Barnard College Seniors Threaten to Withhold Donations if Anti-Israel Demands Not Met
“We have been here the longest. We are the seniors at the school”
If the school had any common sense, they’d tell these students to keep their money and pound sand.
The College Fix reports:
Barnard College seniors threaten to withhold donations if demands not met
A group of Barnard College students have given the school president a list of four demands to be met by mid-March … or they will withhold “any financial donations” to the institution.
The Columbia Spectator reports the students — numbering almost 400 including over 200 seniors — want President Laura Rosenbury to “call for a ceasefire” between Israel and Hamas, apologize to students facing discipline for anti-Israel protests, and “decrease the presence” of campus police.
They also want information on the school’s endowment and a commitment to divest from “corporations supplying and profiting off of Israeli genocide.”
The demand letter calls Rosenbury a “stain on the legacy” of Barnard.
Senior Izzy Lapidus, who helped hand-deliver the letter to Rosenbury (and who appears to vacillate on her pronouns), said she suggested the message “from the perspective of seniors” and to include demands “so that shit actually changes before we graduate.”
Lapidus and peer Fiona Cho said seniors are in “a unique position” as they will be donors to Barnard “within the next year.”
“We have been here the longest. We are the seniors at the school,” Lapidus said. “We’ve been here long, much longer than Rosenbury has been here […] the way that this administration is acting right now is out of character. It is out of line. I have never seen anything like this in my time as a student.”
Rachel Burns, another letter deliverer, said the group doesn’t want “any type of response” from Rosenbury other than getting its demands met.
Donations tax deductible
to the full extent allowed by law.

Well, clearly not long enough, it seems you learned very little beyond your own little bubble of being snippy little snots. Diploma denied,
Wasn’t Barnyard originally a finishing school for girls before inflating their name to “college”?
“Demands.”
Barnyard kids are woke joke.
Another batch of “do not hire” for the private sector.
“Lapidus and peer Fiona Cho said seniors are in “a unique position” as they will be donors to Barnard “within the next year.”

Check your privilege, buddy.
Then attend an alumni fundraiser, where you will learn how your freshout status measures up to REAL donors.
Let them all leave without graduating
They’re not going to be in a position to donate anything if no one hires them, other than, perhaps, money they inherit from their parents who raised such antisemites or were clueless enough to send them to a left-wing indoctrination center. I would like to see the correlation between who is pushing this anti-Israel garbage and who is majoring in “grievance studies” and the like.
Uhm….something tells me that their donation levels will not replace the alumni donations that will be lost if they do meet these demands.
If they really want to help Gaza, I’m betting there’s a NGO that needs on the ground staff….
Of course if they fall into the alphabet group of folks, they might want to consider that before running over there.
I am sure that Israel will comply with Barnard’s demands. (Sigh). Nice that at least some of these wokesters identified themselves so employers know who not to hire.
They don’t care whether Israel complies, they just want Barnard to make the statement. They expect Israel to ignore it, because in their mind Israel is the Devil, so of course it will ignore all virtuous statements from good and decent people who simply want dead Joos.
Barnard should threaten to withhold their diplomas until they grow up.
And not to understand that to her “Palestinian” friends she will always be a Joo, and they will be happy to rape and kill her next. (At least, I assume she comes by that surname honestly. I’ve never heard of a Lapidus who isn’t Jewish.)
None of these people would donate anyways.
