses.

    henrybowman in reply to LB1901. | April 27, 2024 at 3:06 pm

Sure, Biden can fire her any time he wants. Then he can watch his polls go down among his choir, as the militant feminists/LGBs/AAs* react to that.
If it doesn’t appear to be entirely her own idea, he’s screwed.
Biden’s hired himself an incompetent black, lesbian, AA civil servant… and now she’s dislodgement-proof. The schadenfreude is delicious.

*Affirmative Action, not African American… for all that distinction is worth.

Good.

Enjoy suffering under the incompetence of your unfireable Didn’t Earn It hire, morons.

A second source told The Post that “Jeff and Anita were trying to find Karine a graceful exit” because of the ugly optics of removing her against her will.,

Translation: how much hush money to keep her from playing the race card so close to the election

Ace had a article up yesterday on Karine yesterday, most shocking to me is she is 49 YO, I would have guessed no more than 34.
One thing with government getting Diversity picks is they are stuck with them. Can’t have a Diversity then dump them for a white person.

I did a rough calculation and figured, assuming 3% of the population is LGBTQWRFDA12345, and 13% black, there are about 350,000-400,000 black lesbians between the ages of 30 and 70.

Are you telling me that out of that number, KJP was the best they could do?

She illustrates the disdain the WH has for the fake press that adores them.

Insiders at Biden White House Reportedly Tried to ‘Oust’ Useless Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre

They didn’t try too hard … all they had to do was steal the binder and the carrib lez would have been sunk.

Actually, the most infuriating part of this story is who it is who tried to do the ousting and the fact that this turd is in our government in any position – the Maoist dirtbag from Barky’s junta, who got “faux-ousted” back then and was snuck back into position (and promoted!) –

Lizard Lady Anita Dunn

The point for me isn’t that they wanted her gone, it’s that they seem to have no power to fire her.

Oh I’m sure they’d love to get rid of her, but good luck trying to get rid of your diversity hire

I thopught Jen Psaki was at least reasonably smart. KJP is just dumb. Not reallky her fauklt she’s been promoted past her competewncy. Actually, it’s quite an insult to the Washinbgton Press Corps. But they deserve it.

All they had to do was have, “I have an announcement: KJP is fired” appear on Senile Joe’s Teleprompter.

He’d have read it out and she’d be gone.

How hard is that?

E Howard Hunt | April 27, 2024 at 5:25 pm

Too bad she’s too stupid to plagiarize. Otherwise she could be an ivy league college president.

According to the left’s own logic, those who want her out must be racist, sexist, homophobic and xenophobic.

There can be no other possible reason.

This woman lies….poorly

She only got the job and retained the job to be a Black Shield

If I refused to leave after an employer fired me, I would be arrested. In my opinion, the same thing needs to happen to her. But it won’t because we live in a banana republic with two tiers of justice.
